If its ok with you, i'm going to keep my current overall log "live" but do a separate Shred-XS log. I think I'm kinda verbose in my normal log style, but I do want to keep updating that to have a retrospective to look back on later. I may even stop by GNC and see if I can get some bodyfat calipers to do before and afters, if not I'll do scale and pictures. But that way I can put a summary of "whats my normal diet + other supps + workout routine" at the top of the Shred log, and just document changes, anything else I notice.

does that sound good?
 
My Shred-XS arrived as well, and since i'm a junkie I already opened a bottle and popped 2 down :) I had already been taking cAMPHIBOLIC over the last week, so i'm not concerned with the forskolin "run for the border", and my tolerance for most stims is really high. I'll start my log as soon as I'm done making dinner! (curry beef over mixed greens, CKD isn't all bad)

Thanks, I received all three (3) products on Monday.

Due to a very unexpected work trip (go figure), I will formall start the log this coming Monday, in order to provide the best review possible. I will be focussing on large scale multi-joint movements. Back and shoulders will get a tough workout, along with squats and chest.

Presently, my opinion is as follows:

Packaging: Bright colorfull professional packaging and labels. Would definately be eye catching on the store shelves while maintaining its appearance of legitimacy. I like the blue.

Some products have gone too far with label designs which make their product look fake.

Nice job on first appearances MST!

I just got back from japan @ 2am...flight got a transferred landing from JFK to Newark, NJ..ugh. Graduation from highschool today and am placing my nutraplanet order today...which will inlcude another cordygen 5 so i can run a 60 day along with-

orange triad
Maca powder (150g)
ZMA
AI Whey Protein Isolate
2 bottles Grapeseed extract
Glutamine (for cut diet 2.0)
Log should be up by saturday as i get back into my routine and set up my training sessions. Nice packaging!
 
package received and log will begin next monday, I have something to finish up first, but looking forward to taking these products. I will say this, I have been using cordygen5 in the mornings, just a couple of pills and I really do believe it helps my endurance for the rest of the day, my mind just stay more focused and clear during the daytime.
 
Getting bloodwork done tomorrow testing free test, estradiol and total test +metabolic panel. I'll post it when i get the results. Ordrered my stack on nutra and it should be here by saturday or monday. :thumbsup:

Blood work done, being shipped out to the lab, i'll be sure to post it. got full metabolic panel/uric acid test w/ the test, free test and estro. Received my nutraplanet order as well today on my birthday :) Now have two bottles of cordygen 5. woot! Log Starts tomorrow

spaceclown: I would love to help out if you are looking for another established member here at AM :).

I wouldn't mind trying the Kreacep or Ragnarok product. I have been blitzed with classes lately and have not had any drive to workout like I used to. I need something to step that up. On top of that CEE is just pissing me off because it tastes so damn bad haha. Let me know :).

Same with me. The only ones that don't thus far are Rag, White FLOOD, and Primal N2O. Can't even enjoy my day with anything else. I sharted two or three times while doing DB shoulder presses when I took NO-Xplode and Shock Therapy (serious). :dump:
