Testing...1,2,3: USPlabs "PATENTED ANABOLIC"

**** man I could find my house on those veins haha no homo.

Day 8 continued

A few observations that I forgot t to mention:

-I woke up this morning, immediately thinking about food. However, I didn’t notice any increased hunger as the day went on. It would probably be hard to pick up on, since I spent most of the day eating.

-The dry mouth continued. This was most noticeable once I finished my workout and remains pretty strong currently.

-I have been using 1 scoop I-BCAA Max intra workout. I think I forgot to mention this the last couple days.

I just finished my food intake for the day, after a lot of work. Losing 5-6 hours of possible meal time (woke up later) makes a difference when I’m eating this amount. I managed a decent surplus, considering my only physical activity was at the gym.

Today’s calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

Calories: 5509
Carbs: 629
Protein: 358
Fat: 184
(45/26/29)

Day 9

I had a tough time getting out of bed this morning, but am feeling alright after slowly getting moving. My weight shot back up to 212.4lbs (+5.4lbs from “Day 1”). I’m thinking the day off from work has me holding a good amount of water. Despite the increase, I’m still looking fairly lean and could again see new veins creeping through in my lower abdomen and rib cage.

My breakfast remained the same, with some additional carbs. The use of regular almond milk (store was out of unsweetened) is responsible for my new high in carbs.

My breakfast calorie total and breakdown are as follows:

Calories: 2164
Carbs: 319
Protein: 75
Fat: 67

A multivitamin, vitamin D, fish oil, Super Cissus (2 caps), and digestive enzymes were taken before/with my meal.

Welcome. Party's just getting started.

5000 is for a low physical activity day. I should be cracking 6k today.

Day 9 continued

I made it to the end of the workday with decent energy intact. The last few weeks I’ve been ready to drop by the end of the day, so it was a nice improvement. I don’t know if PA had anything to do with it, but I hope it continues.

My appetite has undeniably increased today. Eating fairly large meals every 2-3 hours with snacks in between, hasn’t been enough to have the feeling go unnoticed. I’m now confident that PA does indeed increase my hunger. I just had a 1200 calorie pre workout snack and would eat more, but I don’t want to chance getting sick at the gym.

The mouth dryness wasn’t as strong today, even while working. It’s still not back to normal though.

My traps are experiencing DOMS, which is very rare. However, going heavier than I ever have with shrugs (thanks to straps) would explain that.

I’m going to use the same pre workout routine as yesterday, as I’m curious to see if I experience the mood enhancement again. Hopefully it wasn’t a fluke occurrence or Craze just having a really good day (I doubt it was Craze alone).

The following will be dosed pre workout:

200mg caffeine (10 mins before remaining supplements)
1 cap Patented Anabolic
2 scoops Craze
2.5 scoops Protocol

1 scoop I-BCAA Max will be used intra workout

Back day.

That's what happens when you go heavy :-p

It's bitter sweet

Yes it is. I usually go heavy with everything and have minimal to no DOMS. It's just my "heavy" ended up about 50lbs heavier using straps.

Nice! IMP unless you're a power lifter who competes, straps are a must to maximize growth.

Now as say that as a grown man with grip strength of a pre-pubescent girl

Ok everyone needs to rep Breezy. Dude has been helpful and looking out for me with insider deals when I wouldn't get the emails. Didn't need to do that all these times but he did...so rep this guy. :D

Haha. My grip strength is lacking as well. I think I'll start utilizing straps more often though.

Thanks for the kind words bolt. It's no big deal man. I know we share some similar interests and I would hate to miss out myself.

No fluff with Breezy. This is one serious dude with every aspect of what he does. Very meticulous with every bit if detail. Having said that, I would live to have his metabolism.

This log is awesome, but I did not expect anything less. Keep it up Breezy.

Thank you fumoney. It really means a lot. When it comes to my training and everything that goes along with it, I take it very seriously and love every minute of it. The amount of food I eat is both a blessing and a curse...I could use a break once in a while.

2100 cals in a breakfast.. LMAO and the 289 carbs is more then I consumed in a day for an entire months straight a little while back. I think the highest I went in that month was 250-275 on carb up days. Such a beast. That vascular arm of yours is impressive. You should be on insane veins dot com!

That pre cocktail is enough to kill most men.... :trink26:

Right he should get a pic up for sure. :bigok:

Wow your breakfast was my total caloric intake usually.
I wonder if I try and eat that much if I'll just get fat....
You're carbs are insane for breakfast haha...

This guys diet is off tha charts!awesome stuff in here!

Breakfast should be about the same tomorrow and I can post a picture if you want. I haven't the last few days because it looks exactly the same as the other breakfast pics I've posted. The only difference today was a 7th cup of cereal and another 1/2 cup of almond milk (sweetened instead of unsweetened)

Haha yeah, it's a lot of carbs. I've been trying to up the carbs/calories in the morning lately. I like to get the calories rolling in early, so I don't have to try and make up for them later in the day.

It's easy to get in the carbs, but maybe not when eating 500 of em...
Eat a couple packets of pop tarts. ;)

Day 9 continued

I went with 100mg caffeine (instead of 200) for my pre workout routine, but the end result was very similar to yesterday’s. I noticed a rise in both body temperature and mood on the way to the gym. I actually started to sweat a little, like I did a couple days prior. I was feeling great and remained that way the entire workout.

My strength was up a good amount for the second day in a row, which I’m sure added to the great mood I was already in. After 9 days supplementing with PA, I can’t be sure if the product could be adding to strength gains at this point or it’s mainly my diet/training. However, strength was up on everything and some lifts a pretty good amount. If I keep progressing at this pace (or better), I’ll be confident that there is more going on than my diet/training resulting in amazing workouts. Either way, I don’t think I could’ve had a better time in the gym tonight and I’m looking forward to seeing how things unfold.

I really piled on the calories today. With the way my appetite was up, it was done without much effort. I had a pretty physical day overall, but the amount of food consumed should have me at a sizeable calorie surplus.

Today’s calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

Calories: 6177
Carbs: 643
Protein: 412
Fat: 214
(42/27/31)

It's easy to get in the carbs, but maybe not when eating 500 of em...

Besides some of my cereal, I keep most of my food pretty "clean". I enjoy eating all of it, but it's harder to hit my calorie target that way. Maybe I'll pick up a box of pop tarts for a few quick calories. When eating as much as I do, I don't think a couple pop tarts will make much of a difference.

I'll post one in the morning as long as I don't run out of time before work.

Day 10

Sleep was minimal (about 4 hours), but energy is currently pretty good. Hopefully it holds up through the late afternoon hours.

I weighed in at 210.8lbs (+3.8lbs from “Day1”) this morning. Getting back to work yesterday helped me shed a couple pounds of water. My appearance is holding steady with no additional fat gain noticed. I can’t tell if I’ve continued to tighten up over the last couple days, but I’m looking pretty lean.

As requested, here’s a picture of this morning’s breakfast:

An eventful 10 days so far. You can see this on many logs. The training is changing quickly but its a bit confusing because PA is versatile in effects so its hard to attribute so many changes so early. 3-4 weeks in, it becomes more telling and its understood and exciting..

I've been loving the experience so far. Thanks again for the opportunity. I'm definitely seeing some changes happen quick, which can be hard to attribute to a supplement, especially not really knowing how it works. I'm getting a better feel for it each day and am very excited to see what the rest of the run brings.

Day 10 continued

Work was tough and took a lot out of me. However, my current energy could be a lot worse having only slept about 4 hours.

My hunger is still up, but not at the same level as yesterday.

The mouth dryness was noticed several times throughout the day, but has lessened over the last couple days.

I just finished my pre workout meal and dosed 100 mg caffeine. I’ll be using the same pre workout supplements as the last few days since they’ve been a very effective combination. I plan on swapping Craze for Prodigy tomorrow, to see if I get the same mood and body temperature increase. I thought about making the change today, but the current combination has been too enjoyable to pass up.

The following will be dosed pre workout:

100mg caffeine (10 mins prior to other supps)
1 cap Patented Anabolic
2 scoops Craze
2.5 scoops Protocol

1 scoop I-BCAA Max will be used intra workout

I’ll be working arms and possibly doing some light chest work as well. My arms got a decent workout throughout the day (more than usual), so I wouldn’t be too surprised if strength wasn’t that great. I’ll be pushing to see my progress continue regardless.

Day 10 continued

My pre workout dosing didn’t work out as planned. Just as I started to feel a rise in body temperature during my ride to the gym, I realized that I had to make a stop at the grocery store. It was packed and took me close to 30 minutes to pick up 3 things. The experience completely changed my mood and focus. That being said, my workout still went pretty well. I didn’t have the same mood enhancement of the last couple days, but I regained focus and made some progress.

Strength was up on the majority of last week’s lifts, despite being a little rundown. One thing that stood out tonight was that pumps were good and easily attainable. I felt it in both triceps and biceps, even when doing minimal reps. Vascularity was very strong as well.

Today’s calorie total and breakdown are as follows:

Calories: 5973
Carbs: 637
Protein: 416
Fat: 197
(43/28/29)

I’m hoping to get at least 5 hours of sleep tonight. Thankfully I’ll be able to catch up on some sleep tomorrow night if needed.

Try close grip presses on the Smith machine but to your neck.. tell me how it feels..

I actually did close grip bench tonight. I'll give that approach a try though...sounds intense

Day 11

I got close to 5 hours of sleep, which felt sufficient. Waking up wasn’t too difficult and energy is decent.

I weighed 209.2lbs (+2.2lbs from “Day 1”) this morning. I think I’ve shed about the last of any remaining water that I was holding earlier in the workweek. I’m pretty impressed with the results at this point, considering I’m looking somewhat leaner. Throwing down the calories at this rate and having my body respond like it is currently, is something new to me.

Today’s breakfast calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

Calories: 2130
Carbs: 301
Protein: 75
Fat: 66

I had a multivitamin, vitamin D, fish oil, Super Cissus, and digestive enzymes before/with my meal.

Day 11 continued

Work was highly physical, but my energy was a little better than the rest of the week. The way I felt by the end of the day was an improvement.

My appetite was up again today and quite noticeable at times. I had a repeat of last Friday and tapped into my groceries (600 calories worth), on the way back from work/grocery shopping.

The mouth dryness went unnoticed for the majority of the day.

I just finished my pre workout meal and will be heading to the gym in a few minutes. I’m switching out Craze for Prodigy in today’s pre workout supplementation. I’m hoping this will give me a better idea if the mood enhancement was more related to the use of Craze (or a combination of Craze/PA). I’ll be dropping the extra caffeine as well because I believe Prodigy has plenty of it.

I’ll be dosing the following pre workout:

1 cap Patented Anabolic
1.33 scoops Prodigy
2.5 scoops Protocol

I-BCAA Max will be used intra workout

Leg day

nice updates man.

Unfortunately, I have a long commute to and from work and I don't even want to know what's between the crevices in my car.

Even the car detail guy misses the dried up food that fell underneath ages ago.

Liking the results so far. I am accumulating supplements for next year and I hope USB Labs gets this out in the market early next year.

I probably have some scraps tucked away somewhere in my car too.

Things are off to a good start. I'd like to see it released soon as well. It's still early in my run, but I'm seeing some good potential. If results continue, I'll pick up a couple bottles with the IC release and see what 8 weeks can do.

Day 11 continued

The switch to Prodigy changed the overall effects of my pre workout supplementation. My mood was great, but I didn’t get the sudden “light switch like boost” that I had a couple times when combining PA with Craze. However, the pre workout combo had me locked into my workout with strong focus and intensity. I also noticed that the thermo effect hit me harder tonight. After doing a few warm up squats, I started sweating more than I had previously. I’m wondering if it was directly related to the caffeine dose that was combined with PA. I’m not sure, but I think 1.33 scoops of Prodigy might actually contain more caffeine than 2 scoops of Craze and an additional 100mg-200mg caffeine.

I continued to make progress in the gym. My goal tonight was to get a few reps of at least 500lbs on squats. I was able to pull it off without too much difficulty. After hitting 500 for a few reps going parallel a couple months ago, I started working my way back up, going deeper. I took my time with the process and was pretty confident I would reach my goal going into tonight’s workout.
