Just thought I'd share.
I wouldn't sweat and extra 350 kcal just for a day. Heck, you probably burned most/all of that off with all of the physical activity. Opposite problem here...stress/being super busy = completely forgetting to eat food or drink water.
Congrats guys, now for the hardest decision ever.... Which flavor to pick.
This is a decision that I face every morning... EVERY morning. There's always those times when you've just scooped one flavor into your shaker, and as soon as it hits the water/milk you decide you'd rather have the other flavor. At that point you can't waste what you just scooped; this stuff is as good as gold. You drink it, then spend the rest of your day wondering whether or not the other flavor would have really been that much better on that morning.

I'm in the same boat. It took me 20 minutes to decide what flavor to use in my oatmeal this morning...Vanilla Ice Cream won today's battle.

The #1 nutrition rule of getting leaner, stronger, bigger, better - whatever your goal may be - is to make sure you're meeting your protein requirement. OxyELITE Protein contains the most premium proteins we could find; premium Milk Protein Isolate (containing both casein and whey proteins) along with the highest quality whey protein concentrate available and micellar casein...

In recent groundbreaking studies, the protein combination found in MPI has been shown to have greater satiating ability, greater nitrogen retention, greater leaning potential and last, but certainly not least, greater lean muscle impact than whey or casein alone!

World Class Flavor...An internal panel of testers unanimously agreed that OxyELITE Protein™ tastes AMAZING! Until now, you had to choose between great taste with sneaky “tricks” or hard to swallow premium protein. We just solved the dilemma!

I like to eat, Summer, Winter, Spring, Fall, doesn't really matter. I would say for a Summer meal a cheeseburger or steak on the grill. Of course BBQ ribs are always tasty. I like the charcoal grills much better than gas, they just seem to produce better flavor. If you're gonna use gas, might as well just cook your food inside on your range/stove. Live in an apartment though so I can't grill anything. I can just travel to various camp sites and beg for scraps though. Maybe I'll even offer to do tricks or fetch a ball or stick for some steak.

I dont know what i like better, those are this...

Oxy Elite Chocolate Micorwave Protein Cheesecake

Ingredients

220g Cream Cheese (7-8oz Cream Cheese)

30g Oxy Elite Protein (Chocolate)
Dash of Splenda (3g)
1 Whole Egg
Dash of Milk
(Almond Milk)
50g Greek Yogurt

Directions

Beat Cream Cheese, Milk, Greek Yogurt and Vanilla with a small whisk until it becomes fluffy and starts to thicken.

Add in Dry Ingredients listed above to mixutre

Last add in egg (or egg white) and beat slowly to hold all the moisture inside the cake when microwaving to bind everything together and prevent air bubbles/cracking.

Transfer to a circular Tupperware container and microwave on medium power for 6-7 minutes until outsides start to harden and middle will bubble. (every microwave will differ)

Finished Cake will be slightly runny in middle but let it cool for a bit outside of microwave and then place in fridge overnight, it will harden up perfectly and be ready to eat.

I'll second the notion of BBQ ribs being an all time awesome summer time meal! I also agree on charcoal over gas.

Lobstah roll, not available in the other months. Extremely expensive though, and you've got to know where to go to get a good one. So yeah I guess that would be the best summah food.

Maybe a bacon cheeseburger from a good drive-in. Some drive in places are crap though and the best thing about them is the decor. Some actually have good food.
