Just wanted to give a big thanks to NP in regards to how they handled the Dynamitize Gourmet shortage from the New Year's sale. I ordered just one, along with a shaker and some Thermogum to try out. Within a few days, I was surprised to see an email regarding the shortage. I wasn't surprised at the email, but how it was handled - something from Sam explaining the situation eloquently and with our interests in mind.

I've had the "backorder" disappointment email before, but this one was different. Thanks much for giving that little extra something and letting us know what's up. Great job, Sam, and to everyone at NP. It's service like this that I choose to throw my money at you and nobody else.

Always have! I've NEVER run into a problem dealing with NP. Sam's always treated me well with business, and my own orders have always been extremely pleasant experiences. I may not spend all that much on supps these days (trial and error period ending), but when I do need something, you've got my business. I pimp ya offline, too. ;)
