Question here. Been on ArA for about 1.5 weeks now, 7 workouts. Since the start, my bowel movements have slowed down. I would normally go 5 or 6 times a week. Now, about 3. I do not feel bloated or like I have to go, I wake up hungry in the morning. My question is does ArA have an effect on bowel movements? Maybe since I am at a very small surplus, what I am eating, my body is using?
I am on day 10 and I have not seen any change in frequency but I have also upped my calorie intake.

Definitely up your water and fiber regardless. Maybe the gms Requires more water?

Mine have increased lol.

I would guess that the added systemic inflammation/vasodilation "should" facilitate bowel movements not decrease.
 
I havent looked into it but personally I cant say that ive realised this. Most supps have the opposite effect lol
 
Any reason not to take fish oil on off days?

Or is there something else I should be doing to combat the dry joints without being counterproductive to the ARA?
 
Maybe I am over thinking this, but I have a question regarding a food purchase. I have a coupon for this pretty good looking granola bar. Each bar contains 160 mg ALA from Omega 3s. Would consuming these bars a few times a week not be wise. Should I save them until after my ArA run.

That's no problem at all. That's a pretty low dose of ALA in the first place.

I am a lot more regular. I think that I was too loose before and got used to that. Looking at the chart below, I am more of a 4 now, going about 4-5 times a week compared to going at least once a day at a 6

This is probably a dumb question. I had an l4-l5-s1 spinal fusion. Is ArA a bad idea? I'm fully fused, but worried the inflammation will put extra stress on my other veterbras (my l4, l5, and s1 vertebras are fused into one)

Would storing ara in the freezer help in preventing the oil going rancid? Any possible negatives to doing this?

I put mine in the fridge. Freezer would be another good option
 
Wasn't planning on stocking up necessarily since my assumption is that these sales happen with relative frequency. It's more a matter of wanting to know the best practices for storage.

I put all my fish oil in the freezer, so I was curious as to whether that doing the same with ara might be a good idea. Thanks for the answer Jiigzz.

I always refrigerate my fish and Ara oils but leave most others in a cool dark place.
 
I began my research into ArA feeling skeptical about it because so many people claim to experience all sorts of dramatic effects from t-boosters that I know are placebo. Although anecdotal reporting isn't the best to go on, there doesn't seem to be a lot of ambiguity amongst users about the effects. I know there is a study, but after DAA I'm hesitant to put too much weight in a single study. Why has such a promising agent not been studied more?

I'm leaning towards doing a cycle soon. I was a little unsure of the value once I realized most people are dosing at 1.5grams per day, but if you only take it on workout days then it seems reasonable.

You can run a full 50 day cycle for like $1.32 a day @ 1g/workout. It's def worth the 60 or so bucks...at the price tgb has them right now I'd buy 3 and if you want move up to 1.5g...if not you could sell it or trade it on here anyway.

This kind of skepticism is what needs to happen more often in this industry. I agree with you on the weight of a single study but unfortunately the data is limited, however all of it is promising.

1.5g is a lot to begin with. Most people start with 1g and then bump it up, however 1g is perfectly fine. At $32 per bottle, it is a cheaper natural anabolic than what others can go for.
 
Yeah, the cost isn't that bad at all.

If the anecdotal reports weren't so convincing, I wouldn't have thought twice about it because I don't intuitively understand the pathway. That's where it's got to be kind of ironic if you're a rep for this stuff; since it doesn't attempt to produce gains through hormonal changes, it maybe doesn't market as easily to a public that only recognizes "testosterone", whereas none of the natural hormonal stuff does anything meaningful, as far as I can tell.

Hmmm my guess would be you were totally safe.

Inflammation (specifically) doesn't place an added structural stress on your spine.

One could make a reasonable argument that ANY form of inflammation poses a potential threat to any problematic joint (additional inflammation) and where recent surgical intervention took place.

That said, if your surgery was not recent, and you are beyond the post-surgical healing stage 6-9 months post-op), I see no contraindication for such use.

How do you like it? Ive got a split between x factor and advanced and going to probly do the advanced first then the regular for the rest, but i thought of doing both together for the whole thing.. Idk. ..
 
Strength has gone up massively this week an extra 90 pounds on leg press for same reps and average of 10-15 pound increase for smaller muscle groups like arms and shoulders.

Pumps are great, I feel at this higher dosage it is really working well, muscle is also looking much fuller and i am up about 2 pounds. this week.

I'm taking a break from.xgels sadly. Can't wait for my next run. Thinking about doing white rapids and xgels.

People talk about it like its the cream of the crop.

I'm taking 1.5g ArA now with 1.7g PA. Did you feel 2g ArA not enough benefit/gain for the extra .5g?
 
For me personally, I agree with Misfit, 1.5gm is sufficient considering all factors. I mean, I wouldve needed some pretty high-tec measuring equipment in order to detect the differences in muscle gain between the two dose quantities; the difference certainly wasnt profound or perceivably discernable (assuming it was even there).

Same here. Before starting, I read that 1.5g was the sweet spot performance wise. And it's easier on the wallet too for a few more days per cycle.

Did anyone get a strength difference between 1g and 1.5g? Not too interested in gaining muscle but rather density/strength
 
Sick stack I'm in the thick of right now! Magnitropin, Erase Pro, Test Powder(DAA)(every day 2 bottles straight through), Ara( 3 bottles 6 caps 6 days a week and 4 caps 1 day a week until all 3 bottles are done), LCLT(6 grams a day), Glycergrow 2( 2 scoops),CLA(5 grams), R-Ala( 700-900mg), Nano Vapor as my pre workout which has max dosage of betaine(TMG),Citrulline,Beta Alanine,Caffeine,etc.... In the morning I take best BCAA, Intra workout ji take Strive and AR-5 which has PeptoPro,Hydrolyte, Glutamine, and 10+ BCAA/EAAs! My Quick Carbs Are Karbolyn which is really good! Am also taking maintenance creatine, taking whey protein, eating 3800 calories a day, and taking Optimen as my multivitamin!

If you have taken myokem magnitropin with Ara have you taken the second dose of magnitropin pre work out with food and if so did it hamper the Ara
What is everyone's thoughts on dosing
I was going to take the first dose of magnitropin with breakfast then Ara 45 minutes pre work out What do I do with the second dose of magnitropin
