The epic food porn thread

Part of last nights binge as I had 150c, 55f, and 40p to make up. I posted the same ice cream/vanilla espresso almond butter before, but last night I decided to throw in a "red, white, and berry" pop tart.

Pop tarts make anything better instantly
 
Dat dere grilled chicken penne vodka over a bed of spinach! 100g chicken breast, 140g whole wheat penne, 240g steamed spinach and Gerardo's vodka sauce! Perfect dinner for a refeed and really nailed my craving for a garlicy pasta dish <img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=105001"/>

Spinach should be included in every dish. It's just too easy and good. I gotta get out the garlic again soon. Been slacking lately just grilling all the time

It is on a caloric deficit. This was only part of everything too, I didn't feel the need to post the almonds or smoothie I made either

Cellucor Double Chocolate S’mores Protein Loaves

Recipe

Dry:
80g Complete Pancake Mix (Extra Fluffy)
3g Splenda
50g Cellucor Cor Performance Whey (S’Mores)
3g Baking Powder
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)
16g Cocoa Powder (2 TBSP)

Wet:
2 Egg Whites
1 Large Banana (100g)
6oz Greek Yogurt (170g)


Directions

Start by mixing your Dry in a bowl (Whey, Pancake Mix, Baking Powder, Splenda, SF/FF Pudding Mix + Cocoa Powder)

Mash Banana in a bowl and Add in Wet (Egg White/ and Greek Yogurt) and stir with a spoon until batter like consistency is formed then add this to Dry and combine both.

Pre-heat oven to 350. You will then use cooking spray on a small Pyrex Loaf Pans, or one large loaf pan (Preference is up to you). Take a spoon and place batter evenly into each small cupcake filling and fill about half way (to prevent over flowing)

Bake for 15-20 Minutes, use a toothpick to make sure the middle is complete!

Pull out of oven, cool for at least 5-10 minutes

Skinny Cow is pretty good for the macros. The cookies n cream is my go to. Let us know how you like it.

If only big ole donuts were 200cals. Prob my fav sweet. Skinny Cow is pretty legit, btw. I like the ice cream sandwiches and ice cream candy bars.

Cheat meals and moderation :) honestly so easy to make tho.. Flatout's or grab some of those lavish wraps = easy.

Ya I'm def making my own here soon. I need a way to make it with no/very low carbs. Maybe a good meatzza

Nice. I've attempted cauliflower crust before and failed. It pretty much fell apart when I picked up a slice.

Def gonna give this a shot. I never thought to try to wring it out like that and that is always the issue. Thanks!
 
If you steam the cauliflower and mash it up really well. Then place it on several layers of paper towels and squeeze the extra liquid out of it. After it's nice and dry, form into dough and pre bake it to get it crispy before adding your toppings!
