Testosterone booster question

Quick background, Im 23 years old, 198lbs, and around 7.2-7.8% body fat. Very clean/on-point diet, and a solid training routine. So my total testosterone came back in a blood test @ 402ng/dl. I don't wanna go the TRT route just yet, due to my current military standing. Are there any natural testosterone boosters that are worth trying...? In my eyes even if it went up 10 ng/dl something is better then nothing.

You may want to try alphamax, been getting great reviews and feedback so far.

Contains Divanil to boost free T, Ldopa for total T, Arimistane for estrogen and cortisol and Forskolin to increase muscle mass while leaning out. Check it out, fully disclosed ingredient profile so you know exactly how much your getting!

The profile of Alphamax looks good.

Olympus Labs SUP3R PCT has Arimistane and L-Dopa too and few other ingredients as well. Compare prices and profiles and pick one of them - can't really go wrong with either.

Adding in some DAA can be beneficial also. I wouldn't go with "pure" D-Aspartic acid - sodium d-aspartate is far more soluble.

Our Pure Test and PCT Revolution Black is a great combo as well as the others mentioned.

just pin test mate. don't waste time on test boosters tbh, but if not i liked beast super test. could add forskolin in there or anabeta elite

Wow, can't disagree more here! That is definitely not the place to start. As Dizzle posted earlier, give alphamax a shot. It obviously wont boost your test as much as pinning but it's very powerful and will help you figure if it's a viable route to go. Lots of positive reviews and happy users!

how does being a happy user = more test ?

Try out MassFX black its a great product and provides benefits beyond just boosting test.

tropinol xp...it contains fadogia which ben esgro lists as one of his top 3 test booster ingredients...also contains potassium nitrate for awesome pumps in the gym

other test boosters i enjoyed have been testopro and bulbine

lmfao

402 ng/dL is within the healthy range.

Whats funny is everyone in the 400 range on a few other forums start freaking out after bloods cause there are other threads about "Help low test, only 400 ng/dL"

Well surprise, 402 is not low, in fact its probably the average across the board.

Nowadays almost everyone has low test levels. I know many +30 years old natural bodybuilders who have low t levels despite "healthy" lifestyle. I think it's just the curse of this century.

Have you ever taken into account that maybe, just maybe, nobody worried about it prior to this?

And that attempting to micromanage our endocrine system is absolutely and inanely idiotic?

My levels came back at 420 ng/dL. That is not low at all. That is the center of the range.

Also, all these bull**** OTC test boosters will not do **** for him.

Of course. I actually made a post about it last night.

People weren't worried if there was no symptoms. Now everyone wants to get their hormone levels tested even if they don't have any reasons to think that they have low levels.

I would start with some basic stuff. Intimidate, Alphamax, Tropinol are all good places to start.

I just recently had mine tested and the more I read about people freaking out about the levels they are at, the less I want to go TRT. Or at least do more blood draws and get an average reading instead of just going by one blood test. Kevinhim, was the blood test taken in the morning or afternoon?. How many blood tests have you had and were the blood draws taken about the same time of day?. Your only 23 years old, you shouldn't need any kind of test booster product at all..If you did use would it likely wouldn't do much at your age.

Up your fats brah

Thanks for all the ideas/help everyone!! Greatly appreciated! And thanks Diesel for negging me and telling me to "*come* on you", I'd expect none the less from someone wit a profile pic like that LOL........

It was taken in the morning, maybe two hours after I woke up. It was just a single blood draw and the cost was fully covered, i had a bunch of tests done on me for whatever reason I wasn't really expecting a hormone panel. I can probably request another test but i doubt they'll pay for an additional one. From the looks of things here I'll be okay, but do you think the cost of an additional test would be money well spent?

i recently got put back on trt. my doc told me that since i have been on it for so long and have been diagnosed with hypogonadism that he would put me back on trt....but be warned, since that study came out about the dangers of testosterone replacement drugs doctors are going to be very hesitant about putting guys on it.

I just wouldn't rush into TRT at 23 years old. Yes I would definitely get another test to be sure of your exact level. Maybe try some other things naturally to increase your testosterone level. I don't mean supplements. Eat more fat, get more sleep, don't over-exercise, etc. You can look these things up online.

I can't rush into it anyways if i wanted to, It wouldn't be for a few more years when I'm not active duty. That sounds like a smart idea will do. Thanks for all the help, I'll do some research!!

Bro, I seriously doubt you'll find a doc who'd TRT you under 30yo anyway. You'd need a diagnosis of secondary hypo, and you probably won't get that if you're still in the 400s.

they are seriously looking to make it really hard to get on and stay on trt.....have you read that study?

my insurance is thru the V.A and my doc made it clear that if i wasn't already diagnosed and been on trt for such a long time the V.A would have made it hard to get me started on it!!!

Haha, yeah I read it. It appears to be a clear warning, to inform you that easy Rx TRT is about to go bye-bye. In typical fear-based format, the article is loaded with scary new numbers which should help to start softening the opposition of guys already on TRT, and start making doctors turned-off about potential liabilities of future prescriptions.

Then just a few weeks after reading that article, I read some more study results they released, reversing their position on BPA. It turns out to be completely harmless in low doses after all.. What's a low dose? Up to 50mg/kg/day!

That means a joe like me could consume about 5,000 mg of Bisphenol-A per day (give or take a few hundred measly milligrams) with no ill effects. But I know what you're going to say, isn't it a known xenoestrogen and proven carcinogen? Only if you live in California b!atches, so booo-ya! Who's laughin' now all you anti-estros, it's totally safe and stuff so eat it haters!

I don't know about you, T, but could it get anymore obvious at this point? You know what the message is bro. Just get off the dam androgens and man pills, start the sex change procedure if you're still not gay yet, and drink you're bottled water with a sassy new sense of confidence!

yeah D, that is exactly what i got from it too....the days of borderline guys getting put on trt might just be coming to an end!!!

The limits for T have recently been changed to a higher range limit of 348-1197

So subtract 348 from 1197 and didvide result in half would provide the midpoint value of 424, which is where the OP is around.

Probably a trail period of any of the recommended T boosters and/or stacks could be worth a try.

I agree

OP if you don't have sexual issues and you are able to build and maintain muscle and you overall feel healthy I would think your level is fine.

If you want a minimal temporary test bump give a test booster I try.

Food for thought: sleep, stress, nutrition all affect test levels which fluctuate through out the day. Getting enough sleep? Stress much?

Also Nice bf% but your super clean diet could also be dropping your numbers. Maybe add some fat to your diet

aen ape and bps dermacrine!!! the ape is on sale at nutra, i stocked up!!!

Isn't Dermacrine suppressive?

yes, dermacrine is slightly suppressive. i recommend it as a temporary fix, the suppression you would get from 1 bottle is so low that NO pct is needed...if you were to use it for 2 bottles[2 months] then a mild otc pct would be a good idea.

it isn't magic or miracle in a bottle but for the time he would run dermacrine/ape, i bet he would feel nice effects!!!

Yeah, I was remembering that DHEA in it is slightly suppressive. Good to know that I don't have to start reading more, lol :D

Thanks for your answer!

Its me, lol. The real problem is more or less the fact that I'm tired all the time & it effects my performance at work. Not sure what my free T is. Works been busy and I will be getting another test as soon as I am able to!
