To me, 100% similar. Only difference is texture. They say to mix 2 tbsp with X amount of water to mimic PB, but I haven't tried that yet.

I have done this, and it does workout pretty good.. Not exactly the same texture as PB or Natty PB though...

Spending some time with the wife and I have more conference tomorrow. I promise I'll catch up on everyone's log, but may be a couple days.

Are meadows rows meant to be done in that heavy a range?? Gonna have to get a Mastodon bar to keep stacking plates at the rate you're going, T!

I don't see why not. My goal on back day is to move weight, not necessarily compete in a body building tournament. I expected 8, but was being a sissy.

8 is good, 2 is a lesson lol. Kind of the way nobody cares what you can hit for a single on tricep press downs - they're just muscle work to build the 1RM bench.

It was one of those where I did two, and said screw it, I'm done with these.
 
Probably all depends on where you feel it. I love the isolation I get on 1 arm BB rows and Meadows. My Lats have grown pretty good from doing them and my OHP has gone up considerably. Bench hasn't escalated as much but I really only do inclines.

I like to see if I can get 8-10 heavy reps, then do a fatigue set like last weeks 75x40. No doubt my back will eventually contribute to bench strength.
 
Finally home.

Tried a squirt and it dries super fast. No more Kroc or DL mishaps with wet chalk, I hope.

Still behind on almost everyone's logs, but I'll be on them quicker than a Canadian surrendering to an invading country.

Well, maybe not that quick. It might take a day.
 
It's squat day, and I'm not feeling it. Top set is 365 here in a couple minutes. Goal is 8-9... Never squatted this weight more than two reps.

Need some L&S mojo...

I wasn't bracing well nor was I taking my air in before the descent.

My lower back was sore from stuff i was doing yesterday, and I literally had a bathroom emergency right before this set. I rushed my warmups because I have to be home by 2...

In short, I screwed myself today.

Cuffs felt... Different. My knees were warm as hell. lol

For whatever reason I can't get your video to load on my phone. I'll try again later on my laptop. Congrats on the PR, nonetheless.

And you said it yourself before. You have the tendency to rush your squats as you're fixated on a specific number. Gotta be patient and know you'll get it, no need to rush.

But yeah, yardwork and other BS can kill a session. That's why I rearranged my squats this week the day after I went to cedar point. I realize we don't all have the flexibility to do that though.

Are you using the app? I can't watch it in the app either. It's been doing that, hit or miss, recently.
