It's refeed daaayyyyyy:
1lb Brussels sprouts
6c broccoli
12 cpbc select protein muffins
2c cap'n crunch caramel popcorn crunch
2c rainbow Sherbert ice cream pebbles
4 slices French toast
1c oatmeal
Cnc select protein ice cream (not yet iced ha)
And not pictured 1lb of grilled chicken

Gains.

With al those greens, you were probably letting out deathly atomic farts!

That much fiber = better get a new plunger.
I like how the broccoli pan is larger than the french toast and muffins combined lol
You don't make french toast on a griddle?

Fiber doesn't bother me at all. If anything it just helps me clear out the garbage from the rest of my dieting days.

I switch it up for French toast. I had the oven going anyways so I just threw it in there.

Post Workout Meal Today - 3 Whole eggs, 1 fried, two in the sandwich with some egg whites, FlatOut bread, Quest Chocolate Mint Bar, Fat Free Cheese, Coconut Oil (to cook the eggs in) 4 teaspoons olive oil, mustard, hotsauce, 1 scoop CnC Animal Whey mixed with 170g plain ff Greek Yogurt

I would just be cautious on too much fiber over prolonged periods of time which can have some side effects (just like anything in excess).
like cramping, Malabsorption (biggest one), Intestinal Blockage, accumulation of toxins. I have seen people get bloating, gas, and Diarrhea (none of which you have experienced yet) but something to take note of.

I just add a tsp of psyllium husk into my morning shake every 1 or 2 days and I am sorted 'down there' lol

Pies were probably my favorite part of my trip to NZ. Forget breathtaking views — PIES.

I was actually disappointed with these ones :( they were not that "nice" :( and now I'll have to wait 2 more weeks :P

Buying out isn't a bad idea either if you need convenience. Just find a good place, not a fast food type. Frozen food is for convenience only, not enjoyment ha

Yep. Fiber is great, but lke everything else, needs to be monitored and taken in moderation. I will not go above 50 grams a day. I try to stick around 45g for a daily average, some days less, some days slightly more. I think it is hard based on food choices for some though. On high carb days for me, I enjoy my oatmeal and sweet potatoes. If I am getting too much, I just add in some rice cakes to fill in some extra carbs.

Parmagiano cheese ain't your idea bro lol. It's a staple as a topper for almost every Italian dish :)

agree, I know that very well since I am from Rome even if I live in UK, anyway on the "aglio&olio" pasta there isn't, the original recipe is only oil+garlic :) but, since I'm italian, like you said its like a staple for me, when i eat pasta :) or even rice :) love Parmiggiano!

Seriously. The popularity of frozen/refrigerated pies in NZ/AUS makes me cringe. It's like buying/eating a frozen burrito.

There were literally pie shops/bakeries within walking distance EVERYWHERE

cacio e pepe

boom!!!

Cacio e Pepe is a Roman pasta dish. "Cacio e Pepe" means "cheese and pepper" in several central Italian languages. As the name suggests, the ingredients of the dish are very simple and include only black pepper, Pecorino Romano cheese, and pasta.

I dont know if I'd count pasta as a "cheat" ha... would ahve to be a ton of pasta or with some crazy alfredo sauce that has more cals than then pasta and sides combined.

pecorino romano has to be used plenty and it will be so heavy.............. you are welcome as a guest any time in UK at my place :)

That's fair. Pile on the cheese for a good cheat!

Ben & Jerry's Roasted and Toasted:

The dark chocolate base is incredibly rich and takes away from the other aspects in the pint. The almonds provide a good crunch, but their flavoring is hidden from the superior flavored base. The Marshmallow swirl is familiar from the S'mores pint that had toasted marshmallow's (as a mix-in). My swirl was very strong at the top of the pint and faded about half way through. The Fudge Chunks I got resembled a hershey sized chocolate bar (as seen in the picture above). Ben & Jerry's have risen the bar on their mix-in game in the new limited batches. I would highly suggest this if you are a dark chocolate fan as Ben & Jerry's made a vast improvement in the chocolate flavoring.

Grade : B+

My exact thoughts Bob

So much chocolate for a nut pint

I liked it as a chocolate
