To me, 100% similar. Only difference is texture. They say to mix 2 tbsp with X amount of water to mimic PB, but I haven't tried that yet.

I don't see why not. My goal on back day is to move weight, not necessarily compete in a body building tournament. I expected 8, but was being a sissy.
8 is good, 2 is a lesson lol. Kind of the way nobody cares what you can hit for a single on tricep press downs - they're just muscle work to build the 1RM bench.
It was one of those where I did two, and said screw it, I'm done with these.

Probably all depends on where you feel it. I love the isolation I get on 1 arm BB rows and Meadows. My Lats have grown pretty good from doing them and my OHP has gone up considerably. Bench hasn't escalated as much but I really only do inclines.
No doubt my back will eventually contribute to bench strength.
I was going to order a big bottle of liquid chalk but I think I'm going to make my own.

And you said it yourself before. You have the tendency to rush your squats as you're fixated on a specific number. Gotta be patient and know you'll get it, no need to rush.
But yeah, yardwork and other BS can kill a session. That's why I rearranged my squats this week the day after I went to cedar point. I realize we don't all have the flexibility to do that though.
