Day 18

GOod Morning My Fellow A.M. Brothers. . .for this has not been the best of my logs due to my busy schedule. . .but still working on it. . .I have some good and bad news. . . I will taking some time to rest for i have hit a wall but i still have to update my log!!! I'm very sorry for this inconvienance but i must make sure i listen to my body!!! As time has gone on I have been having knee issues. . . and I do believe with the over use of my knee's and heavy lifting well. .. it has only made the matters worse. . . this routine is ment for a higher lvl of body fat and or some wraps or sleeves in which case i do not have! Great routine for i have already gained 10lbs at very low BF% so i do know that this was mostly muscle!! With that being said. . My job has not yet been completed BUT very close!!!

Was a day of rest!!

Updated Dosing

Suppress-C 1 pump x 2 a day
Testpro - 2 caps x twice a day
Hghpro - 2 caps :1200pm 3 caps 1hr b4 bed

Work out

25minutes of light cardio at 120 beats per minute. . .

Libido - 10/10 - ahah need i say more
Vascularity - 10/10 - YUP THATS RIGHT!!! Veins in my calfs/legs and forarms its time to bring it to a 10

Muscle Density - 8/10 - I want more!! Muhaha
Pumps - 9/10 - Feeling like a million bucks. . i haven't stepped it up to 1.5 scoops but for 1 scoop its great!

Sleep - 7/10 - Body always has to get use to HGH products but its getting more restful each time i lay my head down!!

Aggression - 9/10 - hahah ooo ya Serious Alpha Male. . its soo early hahah must be placebo but. . i haven't had n e hormone changes in a while so i'm very sensitive muhahah

Goood Morning Every body!! Just checkin in live with a quik update. . .At work soo I will say that things are just crusing along. . .I need to get MORE SLEEP DANG IT!! I feel refreshed but i still need more like 8-10hrs vs. 6-7.5. . .just not enough but i have a hell of time winding down because i'm thinking about sooo much stuff!!!! With that being said. . just doing some basic cardio yesterday hahah nothing special

With that being said. . I have come to a conclusion. . .My knee's have been starting to hurt very very bad!!! soo i have decided that during this routine i will start tapering of the Suppress-C due to its INCREDIBLE Affect of cortisol suppression. . . :biglaugh: I want to say that maintain a low bf% and maximizing weight potential isn't the smartest thing due to the possibility of damage of connective tissue in elbows. . knee's. . hips. . .soo i just want to make sure that my bad will work when i'm 50+ haha. . .I will continue the use of suppress - c till next week and see if this will help my knees because i still have 4 more weeks of this rigorous routine. . .

Once the routine is over i will be dabbling here and there to monitor cortisol levels. . But let this be known to all who are reading this log. . .This will be the new standard for my cutting cycle. . .its one of the best fat reducing products i have used yet! with that being said BOOM BOOM BOOOOOM!!! :usa:

Suppress-C is the real Deal big man!!! If i was at a higher Bodyfat percentage i would have ran a full cycle but at low BF% your cycle i will say must be decreased due to its WONDERFUL Suppressing ability!! I would love to add formestane but unfortunatley I am unable to use the product for it is a nanbf banned substance :32: dam! but i will utilize SUPPRESS-C in all of my cutting cycles and the last 2weeks of my contest prep! Suppress - C is your competitive advantage! :deal:

I will be writing my final review on the full dosages but as for now i'm just trying to stay updated. . . i'm not doing the best of jobs but i will say that work and life have been throwing there fair share of curve balls to me!! :32: you are correct though as for my final review ^^^ is what it will be on!!

Comment: This will be my last squatting routine for some time!! After this my knee's have been not feeling very good!!! hahaha So i had made an official decision to not continue this squatting routine until my knee's are onee hundred percent :32:

I will say that its something when you have your whole crew behind you yelling COME ON!!! PEANUTS!!! LIGHTWEIGHT!!! You get this sense that nothing will stop you and its just you and the iron baby!! This was the beginning of my week off. . .I hate taking that much time in the middle of a cycle but the one thing that i will say is that I have to listen to my body!!!

New Dosing for the taper Scheme for Suppress - C

Supress -C - 1 squirt x 2 a day

Hghpro 2 caps 12:00 and 3 caps 45minutes b4 bed
Maniac - 1 scoop pre workout 25mins b4

I will take my final dose of suppress c friday july 2nd

Here marks the end of this work out regimen as of 6/27/10

Tis a sad day but i will still be updating my weight and post some progress pictures!

Everything is going well. . .I was home sick. . My knee's were done for and I'm very happy that I have made the decision to stay home and take this week off working out.. . .Elbows are sore as well. . .need time for my body to heal and gather up some cushion baby!! :dance2:

Not much to really say other than that. . .hmm N e ideas. . taking some msm/fish oil/anti inflammitory. . .hmmm i hope this will do the trick. . .trying to ice my body parts but thats a pain in my you know what :32:
 
Believe me bro I completely understand. My muscle memory is coming back now and it only been about a week. Get your rest and and bounce back hard brother!!!!!

Next show is October 16th. . . .it's the Northern States Classic in Mn baby!!! Wooo hoooo!! Will be my first open appearance!! I have gained about 7-9lbs of lean mass in my legs already. . .and i'm planning on bulking the majority of July as well. . .The game plan is to have me hover around 8-9% and go from there. . .my only thing is that its just one month. . so to have me go up in weight for one month just to cut doesn't make much sense to me. . .so i'm talking with my coach and we'll figure it out :bigok:

8-9 percent is good and would not take that much work to get stage ready in general.

Just checkin in with everybody!!! CC,Army,Ak, BigT,smelton, gym,mr. kleen, and everybody else that has been following along thank you for the support. . . Me and my coach have decided to take one more week off. . .although i did go in yesterday and squeaked in a back and chest routine. . . I won't lie it felt absolutely wonderful to have that kind of pump again because it has been almost a month since i have worked my back out. . . My coach wants me to go back tot eh squatting regimen when i do come back but I will have to speak with him about that. . . .with that being said i will be giving my final review for this log close to end of the week. . .i want to get a few things prepared and I also will be busy at work as usual. . hahah with that being said. . How was everybody's fourth of july?? All i can say is Mine was FAAAANNNTTTAAASSTTTICCCC!!! and with beautiful women and great company. . it truely can't get anybetter than that :fing02:

As the week moves along my current state is getting better. . although i have acquired a nice chest cold. . .wicked cough and on set soreness. . .haha it just keeps on getting better!! But With some rest and VITAMINS i do believe all things will come to normal. . .i have some plans tomorrow that I would prefer not to cancel. . .but i fear that all my hard work may dimish as I'm having a hard time eating my 5.5K calories under my current state. . .I try not to get to upset about the hole thing for anger required concentrated thought. . .If i concentrate on positive energy i do believe that all will work itself out. . I clocked in yesterday at 218 with is a 3lb loss from friday so with some eating and working out starting saturday i believe 221 will be back in my sights!
 
You'll feel fine in a couple of days, colds are gay. Nyquil keeps them in their place :)
