540 squats later, I am I extreme pain!!!!!
This was not easy! During my 3 round my legs were shaking so bad! The front squat felt easier on my hips then the back squat...
I dunno...
On my fifth round form was slipping , legs felt like rubber! It was unreal! I love it!

We r at 3980 , I think?

Any suggestions are welcome on the variation

Any squat where you can keep your shin vertical will require less of your ankle. Try a low bar squat or a box squat. For box squats, you wanna sit back Back Back until you land on that box. Think of your ass as a plane instead of a helicopter. The box is your runway. Top shelf movement for the hips and hams.

GVT 8x8 plus two warm up sets of 10 =84, brings out total to 4064!

Well, squats weren't actually on the mountain dog leg routine for today but I added in 100 just to help out! (It was 99 but had to do 1 more just to make it even! Lol) Sure didn't make it to a crazy 500+ like crazy Mags!

So now we are up to 4,220

Btw, I'll take the time to say, oly lifting shoes make a huge difference. I just feel aligned so much better

Just getting over a torn shoulder. After 12 months, now able to get under and hold the bar.
Standard 4x8 for 32 reps. Starting back slow.

Wish I'd seen this before I did weak-ass leg presses instead of squats yesterday. Hopefully still going in a few days when I can add mine in. This is cool though, hope to see more threads like this.

Squatted GVT style in the AM with 325 pounds. I couldn't walk up the stairs to get back in bed after lifting. Count Is up to 5543
 
62 hack squats and 50 front squats. New total 5655
 
Went mnt bike riding this morning after that squatscapade yesterday and my legs were still shaky.

Fun riding all mountain single speed after hitting legs hard.
