I think most people have at least one area that's just a genetic gift ha. Wish mine was something girls appreciated more (like abs ha). No girl has ever said "oh my! Look at his trappppsss" haha
Yeah i wish mine was abs too. I hate how much effort i have to put into having abs.

I'd like to post but I don't have 20 post yet lol
So give your opinions on people who have already posted their physiques, contribute that way and then you can get your post count up at the same time

I leaned my phone against a soap bottle on the counter and set the 10s delay timer

Record a video and then take screenshots. That's what I do.

That just makes me mad! You have great traps and never have to work them. I train mine twice a week and have very little to show for it lol
For traps have you tried towel exercises or its weighted counter parts? I known it's not necessarly a trap exercises but I've watch it change my tiny traps to massive traps and has done the same to my old workout buddy. The funny thing is I started doing them with him not do build traps or neck size. Rather we both received severe concussions and we trying to prevent more.

Side note that concussions was so bad it left some permanent effects. Including a stutter if I don't take my time to talk. I actually considering quiting football due to it. Until getting advise and cleared by 3 concussion specialists.

Use the "front" camera on your phone and use a mirror to be able to see your back. Or use a timer. Timer sucks though because the phone will fall over or the angle will be off, so it'll take a couple tries, haha.

I've tried the front camera but I can't get a good flex in. Hard to explain

Good suggestion. I will start incorporating the towel exercises.

Hmm with my shoulder having had lots of issues over the years I don't know if I'd be able to do these. I can do them narrower but as soon as my shoulders get strained I end up injured.
not sure if I missed it but did anyone mention low cable crossovers for your pecs?

For sure. Width has always been a struggle as I'm just narrow through the shoulders. Any suggestions?

Haven't heard that one yet. You mean to have the cables low and cross them upwards to the center?

correct- arms bent, and you don't need heavy wgt- heavier you go the more you will try to use your. you can do both at the same time or single to make sure your squeezing the pec

Scapula stretching and exaggerated ROM with full stretch pauses on most pull excercises will help. Weighted dips will help also on lower peck dev. One or two pause reps at full stretch also will help in pulling everything apart. Otherwise looking good.

Heavy snatch grip rack pulls has helped my middle back tremendously. Like seriously heavy weight, high-ish reps, really shrugging and pulling back at the top.

^^^Plus I have some hauling hooks for this and super heavy weighted pull ups. Allows me to work with a much heavier weight once it supersedes my grip strength, but they still allow me to grip and improve grip strength on the big weight.

How often do you do wide grip bench? IMO wide grip flat bench works better than decline does. Go wider on your grip and it forces your pecs to engage and makes it harder to recruit the lats and tris in to dominate the press.
missed this as we were typing at the same time ha... I wide grip every time I bench which is once a week. still struggle to feel chest with any bb exercise.

My biceps and chest make me look like I'm an underdeveloped 12 year old but I'll post some pics shortly.

After I take 4 scoops Max Reps and 12 caps Hydro3 and do chest/bis

My legs are unproportional. Bad. Left leg is prolly .5-.75" bigger than my right. I had a crazy blood clot after back surgery. Makes leg day and cardio a PITA lol

Clot was probably worse than surgery, TBH. When I first started to do cardio, I thought I had another clot because my left leg would swell up and get hot and fatigued... Not really sore but just a nasty lasting pain. Got an ultrasound and found out my vein narrows in a few places in my leg so cardio or anything that gets my heart rate up will give my leg trouble.

Forever bulking.

Boonman for president!

He couldn't be any worse than any of the tool bags that are in the race now. Hell most anyone that has common sense would do better than a egotistic, aragont, lying, failed business man and a lying, mass murder, who has changed ever political belief she has ever had to become more popular. At this point I hope Berny somehow makes it and I'm a libertarian. The mere thought of that commy in office makes my skin crawl but he's better than the rest. God help our country as you know we will need it with the next president.

Lol sorry for that back to the main point of this thread.

I mean when you go from a hardcore Democrat to a BUILD A WALL! BAN THE REFUGEES! Republican you've pretty much changed ever political belief to become more popular. And it apparently works.

I'll throw in some pics. I know what I think needs the most work (besides just more mass in general), but what do you guys think?

5'10" ~155lbs

No pics of legs because I know they need more work, haha.

I like it. Nice and lean, yet you have a good amount of size. I would work on getting bigger traps.

Thanks. Yeah, traps are a big priority for me to work on now. I also need to work on my abs more. I have a bad habit of ignoring ab work, which doesn't really make sense since I'm at a relatively low body fat.

I mentioned it before but it was for someone else so ill mention it again. Have you tried exercises that force you to you valsalva technique for abs? IMO it's the best way to build them. For traps have your tried adding towl exercises or their weighted counter parts? The result I saw on myself and my workout buddy were nothing short of miraculous. It wont replace trap specific work but when add as an extra its fantastic

Really nice overall balance and symmetry. Like you said, overall mass will be key. Chest is really strong and shoulders too.

Triceps is where I would say to focus. They will triple the size of your arms of you could add some size there. Traps will change your entire shape too.

I'm with you on the "hate doing abs" ha. Id rather be leaner than have to work them more but it gets to a point where you just gotta bite the bullet.

Looking solid and lean overall. I think this pic really shows how low your lats insert. You definitely have the potential for some crazy back width imo
