All it says is 350mg, no standardization mentioned. A vendor has 4 bottles for 99 bucks, just trying to see if this is a good deal.

Yeah ask em .. if it is standarlized it's good buy

Look at SnS/molecular label .. we could have put 625mg and leave the 40%standalized out

If they won't tell u then leave it out

Always best to stick with Molecular or your SNS for X-Gels rather than pay less for inferior product, if the price is cheap then it is probably not for good reasons of benefit to the consumer.
 
I'm on my 3rd day of xgels and took 8 gels, can xgels cause stomach issues if you take that much. I'm doing a 25 day cycle.

Why 25 days at double-dose?

ARA Saturation carries many of the benefits, why not run it 50 days at 4 gels?

I like 50 @ 6 best, but that may be budget dependant

Yea. I chose this route. I'm already like on day 15 . All i have felt was increased DOMS and a little bit of vascularity. Normal ?
 
1.5g-2g of actual ARA every day for 50 days is the usual dosage recommendation.
I used MN's X-Factor (1st run) and X-Factor Advanced (2nd & 3rd run), the pumps and DOMS were great on both but XFA gets my vote for the top ARA supp.

But with my outlined "cycle", 4 caps a bottle followed by 6 caps a bottle only on workout days, using glycerol and ALCAR, I only felt slight effects, not even DOMS. So this time, I have to change something. I ordered two bottles of X-Gels, open for suggestions. Maybe I take it every day

Add 10g Citrulline to that, pumps will be YUUUGE.
 
Almost done with my first bottle of X-gels...I'm trying to decide if a 2nd bottle is worth it as my budget is limited...I wouldn't say bottle one has blown me away yet,...does it really shine by the 2nd?

1.5 to 2 grams for 50 days. How are you dosing it?

did you take the x-gels fasted or with food.
 
I was up to 1.5 grams pre workout with a baby aspirin

I've brought it back down to 4 gels as it wasnt a huge improvement with 5 or 6 and I'm trying to conserve it
 
I mean, there's always food in my stomach, I'm tryin make gains lol...

I'm taking it pre, having eaten an hr and half before...

I also took the soy lethicin granules with x-gels, supposedly they work together to make you YUUUGE!

Not too impressed. A little bit of force and pump increase, that is why I would like to optimize my second attempt.

I was just wondering when to take this pre. At the same time? Thirty minutes later, or should I take X Gels closer to my workout and pre before?

Take the first two with Ara 30 mins pre, save the BCAA for intra.

Or take caffeine closer to your workout or whatever you prefer
 
Dosing xgels upon waking then hit gym 30 minutes later. Any way to implement carbs? 25g waxy maize with some bcaas. Can I drink that before I enter the gym? Not into drinking it during workout.

I think you could drink that before (30-1hr) and then Xgels after your warm up, but I do not think it's optimal

Honestly it's not the end of the world if you have carbs with your x gels.

If I were you, I would do this:
(1) drink carbs right when you wake up
(2) take x gels after your first workout set at the gym

should be gtg with that set up

It does have anti inflammatory properties, which is why I asked.

Never heard of people running both. If you spaced the doses far apart it would probably be ok.

Take your carbs pre then take your x gels during warm up sets.
 
I've been taking my ArA about 30min before training with my pre workout
 
I've been working out 6 days a week whilst supplementing with ARA for the past fortnight, and consuming ~180g protein (1.2 x bodyweight in lbs) whilst eating at a small surplus.
However, I've found that I've been getting weaker recently.
I've typically been doing one body part a day, or chest+tris or back+bis.
Admittedly, I've been making the mistake of taking ARA with fish oil

Given I'm on ARA, should I be consuming more protein or training on fewer days?
 
I don't think the training frequency matters. Perhaps you are over training? Time your fish oil 12hrs+ away from ur ara.
