Hey guys! Can you help me with my Ara-Stack?
-2.5h PWO: 30gr Whey + 50g Instant Oats
-45min PWO: 4 Caps X-Factor Advanced, 5g GMS, 2g L-Carnitin, 2g HCA, 10g BCAA (just for the Taste)
-30min PWO: 1 Scoop Triple X 2015 or Possessed or Venom 2.0 or Jacked Up and 4 Caps of Muscletech Nan0X9, 2 Caps Muscletech clear muscle, 7.5gr Soy Lecithin
-Training: 75-90min
-Postworkout: 1x Mutant Rehab (3.4g Joint & Bone health Blend with Glucosamin in it. Can it "destroy" the effects of the ara?) + 20gr Protein Matrix
What do you think about this?

Why are you taking clear muscle and SL? They are pretty much the same thing. Unless you are supplementing the PA dose in clear muscle with bulk SL.
Looks good, I would take the X factor right when you got to the gym to give it a little more time away from your meal.

Almost through my first bottle of xgels. Taking 4 after warm up with 4 grams of gms and 2 grams of LCLT. I've noticed a little extra pump and maybe slightly increased doms. Strength has increased a little. In the gym 4-6 days a week depending on work. Weighing in at 180 lbs.
Looking for suggestions. Should I bump up to 6 xgels for my last bottle or ride it out at 4.

yes. no reason to take ara on off days assuming you train at least 3 days a week.
Just got my X-gels going. Using it with the traditional 2 way DC split starting 2maro
DC leg days + X gels = them DOMS!! Those widowmakers still give me nightmares.

ArA ~ 30-40 mins after that after last warm-up set
This means that ArA is taken about 1.5ish hours after that big meal.
Looks good? Timing looks good with the other supps too? Should I up the GMS dose?

How does everyone feel about 1 gram vs1.5 grams AA? Really 1.5 that much better? Strength, recomp, pump?

Does it matter what type of SL granules i get?? I have read that most people on here recommend Fearn but I am in Australia and dont want to order from overseas if I dont havfe to.
