just slept 9 hours.. took a nice pee, weighed myself.. i'm still overweight.

Now i'm eating some Roast beef on a slice of bread with some Mashed taters and Broccoli.

I woke up and noticed the eagles managed to win today.. I guess i'm happy about that.. I'm reading some gay a$$ book my dad wanted me to read... "Book of Secrets" freaking boring.. about being a better person and being able to let go of all the outside reality that binds us as free ppl... just so gay

Also, since i slept away most of my day, i barely have time to do anything because i gotta leave my house for work at 10.. so i'm just watching the movie "Life" while i eat my slope before i go in.. Monday will be a good day for some Chest :)

Just got back from SFW, arm day for a change. About to shower and get my chicken on. I should go to a buffet and show off the gun show but I'll save that for the weekend. Maybe I'll go run in flops in the cold rain. I'd hit the weights at the house but I made a mess with all the sand leaking last time.
