Testing...1,2,3: USPlabs "PATENTED ANABOLIC"

In full agreement! I've really enjoyed following breezy logs! Fu you are a top notch logger yourself!

Thanks brother. I've enjoyed following your progress as well.

Thanks man. Chins progress has started to pick up the last couple weeks (and pretty much everything else). 6k has been coming pretty easy these days. I guess practice makes perfect haha.

Practice and anabolism from the PA? Liking what I'm seeing in these logs about the stuff. Looks to be a solid product. That c20/prime/PA stack sounds ideal. Absolutely loved the c20/prime stack. Throw in some EPRO to top it all off and you got the perfect storm!

Could be. Any noticeable hunger increases have been sporadic. I don't think I'm the best person to judge this effect, considering I already eat large amounts of food consistently throughout the day. At this point I'm convinced it's a solid product. Yeah, the stack sounds ideal for good changes in strength and physique. I enjoyed it as well.

Edit: and agree EPRO is a great addition to most stacks.

No just following and learning. My time with the product will come. :-)

Same here bro.. I eat a lot too. Not sure my hunger increased or not..

Yeah. There's been a few times where my appetite was up quite noticeably, even while eating non stop. It hasn't had much consistency though, so I have trouble saying its a definite effect I'm experiencing.

That's a great combo. I'll try to plan that for dinner sometime this week.

You got it man.

Day 22

I didn’t get much sleep, but woke up surprisingly feeling pretty well rested. Hopefully it holds up throughout the day. I had a scoop of Focus XT for some added morning energy reinforcement.

My weight came down a little to 211.6lbs (+4.6lbs from “Day 1”) I don’t see my weight dropping too much further and will hopefully hold on to at least 3 of the added lbs. when it bottoms out.

My breakfast was centered around roast beef hash and eggs.

Breakfast calorie total and breakdown:

Calories: 1823
Carbs: 147
Protein: 75
Fat: 107

Just bought 5lbs of sirloin last night, 2.89/lb!!!! Sweet potatoes were 0.10/lb. gotta get to eating. Grow big like breezy & hulk :hammer:

Nice deals DW. I'm going to see what I can find afer my workout.

Day 22 continued

I only had to work a half day, but my energy and mood were great the whole time. I think there’s a possibility that my increase in overall energy is related to PA putting my extra calories to good use. It would make sense, considering it doesn’t look like the excess is being stored as fat.

I get to make it to the gym early today and don’t have to worry about rushing home so I can get a decent night’s sleep. These extra couple of hours will make my evening (and probably tomorrow) a much better experience.

The following will be taken pre workout:

1 cap Patented Anabolic
100mg caffeine
2 scoops Craze
2g ALCAR
2.5 scoops Protocol

1 scoop I-BCAA Max will be used intra workout

Today’s workout is focused on shoulders and traps.

So you thinking it may be a nutrient partitioner/ insulin mimicker?

I think it has a nutrient partitioning effect, but feel that is only part of the equation.

Day 22 continued

I continued to make good progress with today’s workout. I was feeling strong from start to finish and really didn’t want to leave. Seeing strength consistently climb at its current pace is making my time in the gym incredibly fun. Having a short workday and not being rushed/worrying about what time it was added to the enjoyment (and possibly strength/endurance).

I was seeing a few “new veins” on the top of my forearms and my hands as well. I actually noticed this on my hands while I was at work today too.

Getting out of work early had my activity level down somewhat today and my caloric intake was adjusted accordingly.

Today’s calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

Calories: 5629
Carbs: 532
Protein: 446
Fat: 205

WOW.... how the crap do you eat that many cals at your weight and maintain? That would be fat city for me. Even my successful bulks with significant gains in lbm only range from 3-4k calories and at close to your weight.

How much of your day do you spend eating and in the restroom? Serious question.

No slin or anything here to put away all those carbs?

Day 23

I got 5-6 hours’ sleep, which was enough to have me wake up feeling well rested.

My weight was 210.2lbs (+3.2lbs from “Day 1”) this morning. At this point in the week, I’ve usually shed the majority of any water that I was holding and don’t see it drop much further.

My breakfast was similar to what I’ve been eating recently, but I made a few changes.

Egg/chicken sausage/cheese omelette , hash brown cakes? (don’t know what to call them lol), chicken sausage, and Ezekial English muffin. Cereal (not shown)

Breakfast calorie total and breakdown:

Calories: 1478
Carbs: 149
Protein: 57
Fat: 77

Good question. It hasn't always been like this, but its something myself and several doctors haven't really found a concrete answer to. I've just adapted to it at this point. I think it has to do with not absorbing food very well. Taking digestive enzymes with all meals seems to help somewhat. I'm also currently working a physical job and PA has allowed my intake to increase a good amount as well.

I spend way too much time eating. It's honestly a hassle. I try to knock out a good chunk of calories in the morning to make the rest of the day easier. I only have one trip to the bathroom, shortly after waking up.

No slin or anything. I'm just a freak lol.

Hard to decide whether the breezy food absorption disorder is a gift or a curse!

I haven't really decided yet either lol. It definitely has its positives and negatives. As long as I have enough time to eat its not a problem.

And a large enough paycheck to afford all that food!

Oh yeah...that too. It's outrageous.

Can you imagine how much I spend on my food too.. Hahahaha. Thank goodness for Costco

jimbuick said:
I could only imagine. Even at my measly 4k it's expensive.

I should start shopping at a place like that, but they're a little out of the way compared to everywhere else I shop. I buy a lot of food at smaller organic/health food stores too, which isn't cheap.

I shop at Sam's club.

Sam's club and Costco aren't anywhere around here. I have a membership at BJ's (same idea), but haven't been in a long time.

What made you start eating like this & how did you know to "try" it

A couple years ago I started feeling tired, getting sick a lot and slowly losing weight. I went to a few doctors about it and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. Then I started losing weight rapidly, could barely walk up stairs or get up from a sitting position and ended up losing about 40lbs in a few months. After all that, doctors still had no clue what was going on, but had me increase and track my calories. I started feeling better after a few months and eventually figured out what I needed to maintain weight. I decided to get back in the gym at that point and have been eating and training like a savage ever since. I'm finally back to about where I started after a ton of hard work and my health checks out fine...I just need to eat a lot more lol.

Training like an animal and eating like a monster keeps us all going... With God all is complete...

Ever make your own shakes to have on the run? I don't have to eat 6000kcals but some days when i'm just not hungry I make myself a 1500kcal shake. Mostly EVOO, EVCO, Oats, whole milk + skim milk, PB, Almonds, 2 bananas, Creamed rice and a pinch (or 5) of cinnamon. It makes around 750ml- 1 litre.

Not very often, but I usually have some form of calories readily available wherever I go. Thanks for the recipe though. It looks good and I'll definitely give it a shot.

I don't normally eat 6000 calories either. Before and when I started PA, I was lean bulking with about 4700-5400 daily. Reaching 6000 was a rare occurrence and only happened on extremely active days.
