happy Hanukkah thenlast time i ran this compound i had mad aggression in week 3. this time around, i'm on week 5 and everything is under control - i haven't had an argument yet.
advice if i may. on this compound, i can do my normal workout, and do the same workout again 4 hours later with no issue. always try to get 4-5 more reps than last time, or add some weight because you have way more strength than you realize while on this. or i just respond very well![]()

And yeah any advice is well appreciated. ive actually added more sets in then i usually did before. so youre sayin just try to push those extra reps? I can always try throwin more weight on there. For quite awhile ive mostly just been doin what was comfortable, prior liquidrone, due to achy body. But now i feel great and ill get some more weight on there. thanks for the advice, its helpful.
