Training experience (as much detail as possible):
Lifting for 9 years. I trained mostly Max-OT ( 85-90% 1rm) (2 warmup 4x4-6 main, 2x4-6s subsequent exercises) style for my the first 6 years. I had alot of success and it adapted well once i was doing track and field ( about 6'6" 220). I trained for decathlon, but my field events and hurdles were garbage. Basically starting college i went in at 220 and by the end of my freshman year i was 230 and down to 10% BF from about 16%. I have always been behind on growth spurts i got mine in college as opposed to highschool. I also became a hammer and discus thrower ( upping to 250). Having an appendectomy at 21, and developing a tear in my upper pec area really started me on a downslide in my training. I began getting back to basics . Powerlifting, core compound movements, and also alot of rehabilitation movements to keep my shoulders strong, as well as flexible. I became a tank with core training. I was trained under some amazing strength coaches as well as 2 of the top throwers in the country ( shot and hammer). It was a real pleasure. Unfortunately, i got hurt once again. My nutrition in college was horrible. Supplements and active release therapy came to my aid. In the last 3 years ive maintained a decent level of strength and BF% at 230 10-14% year round. My training revolves around Dr. Michael Colgan's the New Power Program, and occasional Chad Waterbury and EDT protocols. I am all about great form, and proper technique, and believe in compound movements, core training, and isolation only after the prior. I am a psuedo-bodybuilder, but functional strength is my first love. I involve everything from 12x3 to 1x20 reps and even sledge hammer to truck tire workouts. Overall, my training has been a giant melting pot. Overall, i think i am one of the most well rounded people in my area. I am no certified expert, but my workouts and results speak for themselves. My knowledge of nutrition and physiology has improved big time in the last 2 years, and i currently am a manager at a local Vitamin Shoppe.

The two mains will then increase in reps and decrease in sets for 8 weeks. This is my first run with this type of workout. I am currently working on comepleteing 10 sets of each main, and thought it would be cake, but my recovery is a little slow between work outs.

Ab work - Tues, Thurs - Weighted Crunches, Russian twists, or med ball throws, etc...

5-10 mins uphill at 4-5mph pre workout. I also stand 8-10 hours a day at work.

50C -30P -20F - 4000 cals I let it vary once or twice a week. On a bulk and being ecto/meso i feel like +-500 cals makes very little difference, as i am not running anymore or doing much cardio. I stay relatively lean as well until i hit 4800+ cals.

equals 1.3g P/lb bodyweight

Its Anything goes via carbs in the AM and post Am workouts. Otherwise its LOW GI and usually brownrice or Oats. Protien is always Whey, Casien base or Chix/Lean Beef. No soy or anything other than a few eggs here and there.

Fats - Flax/Fish Oil, Butter, Coconut, Olive Oil, eggs. Sometimes the occasional Soybean oil get involved from prepackaged food.

Veggies are free game. I dont really count them as calories. Only carrots and Tomatoes really. I eat anywhere from 1-2 cups of veggies or a large salad 3 times a day. I dont track my meals so much except for the general templates. Like i said 500 cals here or there on bulk is no biggy for me. I know what serving sizes look like as i did nutrition in college and have done this 4-5 times prior with exact precision, and it never made a difference to count every meal. I know by making 2 cups of oats or 1 scoop of whey etc... Fats are trickier, but I know what a tbsp of butter looks like and adds up to as well as measure my oils.





Current Daily water intake:

3/4 of a gallon regular and 1 gallon to 1-1/4 gallons on workout days. Sometimes i choose to used distilled water with electrolytes or i use smartwater brand as well. Always chlorine free and filtered.

Short Term Goal:
10lbs in 3 months; improved recovery and functional strength

Long Term Goal:

250lbs 10-12% BF - i got a ways to go :study: - and 20 pulls ups at that weight.

Beer - once per week ( 2-3 at most) Once a month i might do a 6 pack.

Sometimes i will use Ibuprofen/Naproxen, but rarely. Active release can sometimes leave me super sore for a day. I know Nsaids are horrible, but work is work, and ill take a day of ibuprofen over suffering with a headache or DOMS.

I hate prescript drugs. No anti-biotics since the appendix. ( Oil of Oregano and Buffered C for the WIN!!!)

My lord.......

Always a hydrolyzed prot post workout ( since day one!! VP2 was my first). Now i am trying the EAA/DExt mixes and Hydrowhey/dext afterwards and pre/during. ALways a multi and anti-oxidant blend. Everything else is shortterm ( injury or sickness).

i have used PH's such as MAg-10 ( 4 years ago) and superdrol (2 years ago) I used ADT and 6-oxo post cycle therapy as well as Tamoxifen Citrate. Clean for 2 years now. I dont like PH's as i get shutdown very hard with half the dose of most.

Love nootropics and SAMe. I currently am using 400mg SAMe and that is all. I have laid of things like Piracetam and Alpha GPC for the time being.

I do alot of anecdotal stuff via Mind and Muscle, Avant Labs, and T-nation. I dont usually post logs, as no one ever seems to appreciate them ( im not HYYUGE!!!). I have done 2 "challenges" one for T-nation and once for Scivation long ago. I never had a reason to post my results ( i did send them in for scivation though) as it was always a personal goal. I never recieved any product for free nor wanted to win any money. I more so just loved the motivation and intensity of competing with others. I did before and after pics and keep personal logs for myself. It would be easy to post, but i would need to feel inclined to do so, aka....Free supps for my work :study: - I have a strong respect when its a job oriented situation or a challenge.

Play football 3 years in high school, wrestled all 4 years of hs and for 1 year in college. Got hooked on bodybuilding while wrestling in college, and have been lifting and training consistently for about 4 now. Always lift heavy, but with form, and always intense. Very dedicated to my lifting and my diet, which i learned to do from wrestling. Also an ACE Certified personal trainer, and going to school for nutrition.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Right now i am on a 3 on 1 off schedule. I rotate bodyparts from week to week. Mostly high intensity and moderate to high volume, but sometimes i go low volume to change things. My workouts differ every time im in the gym, always keeping the body guessing and growing. i work usually two bodyparts per workout, except for legs, i do by themselves.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I do Cardio about 3 to 4 times a week at a moderate intensity, for no more than 35 minutes at a time. I mix it up with running on the treadmill to the elliptical trainer, stairmaster, and the bike. Every other cardio session i do HIT, for the increased intensity, and to keep the body in high gear.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): My diet is very clean now, i eat about 2000 kcals a day, with at least 1gm protein per pound bodyweight. Almost all Carbs come from complex sources such as sweet potatoes, oatmeal, whole grains, brown rice. Protein mostly comes from red meats, also chicken and fish and some dairy, but its limited. fats come from either natural PB, olive oils, flax seed, and the fats that are naturally in the red meats and fish. my macros look something like this: 50 carbs, 35 pro, 15 fats.

Current Daily water intake: at least one gallon, somtimes 1 and a half.

Short Term Goal: maintain what i gained from last cycle

Long Term Goal: get up to 185lbs and about 6-8% bf.

I'm interested. I've got something working on the side w/ ALRI for BAM. I'd love to be able to contrast MassFX w/ BAM.
(I know Mass is some great stuff if Dr. D was involved in designing it.)

How many testers will you have for MassFx, it's seemingly over 100 already. At some point you might want to sell the product instead of giving it away to all the testers. :)

Good luck to all the testers and those running it singularly may want to have a mild AI on hand just in case.

We have sold a few ;) In fact it is completely sold out. We saved about 50 though for various logs, etc.

Current Supplements: None presently, but have on hand Prostanozol, Ergo Max LMG and looking to stack with Superdrol if I can get it at a decent price. Also have on hand Phera-Plex for a future cycle. (As a side note, is it too much to stack superdrol and PP?)

Diet: Mostly clean foods: Chicken breast, tuna, lean ground beef and steak, eggs, potatoes, broccoli, corn, carrots, grilled salmon, salad, 2% milk, etc--about 4500-5000 calories per day

Water: 1.5-2 gallons per day (had to stop drinking Pepsi!)

day1: chest, triceps, delts, calves
day2: back, biceps, abs
day3: legs, calves
day4: biceps, abs
day5: off

Ive been doing pyramiding and supersets.
example: incline bench press: 225x12, 245x10,275x8, then drop down to 185 for a burn out

Im doing biceps on a day by itself because I feel as if my biceps are lagging behind a lil bit so I want to force some new growth.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I dont do cardio at all

annabolic innovations/chaos
higher power nutrition/ tribulus terrestris
optimum/whey protein
genuine/muscle milk
tke/joint boost

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):

minimum of 300 grams of protein per day, basically thats it, and trying to not go crazy eating stuff that is really bad for me. I have 3 protein shakes a day as well as 3-4 meals. I can keep track of my daily intake and my protein/carb/fat percentages.

Current Daily water intake:approx. 1 gallon

Short Term Goal: gain about 10 lbs and not gain any fat or much bloat

Long Term Goal: get up to 207 and stay around 5% bf like i am now

4-5 days a week in the gym. The 5th is depending on how I feel.
I work around a 4 day split:
Squats/shoulders
chest/back
bicepts/calves/traps/abs

Honestly, I am tring to cut down on sets in hopes I create a more possitive nitrogen balance due to my food intake limitation. My food intake though is SOOOOO constant :P

none schedualed. I bike 2 miles t oand from work mon-fri. About total 30min daily.

Started CEE about 2 weeks ago. Flaxseed
Finishing up some XTEND

Breakfast:
Protein pancakes: Invalid Link Removed
Total: 435cals / 40protein /47carb / 8fat
Snack:Power bar/protein plus: 300cals/23 pro/ 39carb/ 6fat

Lunch: container of a mixture of:
wheat pasta/cheese tortalinni/chicken breast/potatoes/tuna/turkey burger.. Honestly, thats my diet in a nutshell. Combine whatever you can rat pack in the container. so this varies. (sadly, these are also the things I'll choose for dinner :(

Snack:
Bagle with hunny and jelly + protein shake/ skim milf pre WO

Post WO protein shake with 2glasses skim milk and package of cinnamon bunn oatmeal.

Dinner:
Basicly, any combination of the lunch... about 40 min after Post-WO shake.

I have a tin of premade tuna salad with anythign else that has a mother in the fridge for when I get up in the middle of the night hungry.

Sorry, not too specific right now, as Im at work and it's hard for exact numbers.
