Need some input here. Got 2.5 bottles of ara left and a bottle of epi-plex. When should I add the epi, if at all?

I'd personally wait until fully done with your ArA run.

Does a regular multi vitamin need to be taken far away from ARA? It's Controlled Labs Vit More if that matters.

Well considering you should be dosing ArA pre-workout, I doubt you're dosing you multi pre-workout (at least I hope not).

Epicatechin and ArA don't have any synergy? That's too bad. Guess I'll use it to cut when it warms up. Thanks bud.

Well, depending on the dose of Epicatchin, it has anti-inflammatory properties, something you don't want to be dosing around ArA.

Lol no I'm not. I just know people recommend anything anti inflammatory to be about 6 hours apart from ARA, I wasn't sure if any vitamins or minerals were the same. It's usually a couple hours before or after the ARA at least.

It really shouldn't matter much as far as the ara is concerned as vitmore doesn't have any of the joint complex OT has. That said, multi typically aren't the best to be dosed around workouts anyways.

Doesn't that depend on which pathway it's anti-inflammatory function works through? As long as it doesn't inhibit COX-2 it should be good right?

Yes and no, that is the primary pathway that would inhibit ARA effectiveness, yes

But others can, and in general you should be taking multis and any anti-inflammatories far from your workout (can be preventative of adaptation) where your ARA is dosed anyways.
 
So best not to hinder the ArA effectiveness and hold off on the Epicatechin, correct?

If you want to truly maximize the Arachidonic Acid, yes, hold off on Epi.

Id hold back as well, primarily because they are both on the higher end cost wise and you want to be sure to maximise both.

A cheaper idea is to run Xgels alone or with something like PA that adds value without increasing cost too much

I'm on day 5 of X-Factor today and already feeling increased DOMS (1 gram a day). Is that too soon and likely placebo or is it possible. It's not like an all day soreness. Just when I wake up, I really feel it then it quickly resides

placebo most likely... chances are you've just meantally kicked it up a notch and a pushing a little harder. My personal favorite placebo effect when i start most things

Okay so Saturday night at a party I hurt my shoulder (not sure how exactly, possibly a fight I decided I was too drunk to continue) lol

Anyways, it ****ing hurts to move it a certain way and I know ARA probably isn't helping this..

What should I do?

Take it easy on lifts and only do what feels comfortable and ice it?

Take Advil for a few days and not lift?

Take Advil and ARA for a couple days and lift lightly?

I know I'm able to do legs, arms, some back, and possibly some chest. OHP movement feels fine as well. It's mainly when the shoulder moves forward.
 
treat it as you normally would. take some anti-inflammatories, rest, and ice to reduce inflammation, and then heat to increase blood flow. Keep dosing your ArA per usual

I'd also recommend, just stay away from movements that aggravate the injury until you feel the pain has passed.

Also, be sure you do the Advil far way from ArA and/or workout.

Just finished a workout, mainly arms and back but I did some machine shoulder press, and I have to say it feels better than it has lately. we'll see tomorrow though lol

no, you should be fine. Once the workout has gotten underway the ara should be shuttled to the muscle so you're fine to do whatever at that point. It only takes a little stimulation to get things moving the right way (like taking after warmups when not fasted)

Well I only took some Sunday morning and avoided taking it after that, but it was atleast 24 hours away from ARA because I took a couple days off.

It's still feeling better today, it still feels odd if it gets tweaked a certain way but I've always had joint issues.

Right now I'm running Ara+Ep1c U+SL+Alphamax................direct experience about not stacking Ara+Epi? Pump, strenght and stamina are on the roof.

On paper they arnt the "best" stackers, but you may find they work very well together.

I tend to just suggest that anything that inhibits COX 2 or things that directly reduce n6 efficiency (n3s) be avoided. Other things can be trialed with as they may work through a seperate pathway
 
So I got some X Factor coming in the mail and wanted to run my stack by you guys. I have 2 different shifts at work I'm on rotating shifts so it will vary.

Day shift (5am-5pm)
7-8am breakfast with Alphamine 30mins prior
2-4pm lunch depending on how busy we are but I try to have lunch no later than 4pm (no supps)
5:45pm Pre Bulk (I have a 45min commute so maybe take X Factor as I leave work or with pre bulk?)
6:30 workout I only have water
9pm post Jym with dinner (I have one question here. Do I still need post Jym even with the big 4g doses of Beta alanine and betaine on pre bulk?)
I also have my multi. protein shake like 20mins after dinner

Night shift (5pm-5am)
1220pm wake up and sip on Pre Bulk as I get ready so I'd take X Factor here with it?
1pm workout as stated only water no supps
3pm post Jym with "lunch" also my multi and a protein shake like at 4 right before leaving for work
7-8pm lunch with Alphamine 30mins prior
12am-3am I'll have a snack somewhere in here and Alphamine if I forgot about it with my 7-8pm meal.

Any advice is welcomed thanks guys

Edit: My goals are to get under 20% body fat currently sitting in the mid 20s while getting stronger. Also I am thinking of adding some GMS keel reading it goes very well with ArA so input on that is appreciative as well
 
whats the max that you may run Ara? I know normally you do 50 training days, would it be okay to do 65 training days? since I started at 4 caps but increased to 6 now..dunno if I should run a shorter cycle (2 bottles) or invest in 1 more bottle

We recommend 50 as the max. People have gone longer but it's never truly been studied so there's only anecdotal feedback on what to expect in terms of cost:benefit
 
Almost done with full bottle #1 of xgels. Had about 20 gels in another that I finished. Will continue ArA for 2 more full bottles since I got a great deal on it. Misfit28 Driven2lift thanks guys. Started at 1g for a few workouts, stayed at 1.25g for a little, now at 1.5g.

I don't know if it's because I increased the dose or just because my body is fully saturated with the ArA; the **** just got real. Pumps are awesome and the DOMS is for real. I had to foam roll a good bit longer this morning because I could barely walk when I got up. Just started Carlito's 6 week program on Tuesday so that may have something to do with it, but the soreness is insane.

What is the recommendation on When to take Abe with the Xgels stack? I see 2 pre and 2 post or 2 with each 2 biggest meals of the day.

Yes, Lodhra Bark plays a synergistic role by leaving more ArA to be converted to prostaglandins rather than leukotrienes, but doesn't need to be dosed alongside ArA.

Going to get a greater benefit dosing prior to a meal with the nutrient partitioning benefits.

I would still think the forskolin and lohdra together with the ara would add to the benefit. Not to mention if there is any intra workout supplementation, these would help at this time on top of the natural effects. I guess it also depends on meal timing, I personally don't eat prior to training so taking both doses post doesn't make much sense

IMO, yes. With Arachidonic Acid, the higher the dose, the better the results.

Issues being, as you stated, is cost to results.

I personally just run at 1.5 grams 5-6 days a week.

Unfortunately the only way to find out is to bite the bullet and try it out yourself. Everyone reacts differently to different doses.
 
I'm gonna bump mine up to 5 caps starting tomorrow today is my last day on 4 just wanted to run 4 for my first workout routine. I can feel the soreness pretty bad on my legs and calves
