breezy11 said:Day 9 continued
My traps are experiencing DOMS, which is very rare. However, going heavier than I ever have with shrugs (thanks to straps) would explain that.
Distilled Water said:That's what happens when you go heavy
It's bitter sweet
breezy11 said:Yes it is. I usually go heavy with everything and have minimal to no DOMS. It's just my "heavy" ended up about 50lbs heavier using straps.
Distilled Water said:Nice! IMP unless you're a power lifter who competes, straps are a must to maximize growth.
Now as say that as a grown man with grip strength of a pre-pubescent girl

No fluff with Breezy. This is one serious dude with every aspect of what he does. Very meticulous with every bit if detail. Having said that, I would live to have his metabolism.
This log is awesome, but I did not expect anything less. Keep it up Breezy.
LiveToLift said:2100 cals in a breakfast.. LMAO and the 289 carbs is more then I consumed in a day for an entire months straight a little while back. I think the highest I went in that month was 250-275 on carb up days. Such a beast. That vascular arm of yours is impressive. You should be on insane veins dot com!
That pre cocktail is enough to kill most men.... :trink26:
breezy11 said:Thank you fumoney. It really means a lot. When it comes to my training and everything that goes along with it, I take it very seriously and love every minute of it. The amount of food I eat is both a blessing and a curse...I could use a break once in a while.
Right he should get a pic up for sure. :bigok:
Wow your breakfast was my total caloric intake usually.
I wonder if I try and eat that much if I'll just get fat....
You're carbs are insane for breakfast haha...
This guys diet is off tha charts!awesome stuff in here!
breezy11 said:Breakfast should be about the same tomorrow and I can post a picture if you want. I haven't the last few days because it looks exactly the same as the other breakfast pics I've posted. The only difference today was a 7th cup of cereal and another 1/2 cup of almond milk (sweetened instead of unsweetened)
Haha yeah, it's a lot of carbs. I've been trying to up the carbs/calories in the morning lately. I like to get the calories rolling in early, so I don't have to try and make up for them later in the day.
It's easy to get in the carbs, but maybe not when eating 500 of em...
Eat a couple packets of pop tarts.
& yeah man submit a pic.

Day 10
Sleep was minimal (about 4 hours), but energy is currently pretty good. Hopefully it holds up through the late afternoon hours.
I weighed in at 210.8lbs (+3.8lbs from “Day1”) this morning. Getting back to work yesterday helped me shed a couple pounds of water. My appearance is holding steady with no additional fat gain noticed. I can’t tell if I’ve continued to tighten up over the last couple days, but I’m looking pretty lean.
As requested, here’s a picture of this morning’s breakfast:
Invalid Link Removed
1 Ezekiel English muffin, 3 sweet potato pancakes, 3 strips uncured turkey bacon, 4 organic chicken sausages, almond butter, light cream cheese, 7 cups assorted cereal, 2 ¾ cups almond milk
The calorie total and breakdown are as follows:
Calories: 2135
Carbs: 320
Protein: 75
Fat: 63

breezy11 said:A few lol. Mostly heavy tricep work.
I'm on it boss.
Try close grip presses on the Smith machine but to your neck.. tell me how it feels..
breezy11 said:I actually did close grip bench tonight. I'll give that approach a try though...sounds intense
hawaiianhulk said:Bro try it then let me know...

Distilled Water said:Hey, when breezy need food, breezy need FOOD! Gotta eat to grow, I hate when I dip into my grocery bags on the way home. Kind of just makes a mess, good thing I'm not married
breezy11 said:Yeah I didn't feel like waiting 10 minutes to eat haha. It can very easily cause a mess, but I got lucky and pulled it off without dropping a crumb...I think I tried to eat a steak and cheese sub once lol.
fumoney said:Unfortunately, I have a long commute to and from work and I don't even want to know what's between the crevices in my car.
Even the car detail guy misses the dried up food that fell underneath ages ago.
Liking the results so far. I am accumulating supplements for next year and I hope USB Labs gets this out in the market early next year.
Mack411 said:No surprise there, killing it man.workout and diet on point!always enjoy reading your updates!
