Hey guys! Can you help me with my Ara-Stack?

-2.5h PWO: 30gr Whey + 50g Instant Oats
-45min PWO: 4 Caps X-Factor Advanced, 5g GMS, 2g L-Carnitin, 2g HCA, 10g BCAA (just for the Taste)
-30min PWO: 1 Scoop Triple X 2015 or Possessed or Venom 2.0 or Jacked Up and 4 Caps of Muscletech Nan0X9, 2 Caps Muscletech clear muscle, 7.5gr Soy Lecithin
-Training: 75-90min
-Postworkout: 1x Mutant Rehab (3.4g Joint & Bone health Blend with Glucosamin in it. Can it "destroy" the effects of the ara?) + 20gr Protein Matrix

What do you think about this?
Should I take the Ara Stack on non-training days?
Can Ara cause hair loss?
 
I want to take the i 7.5gr 2 times a day. In case of joint pain i want to take cissus in the morning. Training is on the evening.

Why are you taking clear muscle and SL? They are pretty much the same thing. Unless you are supplementing the PA dose in clear muscle with bulk SL.

Looks good, I would take the X factor right when you got to the gym to give it a little more time away from your meal.

Almost through my first bottle of xgels. Taking 4 after warm up with 4 grams of gms and 2 grams of LCLT. I've noticed a little extra pump and maybe slightly increased doms. Strength has increased a little. In the gym 4-6 days a week depending on work. Weighing in at 180 lbs.
Looking for suggestions. Should I bump up to 6 xgels for my last bottle or ride it out at 4.

You could try 6. Many report that to be the sweet spot

I find 6 to be much better for pumps for myself
 
Just got my X-gels going. Using it with the traditional 2 way DC split starting 2maro 

DC leg days + X gels = them DOMS!! Those widowmakers still give me nightmares.

should be ok. if you REALLY want to improve the use, move the oil out a bit further.

Honestly tho, the impact will be super minimal

So guys. Would I be able to take

X-factor
Gms
Plcar
Soy lecithin

All 30 min before my workout? Or should I split that out?

Can the soy lecithin remove the need for gms to emulsify the AA?
 
Awesome. So what are ideal dosages & anything else to add in?

1-1.5g of ArA
2 tablespoons of sl granules. Can't remember the doses of the others but 1g GMS (not needed because the sl granules emulsify the ArA as well) and ~2g carnitine sounds right off the top of my head. Someone else may know bettet
 
How does everyone feel about 1 gram vs1.5 grams AA? Really 1.5 that much better? Strength, recomp, pump?

I find a noticeable difference in the strength aspect at 6 vs 4 caps. Pumps are slightly better but strength was the main benefit for me. That said, I thought the strength plus some extra pump was worth the extra caps

I dunno if Nutriverse still has XGEL20 as an active code. The bottles are a little over $30 with it if so. If not, they have two bottles of X-Factor with a free Test Factor for $80. If DPS has it back in stock, use the code DPS10 and they should be a little over $30 per bottle there too

Compared to the old x factor prices, every x gel/x factor price is a crazy deal these days. Easy to find x gels in the $31-32 range.

this might be a stupid question, sorry in advance.
Does it matter what type of SL granules i get?? I have read that most people on here recommend Fearn but I am in Australia and dont want to order from overseas if I dont havfe to.

Any company, as long as it's standardized to 97% phosphatides
