Had a good day, didn't think my foot would be able to to running, but I got 20 min, foot was a little sore but not like last time and in only 5 min. Maybe Skeletal balm is kicking in, I guess I'll see how it feels my next run. Loving the leaning effect to this stack, I'm feeling good. Not really sure what I'm doing tomorrow, my upper body just doesn't want to heal from the weights. I might go to grapping tomorrow, but if not I will go to grappling/wrestling on thursday.
