happy Hanukkah then :) last time i ran this compound i had mad aggression in week 3. this time around, i'm on week 5 and everything is under control - i haven't had an argument yet.

advice if i may. on this compound, i can do my normal workout, and do the same workout again 4 hours later with no issue. always try to get 4-5 more reps than last time, or add some weight because you have way more strength than you realize while on this. or i just respond very well :)

For quite awhile ive mostly just been doin what was comfortable, prior liquidrone, due to achy body. But now i feel great and ill get some more weight on there. thanks for the advice, its helpful.

no problem. i am doing a dienedrone (same compound) / liquidrone bridge while running h-drol in the background. my weights have gone through the roof, no exaggeration. i'm just saying make every workout count, whether its breaking your old number of reps, or going up in weight, you should make progress every time. sometimes, after my normal set, i'll try adding 5-10 pounds more just to see how many reps i can get - and sometimes i hit the same reps. its weird how you might not feel like you can do it, but once you push the weight up once there's a feeling of "i can do this a few more times". this compound was made for strength gains, 2 lean pounds per week, and leaning out in the process. you'll be surprised at how far you can push yourself on this compound. IMO :)
 
Besides a lil throbbing in Bicep/elbow i had a great workout. i think i did a lil something to it during work. i felt alright goin into gym but after a few sets it was hurtin. I still had a great workout reguardless.

Took today off from the gym, was outside in the rain all day for class. $h!ty! Will be in tomorrow for a good back day. Felt good all day. just lacked a lil sleep last night. I ended up taking a nap for a bit, which was excellent.
 
Went to gym this mornin and was feeling pretty darn good. I didnt feel tired at all after lifting and between sets. Prior to liquidrone i was always flushed after the gym, not now!

Sure it aint gyno. LOL. i havent done any measurements since we did last. Im also tryin to do a lil recomp.

Ive always liked doin shoulders and liquidrone just makes it easier. I use to never do em, when i began lifting i never knew there were so many lifts for them, and now i can do shoulders for hours! I know this might sound crazy, but throught my workout i started noticing more definition as the workout progressed, in big amouts, and on top of that, a few comments i get here and there saying how much bigger i look everytime i see them. might hit a good arm workout tomorrow, havent really hit those in awhile
 
i'll mention this though you probably already know this - the wider your grip on upright rows, the more it targets your delts. close grip uprights target your traps more.

good work on front delt raises - 40's are no joke.

I do a cable upright row, and i beleive ive seen you mention that to someone else, but the cable ones that i do, i use the rope with handles and feel it only in delts. it actually works quite good.
 
ahhh, the rope variety is pretty killer :) good job man.

Yeah its nice. my wrist hurt when i use a bb my elbows hit when i use the small vbar so i got stuck with the rope, but i like it better than both!

Well i was thinkin bout doin arms but changed my mind and did bench. Also this mornin i woke up and it felt like somethin was puttin pressure on my back, not sure what that was, bp? thats what my buddy suggested but he aint no genious. it went away later on, so maybe its done. As for the day, got a lil angry for havin to do some sheet metal work when im a pipefitter/plumber, union by the way, which is not right in union standards. So you can say i started off a lil short tempered, but usually keep to myself, just kinda mumble words under my breath :FUfinger: . After that everythig was kosher. Great day!

D@m good day! the workout felt great,wanted to push more weight, i think the 5x105 for inclineDB is a PR but not really sure. Ive actually just started payin more attention to my lifts since liquidrone and keeping track. I wish ive always done that but hey im starting now! I had a great pump right when i started lifting the weights and once again no soreness. One thing i need to do is not have so many cheat meals. mexican last night and went for lunch, didnt wanna eat alone... Ill get better, it has been.
 
Where in your back was the pressure? It sounds like maybe you just slept wrong on it.

I had a cheat meal last night myself, chinese food. It was delicious. Workouts are looking good man. Next week is my last week on LIquidrone and I am excited about taking measurements, looks like I have gained alot.

Here I am, choking down MHPs Up Your Mass and BSNs True Mass shakes during the day, and you're talking about a 'cheat meal' .. I feel like such a bum for the first time in a year for consuming MORE calories than others. hahaha ..

.. I wonder how much I could tweak the results of this Liquidrone run by doubling up on the daily dosage. Damn, that's a tempting little idea !

Very tempting... also ive been takin up your mass too, not bad and it has good complex carbs in it. but my cals are lower well prolly the same as i would always have it but i try to eat only meat and veggies, carbs in mornin no later than lunch besides surroundin w/o.

Also went to gym today had a great w/o. really on did biceps and cardio. my buddy is comin into to town so i had to get home to do some cleanin.

i got it. wide grip pullups + 35 pounds is insane. i was never able to do that much weight with a grip wider than shoulder width :)

Its been awhile since ive been able to do military db 5x100. i was pretty happy with that, and especially the 325. it was a good workout, definitely focused and sweatin like a mofo! Im lovin LIquidrone is helpin me to reach my goals and got me a new pr! Just looking at the bottle it doesnt seem to look like itll last 30 days. but we will see, i just wanna run this stuff forever!

Well i the ol lady isnt feeling good so i wasnt gonna hit up the gym, we ended up takin the dog to the park runni around, i fell asleep for 15min and decided to go, a lil late than usual, got there round 745. im usually there bout 4-430.
that place was packed, you get up and someone takes your equipment,:yell:

i took my liquidrone doses as normal but since i hit the gym up later i took another .5ml. And im glad i did. awesome w/o! i usually like to up the doses durin a cycle but i dont have enough for that.

i looked pretty big after my w/o lots of vascularity, just gettin some acne on upper back, well since the start of wk 2. other than that things are doin good. No other sides that i can see. Just feel like upping dosage.

I started the 18th so today is 3wks. as for sides, i havent experienced any bad ones. just some acne on upper back but thats a givin when phs. Aggression from time to time, mostly just durin gym time, im more focused and works are more intense. and gettin some crazy vascularity. And strength is up a lil.

my bp is lil high

x2 ! Mine's @ 158/85. Did bloodwork this morning; getting lab results in a week or so. Will update once I find out what's going on. I'm not blaming the Liquidrone specifically, but it's more than likely aggravated my previous high BP situation. Like I said, the past couple of weeks is when it's started to show various sides of high BP. My bodyweight gain couldn't have helped either; February 1st, I weighed in at 229 lbs. April 1st, I weighed in at 252.4 lbs.

.. other than that, sides are low - KNOCK ON WOOD ! ..

for the dry joints, try 5g of fish oil. its cheap and effective. bump it up to 10g if its not going away.

I forgot to mention that when I did arms and then chest over the weekend, my joints went to hell. They were only bad for those days. I don't know if I hit it too hard or what, but it was a killer. I upped my fish oil to 9 grams, and haven't had a problem since. We will see what arms will be like this weekend. Oh, nice wo BTW. I think a full upperbody is in order sometime this weekend, myself. This compound makes hellish workouts easy.
