Ah. Gotcha. I apologize. I sell fitness equipment for a living, so I was rather confused that someone would have a hack squat at home and not a rack. Lol.
No problem man I should of been more specific..

Should add in calve work too on this.. Too many small calves in the world.

I just picked up the Innov8 fastlift 335's for leg day. This thread is the perfect place to keep me on track using them. Once I'm healthy again that is lol.

It was a day off for me, I went in to do some cardio... I c a 100lb DB left on the ground just looking at me, ha ha...
Sooo, instead of cardio I did some sumo squats!
5x20 BOOM!!!

We r at 1830!

Almost 2k in just a day and a half... Were gonna need to change this it 100k for sure ;)

That or change the forum name from anabolic minds to leg day anonymous.

normally do my gvt leg session on the leg press, but this thread made me decide to try gvt with squats dayum. thank you AM. so ill add my 100.

Went ahead and hit up the gym for you, man.


My goal was 155lbsx1000rep front squats, but my ankle was giving me issues after 15 sets so I lowered it to 135lbs for 250reps. Gonna carb up tonight and see if I can do a variation of the squat that doesn't put too much stress on my ankle tomorrow, probably will have to lower volume to let my ankle recover as well. Any suggestions are welcome on the variation..

I'm cutting.. More like death lol.
Nah, but seriously I might of put on some muscle since I started cutting especially since I'm running trn, I should of picked up a test base though like stano or dermacrine so my joints could of been lubed. My ankle is **** now.
