It did not work out for Ronnie Coleman in the long run
atever deadlifting gives to the back, which is a lot, it can also take from the physique overall as it blows out the waistline.
Yeah, I definitely don't think they are a required movement for bodybuilding at all, but assumed for him they were more a labor of love.
Oh i know, there very little pointvin deadlifting unless you like ripping heavy **** off the ground. My only point is i dont find any othet exercise that transfers well for me. Id be happy if i could do mostly squatting instead because its gonna translate more to your overall look and leg mass. But i like deadliftsI don’t think you need to deadlift at all to build a bodybuilding-worthy back. Whatever deadlifting gives to the back, which is a lot, it can also take from the physique overall as it blows out the waistline. There are no conventional pullers over 800lbs with small waists.
I have heard Fouad and others on his show saying many of them didn’t deadlift anymore or never did seriously for that reason. RDLs if anything with constant tension, and much more for ham development. Yes there are pro bodybuilders who do deadlift seriously, but many also do not.
I believe you can build an Olympia worth back with pull ups and heavy bur strict bb rows. I personally love db rows but for me those isolate the lats so they may not be the best for overall back development like bb rows and pull ups. I went back to the assisted pull up machine. If nick walker can swallow his pride and use that machine then I damn well better be able toI don’t think you need to deadlift at all to build a bodybuilding-worthy back. I love pretty much every back centric lift there is out there but I feel like these days I get the most out of it by rotating every week. t-bar rows one week, strict pull-ups another week, lat pull downs another week, etc etc. It might just be that each of those at full energy is hitting slightly differently vs me trying to hit them all the same day every week with a half full tank of gas.I personally love db rows but for me those isolate the lats so they may not be the best for overall back development like bb rows and pull ups.
Ya, sometimes i wake up around 330 and i know im not gonna be able to go back to sleep so i just say **** it430am training sessions gotta be brutal but you gotta do what yiu gotta do. I respect the $hit outta that. I'm lucky I work at the same place everyday so after 10 or 11 hours I can be home in 15 minutes to eat sit down for a few minutes and still be at the gym between 430 and 5
Yep that will do it.Ya, sometimes i wake up around 330 and i know im not gonna be able to go back to sleep so i just say **** it
Good to hear! I’ve always heard mixed bag reviews on lr3. Assuming quality is the part in question here.Check this out, i added 100mcg of lr3 in the mornings on training days.
Total calories have NOT changed
Im pinning 100mcg sub q, drinking a shake with whey iso, fairlife and fat free greek yogurt in it and hit the gym 45min later with pro synthsis 17 and some poweraid + electrolytes.
10 days, 7 shots of lr3, no calorie adjustments and im up 7lbs.
Obviously its not muscle, but my waist looks tighter and my pump is awsome.
My back is still not back 100% and my rightvknee has some swelling from god knpws what but training is awsome right now with reduced weights and short rest between sets.
That’s something I haven’t tried before lr3, but I’ve always responded well to CJC 1295, MK677, and really anything that increases IGF1 or GH. Looks like I need to try lr3 now.Check this out, i added 100mcg of lr3 in the mornings on training days.

Interesting...would you deploy this is a pre contest/diet cycle or off-season/ push phase? Or does it matter ?Check this out, i added 100mcg of lr3 in the mornings on training days.

Honestly, idk. I still dont understand these igf variants completely. It seems like it gives the muscles volume and some body comp inprovements. But honestly I think it's completely cosmetic. I got 3 more pins @100mcg Gonna take a week off and switch to des post workout.Interesting...would you deploy this is a pre contest/diet cycle or off-season/ push phase? Or does it matter ?
I know its not doing what increlix does. But i know it does something Every time i've used it. I feel like it's most successfully used kind of like how insulin is used. But again I still don't really understand it. Right now I would say it's most useful if you're lean already and on short notice you need to look your best. The last time I used it. I had significantly more body fat and it did not improve my body composition at all. It just gave me a good pumpGood to hear! I’ve always heard mixed bag reviews on lr3. Id pick hgh over any of the things you mentioned. If i had to pick a unlimited supply of hgh or a unlimited supply of every peptide and and igf varient i would pick the hgh 100 out of 100 timesThat’s something I haven’t tried before lr3, but I’ve always responded well to CJC 1295, MK677, and really anything that increases IGF1 or GH. That does happen. But its a long process to muture those cells from my understandingYeah you fill up something bulbous it just looks more bulbous, you fill up something tight and in shape it looks tighter and more in shape. BONUS! I got the same results when I have tried LR3 but I was a little more on the bulbous side @ 15% + however the pumps were definitely sick!
Was using for trying to get the satellite cells to proliferate.
Yes, but far less time when on gear. The other was to get the satellite cells to donate nucleus to the hard working cells around it. Which makes them more efficient at building and also what drives muscle memory. That does happen. But its a long process to muture those cells from my understanding
Not something i knew!Yes, but far less time when on gear. The other was to get the satellite cells to donate nucleus to the hard working cells around it. Which makes them more efficient at building and also what drives muscle memory.
Oh yeah HGH 100% of the time definitely, over all of it. I did like MK with CJC, but it still wasn’t as good as HGH.Id pick hgh over any of the things you mentioned. If i had to pick a unlimited supply of hgh or a unlimited supply of every peptide and and igf varient i would pick the hgh 100 out of 100 times
Are there any real side effects/cons to HGH?
I’ve always been interested, but again at just a hobby can I justify the cost? Probably not. That’s why I’ve always stuck to peptides, just trying a 8-12 week run which even then, is not ideal.
In general ive been making a lot of visual progress the past few months dispite not really doing much bodybuilding stuff. My body appears larger and denser Despite not really gaining any weight. I mean, my weight is Fluctuating a bit. But thats normal. I look bigger, leaner, fuller and more vascular right now at 197 then i did last year at 198 and honestly i think i look bigger then when i was 215-218 in march. That’s awesome Smont. That is online with the kind of stuff I’ve read, anecdotally. As far as making a permanent difference, like Kleen said when used on gear in waves over time it should structurally improve things.
Yes, even aside from the cost, you can have problems with carpal tunnel syndrome and insulin insensitivity/becoming diabetic.
You can take insulin to lower your blood sugar into safe ranges, but insulin use (and IGF1, Mk677, CJC, etc) all further decrease insulin sensitivity. So it’s a bandaid. And taking insulin with GH and AAS will further potentiate growth that AAS cannot yield solo, but it needs to be done for short spans/cycled to help prevent becoming diabetic. Many pro bodybuilders become diabetic eventually.
2iu/day, more of a longevity dose, is usually something that can be run a long time fairly safely by people. But you still need to keep an eye on fasting glucose over time. Mine was too high for my comfort last time, going from 91 to over 100 consistently on just 2iu 5 days per week in a few months.
Knees all swelled up too and i didnt even do anything to it lol. Dont hurt tho. But its literly double the size of my normal knee and filled with fluid, water on the knee?Something I like to warmup with before deadlifts are actually some high rep squats.
Bar, 95, 135….Gets things loose without taking away dl strength.
With that said, I’ve had to similar with knee extensions, before real squat work. Yeah man, getting old sucks!

Start reading. It's one of those things you need to know a lot about. And you're always gonna feel like you don't know enough about it.gotcha thank you! I’ve always been intrigued with the idea of GH and insulin especially. To be honest I could spend some time just understanding glucose and insulin and how it works in general, I’m fairly ignorant to the topic.

That looks like a knee that’s been under some stress. It’s good you’re going to the doctor. There’s so many things that can cause swelling, fluid, on the knee, from some kind of injury causing inflammation to bursitis and everything in between, but all usually require resting the knee. I know the thing that’s helped me the quickest is when the doctor drains it, joint aspiration, and after a few days rest like new. You’re probably too young for bursitis, but once you get it when you’re older you usually will continue to battle flare ups, especially when really active, it’s what caused me to give up playing weekend football with my sons and their buddies. And he might give you a corticosteroid injection, which works great for injuries if you don’t do it too much. It really does suck when you have to deal with knee issues. My wife just had knee replacement 6 weeks ago, but she is already doing great. Actually that knee is now doing better than the other one, but she is 57, not saying you are looking at anything that extreme.Knees all swelled up too and i didnt even do anything to it lol. My knee joint itself feels fine. The pain almost feels like its between the bone and skin. I almost think a long, long, long time ago i got a cut and something is in there because for a long time whenever i was kneeling there was a quarter size painfull spot on that knee. And thats where the pain started after the swelling. The actual knee dosent hurt. Just that weird spot. That looks like a knee that’s been under some stress. It’s good you’re going to the doctor. I would think things that can effect the connective tissues ability to repair, and also bone structure can be genetic. So, in a way we don't often consider it yeah probably qualifies as hereditary. I get my degenerative arthritis from my mother's side of the family. My knee joint itself feels fine. The pain almost feels like its between the bone and skin. I did tear the Meniscus in this knee and i played Dr. With bpc and tb and it went 100% back to normal. Maybe this is like a flare up from that?
And finally, idk if having bad knees can be Hereditary but my dad had 2 total knee replacements. He had bad knees since his 40's
Up the doses starts todsy!
The next 6 weeks (well, i guess not really because esters but) il be pinning 600 test, 600eq. 105mg tren, 30mg of epistane 5x week. Im still training legs with the bad back and funky knee, its managable but im doing light weights.
Example- thursday was test run leg training for pain tollerance/range of motion was stairs 10min,
smith Squat 185 for 8 sets of 8 (10-15sec rest!)
Machine leg press 160 for 3 sets of 20 (1min rest)
and some hamstring curls. Very managable and i can probable double the volume no issues. I may take today as a rest day and get into some higher volume bodybuilding stuff this week.
@Mikereyn513, @MrKleen73 you guys do the most bodybuilding specific training. Any is welcome send me some ideas for s high volume back and biceps workout.
No bent rows or deadlift, gotta be lower back friendly. Im gonna start with chins and go from there
Honestly i gotta look them up. I cant rember what they are exactlyCan you do Meadows rows? I don’t feel much of a strain on my lower back since you use your free hand for support but I do wear a belt when I do them. If those don’t bother you, try them and one arm barbell rows (similar to meadows rows except you’re standing in line with the bar instead of across it like the Meadows row). I also use 25 pound plates vs 45 pound plates to give me more range of motion in the exercise. T-bar rows, incline dumbbell rows, and one handed lat pulldowns will definitely take the strain off your lower back. Those and pull-ups would smoke your back. Even doing banded pull-ups or chins after your back is exhausted will definitely hit it hard. Straight arm pulldowns as a finisher would be good too. Just my .02 bro.
Definately. Ive actually been really focused on the negative and the stretch on everything lately. Ive almost been counting momentary failure when i cant fully control that negative when i do rest pause sets and then force out a few extras.Don’t forget tempo manipulation.
Depending on how your knee responds, if you find you can’t handle any more volume or load, increase the duration of the reps, especially the negative. Same number of knee bends over the workout but more accumulated TUT.

I am lol. Pains not crazy, just ugly to look at and its tight. Im wondering if my Torn meniscus from a few months back didnt heal like i thought and now maybe water on the knee to protect the joint?Fuk dude! Ouch. Elevate, ice, heat repeat
I would be leaning in that direction also. Mangled right knee snowboarding. ACL and meniscus. No cause and effect at the gym? Just blew up on you? Mine can act up from squats. Feels like someone drove a railroad spike into my patella. Swells below and to outside of capI am lol. Pains not crazy, just ugly to look at and its tight.
