Very nice job on those chins bro! 6k cals still gets me every time man! BEAST!
breezy11 said:Thanks man. Chins progress has started to pick up the last couple weeks (and pretty much everything else). 6k has been coming pretty easy these days. I guess practice makes perfect haha.
Practice and anabolism from the PA? Liking what I'm seeing in these logs about the stuff. Looks to be a solid product. That c20/prime/PA stack sounds ideal. Absolutely loved the c20/prime stack.

breezy11 said:Could be. Any noticeable hunger increases have been sporadic. I don't think I'm the best person to judge this effect, considering I already eat large amounts of food consistently throughout the day. At this point I'm convinced it's a solid product. Yeah, the stack sounds ideal for good changes in strength and physique. I enjoyed it as well.
Edit: and agree EPRO is a great addition to most stacks.
hawaiianhulk said:Same here bro.. I eat a lot too. Not sure my hunger increased or not..
breezy11 said:Yeah. There's been a few times where my appetite was up quite noticeably, even while eating non stop. It hasn't had much consistency though, so I have trouble saying its a definite effect I'm experiencing.
hawaiianhulk said:True... I was skimming YouTube and came across Zack Khans diet play and Trey Brewers diet.. That's where I got the steak and potatoes from.. I love that combination
breezy11 said:That's a great combo. I'll try to plan that for dinner sometime this week.
hawaiianhulk said:Make sure it's sirloin for higher protein and russett potatoes for carbs
breezy11 said:You got it man.
hawaiianhulk said:Keep up the great work though brother...

I continued to make good progress with today’s workout. I was feeling strong from start to finish and really didn’t want to leave. Seeing strength consistently climb at its current pace is making my time in the gym incredibly fun. Having a short workday and not being rushed/worrying about what time it was added to the enjoyment (and possibly strength/endurance).

Pumps and vascularity were strong during my workout. By the end of my routine, the pump throughout my shoulders made putting on my jacket quite a challenge lol. I was seeing a few “new veins” on the top of my forearms and my hands as well. I actually noticed this on my hands while I was at work today too.
Getting out of work early had my activity level down somewhat today and my caloric intake was adjusted accordingly.
Today’s calorie total and breakdown were as follows:
Calories: 5629
Carbs: 532
Protein: 446
Fat: 205
(37/31/32)
Sick day it looks like...

Sourdough said:WOW.... how the crap do you eat that many cals at your weight and maintain? That would be fat city for me. Even my successful bulks with significant gains in lbm only range from 3-4k calories and at close to your weight.
How much of your day do you spend eating and in the restroom? Serious question.
No slin or anything here to put away all those carbs?

breezy11 said:I haven't really decided yet either lol. It definitely has its positives and negatives. As long as I have enough time to eat its not a problem.
jimbuick said:And a large enough paycheck to afford all that food!
breezy11 said:Oh yeah...that too. It's outrageous.

hawaiianhulk said:Can you imagine how much I spend on my food too.. Hahahaha. Thank goodness for Costco
jimbuick said:I could only imagine. Even at my measly 4k it's expensive.
breezy11 said:I should start shopping at a place like that, but they're a little out of the way compared to everywhere else I shop. I buy a lot of food at smaller organic/health food stores too, which isn't cheap.
jimbuick said:I shop at Sam's club.
breezy11 said:Sam's club and Costco aren't anywhere around here. I have a membership at BJ's (same idea), but haven't been in a long time.
breezy11 said:Good question. It hasn't always been like this, but its something myself and several doctors haven't really found a concrete answer to. I've just adapted to it at this point. I think it has to do with not absorbing food very well. Taking digestive enzymes with all meals seems to help somewhat. I'm also currently working a physical job and PA has allowed my intake to increase a good amount as well.
I spend way too much time eating. It's honestly a hassle. I try to knock out a good chunk of calories in the morning to make the rest of the day easier. I only have one trip to the bathroom, shortly after waking up.
No slin or anything. I'm just a freak lol.
AaronJP1 said:What made you start eating like this & how did you know to "try" it
breezy11 said:A couple years ago I started feeling tired, getting sick a lot and slowly losing weight. I went to a few doctors about it and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. Then I started losing weight rapidly, could barely walk up stairs or get up from a sitting position and ended up losing about 40lbs in a few months. After all that, doctors still had no clue what was going on, but had me increase and track my calories. I started feeling better after a few months and eventually figured out what I needed to maintain weight. I decided to get back in the gym at that point and have been eating and training like a savage ever since. I'm finally back to about where I started after a ton of hard work and my health checks out fine...I just need to eat a lot more lol.
AaronJP1 said:Yeah I see, so not exactly a gift.
breezy11 said:Ha yeah not really. It was a little overwhelming went it happened, but I've adapted and have been used to it for a while now.
hawaiianhulk said:Training like an animal and eating like a monster keeps us all going... With God all is complete...
Jiigzz said:Ever make your own shakes to have on the run? I don't have to eat 6000kcals but some days when i'm just not hungry I make myself a 1500kcal shake. Mostly EVOO, EVCO, Oats, whole milk + skim milk, PB, Almonds, 2 bananas, Creamed rice and a pinch (or 5) of cinnamon. It makes around 750ml- 1 litre.
