The case for DMAA - thoughts?

Can't give site info, but my recommendation is using the search engine duckduckgo rather than Google, and you will easily find what you want :)

I couldn't find any bulk suppliers do you know any?

Looks like a handful of suppliers but I've never heard of most of them.

No but that’s a terrible formula outside of the DMAA. You should look into Irate by Juggernaut Nutrition if youre really wanting DMAA.

I will vouch for Irate. I like it better than Phenta Inferno and Venom. They’re perfectly fine for the price I get them at but all Irate flavors literally taste like fountain drinks and are the nicest feeling too it seems for me.

So irate is the way to go.

If you like high stim PWOs you should check out Submission science Rocky 1,3 that s**t hit way harder than irate. Been a DMAA junkie for 10 years or so I've tried a truckload of weak stim PWOs over the years. It contains yohimbe though so might be a turnoff for some ppl.

Spoke to the vp at Hi-Tech they are going to fight tooth to nail and keeping DMAA available as a sup. Let's wish them luck in court.

Not sure if I can post a link to the priceplow article but they released something yesterday regarding DMAA. Here is the headline.....

Government Ordered to Return Five Truckloads of DMAA to Hi-Tech Pharma

they had a pretty major court win yesterday. FDA has to return all seized DMAA products for the time being which HTP values at ~$19m

Here's the court paper!

They still can't sell it which is atrocious but a win still. The FDA's actions were clearly illegal and the first judge obviously being bankrolled and/or brainwashed by FDA agents. I'm glad some justice prevailed.

That document is great.

“Given the long, complicated relationship between the FDA and Defendants, I know better than to speculate about anyone’s motives.”

I can understand that decision. Once the 11th circuit rules it'll give everyone a strong footing to move forward. Hopefully the ruling is returned soon

it won't impact the 11th circuits decision. This has nothing to do with DMAA's legality as a supplement, and everything to do with how the FDA conducts their business/operations in regards to seizures.

Back in the day they raided health stores for selling melatonin and dhea with marshals with guns drawn. Seems like they like acting like terrorists.

Presently it isn't illegal, and they are attempting to get the FDA to admit that DMAA is compliant. The ruling looks like it could be a stepping stone, not the end all be all.

I disagree. They have no correlation whatsoever.

This ruling is ONLY about the fact that the FDA is not allowed to seize stuff like this and just hold it indefinitely. This has absolutely nothing to do with DMAAs DSHEA compliance.

Ephedrine all over again.

Ephedrine all over again.

Yes and no. The FDA went through the appropriate channels to have ephedrine banned, while for DMAA they have not. That has been one of HTP's main arguments since the start...if you want to ban it, do so appropriately. If not, leave us alone

In terms of the FDA trying to take out anything that actually works off the market.

So this may actually cause the FDA to focus on getting DMAA banned through proper channels?

No, I don't think this will impact literally anything. The FDA has to give the stuff back, but nothing changes in the dietary supplement world.

NOTHING changes until the 11th circuit makes its decision. Then there will be an appeal from either side. Once that happens, it will force either the FDA or HTP to try new channels.

Thanks for clarifying!

Thanks for the details. I was searching...

Found a box in the basement with random supplements in it, assuming from when I moved years ago...found a unopened bottle of SNS Adrena-G! Can't wait to test its potency after all these years.
