Any squat where you can keep your shin vertical will require less of your ankle. Try a low bar squat or a box squat. For box squats, you wanna sit back Back Back until you land on that box. Think of your ass as a plane instead of a helicopter. The box is your runway. Top shelf movement for the hips and hams.Any suggestions are welcome on the variation

Well, squats weren't actually on the mountain dog leg routine for today but I added in 100 just to help out! (It was 99 but had to do 1 more just to make it even! Lol) Sure didn't make it to a crazy 500+ like crazy Mags!Or 4,120.
