Thanks bro. I love USP's shirts, they're so ridiculously comfy. I almost hate wearing them to the gym because I'd rather wear them around at home while I'm relaxing.
 
I got some sweet shirts from MHP at the Arnold for doing their bench comp but they were XLs and I just ain't that big. If they were larges they would have fit great.

I got a BSN shirt from the Arnold, that one is insanely comfy too! Fortunately I do wear XLs lol

It's amazing how much better (or worse) some variations of the same poses look, haha. I guess it just goes to show how important posing is.
 
Lighting, angles, photo shop, all very important in this lifestyle lol

if you think this is just about having someone tell you that you're lagging in a area, you're missing the point... its for advice, objective critique, and just general feedback.

Sometimes it takes another set of eyes to see a difference too, not just to tell you something is bad.

This. I got some good advise for how to bring up some weak points, which is very valuable.

Sorry for the bad quality, but I'm in a rush right now lol. Abs look better in person (IMO), unless you're super shredded, I think the lighting needs to be right to show good cuts. Fire away AM, I'm ready!

Good overall size, especially arms and legs. Could use some work/size on chest to help balance out the arms.

and leanness overall would really bring out the abs and overall definition. You're not far off from a really stellar overall physique for sure.

Thanks man. I'm actually in a cut right now, and just started tracking macros today, and will add in fasted cardio at least 4 days a week from here on out. Surprisingly, I was pretty close to my mark on calories even without tracking but I need to stay consistent. I know my chest looks kinda small, and I'd like the shape of my bi's to be a bit better, but we'll see what's really under there when I continue to lean out. Thanks for the critique!

This is a critique thread, right?

-Body looks good, but head is missing
-There is a small pimple, or dot under his tattoo
-The road map on his shoulder and chest (veins) are missing the street names

Man, you're really coming along nicely! a little tan and you'll be looking rock solid.

Only two areas that I would focus on would be glutes/hamstrings (mostly separation as the size looks decent from the side) and calves. Upper body proportions are spot on

You guys got my crying....Yeah it's in the kids club at work soooo that's where all the sweetness comes. Vhs player and ipads lol.

Thanks Boone, that's my main focus with back density and width. Weird with little gear my legs are behind, other preps w more super supps it's the opposite lol. Hiit has been kicking them jn the dick. I NEED more hamstrings. Good to know im.not in my own head and what I think I need to improve, others do as well so thanks guys!

Im.also 2 shades whiter than chalk lol.

Strong delts are strong. Solid physique man. Could be the angle or lighting, but chest looks to be the only area that could be brought up to balance out your upper body. Can't see your back, but judging from the width you can see from the front, I'd say that's a pretty strong point too.
 
Another in ****ty ass lighting I like to go bad lighting to make me not look as good for myself to work harder lol

Upper body is really impressive (literally jealous of that physique!)... traps are literally the only thing I can neg on... they're not even there haha.

To be fair, he has the camera angled up towards him. So unless he had traps like Bane, they'd be hard to see haha. Although, I can't disagree with you on trap work in general, it's never a bad idea to add more.
