Training experience (as much detail as possible):I am a former Marine so training isn't a scarce thing for me.I trained plyometrics heavily in the corps and I now train at National fitness.I can also train at home with just a basic gym if you guys want to see results that way.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):4 days a week.I am currently hitting large muscle groups to gain size instead of isolation exercises.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):I do the treadmill because I like impact,jump rope,and some arobics.
Current Supplements (exact brand/product name):Currently just B vitamins and saw pelmetto.6 star Creatine and On Gold Whey,I just ran out of NO explode
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):I take in about 250g of protein a day half real food half shakes.I love chicken and try to balence with 3500 calories.I stay away from fst food joints if I can.
Current Daily water intake:1.5 gallons
Short Term Goal:20 lbs lean mass
Long Term Goal:Mr.O title baby!
