Hey guys completely forgot to report my shoulder work out yesterday...
Hammer strength shoulder press:
150lb, 4x10
Side lateral cable raises:
30lb, 2x10
Arnold press:
35lb, 2x10
Front lateral raises:
20lb, 2x10
Hammer strength shrugs:
270lb, 6x10
2 additional sets of holding the weight in shrug position for 20 seconds.
Reverse peck deck:
100lb, 2x10
Crunch machine:
80lb, 2x10
Side DB benders:
75lb, 2x10
20min of cardio at steepest incline at 3.8 mph.
Solid shoulder day. I don't go heavy on shoulders, kinda my own personal philosophy. I go heavy enough on chest and back to sufficently strengthen my shoulders. IMO heavy shoulder days just lead to shoulder pain. I had a great pump and today I am sore as f**k!
Substance report:
AL is really shinning in these final week. I have about 2 more to go and you really see amazing things the tail end of the cycle. I might even go as far as saying I like it better than I the var I ran.
SD at 10mg these final weeks is probably the best decision ever. I really like low dosed SD. Solid keepable genuine gains I'm seeing. I blew up on it and I've been on for a little less than a week. Not to mention the vascularity =)
Like I mentioned on superbeasts thread, toco 8 has done its job in replace of HCG and I had the B/W to prove it. My balls remain nice and full.
Testosterone: under dosed or not, chillin and 1593 is one hell of a ride! Test is king lol....so is SD =)

Went back to the gym for some triceps and cardio with my girlfriend. After shoulders yesterday and chest today my tri work out was nothing special. I will be buyinng sleeves because my elbows f**king hurt. Rope push downs with only 60lb was very painful and that's a problem considering I can rack the cables...
SD is running strong and loving every minute of it.
