Genetics Has a New Rival!
It's been a while since I have been here. Down to business...would love to test this product. Here is the requiste information
age;41
sex; male
height; 6'1
weight; 178 ibs
bodyfat% (=or-2%)12%
bodytype: mostly ectomorph
training experience:including layoffs etc (you know how it goes) 20 years.
I have been at peak condition in my twenties (college) and early thirties. I am naturally skinny,long arms etc. So I have worked very ****ing hard for any gains. My best condition was about 193 or so at 6% bf. This was done drug free. i have used many supplements, including many of the PH's. I have never used "real steroids".I am currently training again after a 4 month layoff...it has been a very stressful and busy year. Prior to the layoff I was about 185 and 10%bf. That is a maintainable condition if I train fairly consitently and don't eat like total ****. Obviously, I want more.
Short term goal:I can regain size fairly quickly. It is easy to hold condition if I eat correctly as well. So my short term goal (say 90 days) is to be about 185 at 10%bf( decent abs in this condition)
Long term; try to maintain 10-12% bodyfat( I know thats low, but i know my body. Anything above that I don't gain anyfaster, I just get a gut.), And bring my bodyweight up to 200. So essentially 200 ibs at 10%. I have been there before, but that was 15 years ago.
Have tested for shocker nutition

currrent diet
calories 2000 (since I couldn't really train, I did'nt want to be a fat ****) This will ramp up to 2500
Protein. This has been an issue. Don't have the best food prep contisions so trying to get 120 average per day, without too much fat.
carbs;150 -200. I function better on low carbs
fat;100 g...much of this is healthy fat however.
Largely, this needs to be adjusted as follows
Protein;150g
carb;150-200
fat;50-70
No drug use
supplements
vitamins only, whey protein again(recently)
water intake average about 3-4 liters per day, trying to increase
