Went down and had a pretty stellar session today. Had to cut it a bit short as my alarm went off for an appointment that I had forgotten about jut before I walked in. Kept rest periods short and the intensity high.

Nips feeling sensitive atm so I'm going to bump my dose up from e3d to eod for the next little bit. It's quite surprising that they're flaring up since I'm just cruising on 300mg a week. Meh it is what it is.

Reason i ask is i'm having a few troubles myself. Foam rolling and mobility is helping but cant squat over 120kg without pain.

Yeah it was a combination of low estrogen and then the stanozolol. I was on Achilles which helped a lot an then strapping my knees with anything over 100kg just to keep it tight helped as well. All I can suggest it to thoroughly warm up. Try what thyrod mentioned 2 x 20 BW squats followed by 2 x 25 leg extensions just to flood the area with blood and o2, doing this went from being unable to squat to me pulling 180kg within 10 minutes.

Yeah man I felt massive! I've dropped about 12lb since I've been back in the last week and a half. Mostly water weight but hopefully a few lbs of fat.

Day 14

Soo had my first diet slip up today not going to get into it, macros were not too bad considering carbs just a bit over what I had in mind for today which was supposed to be less than 150 ended up around 200. High carb day tomorrow so ill adjust that down slightly from 350 to 300-320 to accommodate today's slip.
Hit arms today, did a lot actually about 10 supersets of triceps and biceps. Totally smoked my arms. Don't have my notebook with me sorry so I can't lay out my workout.
Hit another 12.5mg exem tonight and nips have lost all sensitivity so ill drop the dose back down as of tomorrow.
 
Day 15

Leg day today and a carb up! Had a lot of issues happen today which kind of threw me off big time. Still ate decent and within my macros so that's what matters.

No ****ing squat racks, all taken by dicks doing curls and upright rows, I waited, warmed up and the someone beat me to it to do squats without any weight on the bar.... So I thought **** it, I'm not meant to squat today and went over and loaded the leg press

**** bro, I would of kicked some ass.!

They were lucky my tren run had finished lol. I was annoyed tho that's for sure. My squat is how I'm going to gauge my strength, if I can get up 405 ill be happy as that was my high during my tren run.

Off day today, kept calories low to reflect inactivity. 2383 cals 265g protein, 123g fats and trace amounts of carbs, mainly fibrous from avocado and greens. Another off day tomorrow :)

Lol yeah man there's nothing worse, it always seems to happen when I'm planning on a PR on a big compound lift that that **** happens! I'm lucky usually, except for weekends I go when it's quiet so I can usually do what I want but since I work shift work I have to workout on two weekends a month.

Everything mirrored yesterday, low calories and carbs. Back in the gym tomorrow. Chest and back supersets.
 
Day 18

Completely run out of time to get in my desired workout so I only ended up hitting a bit of chest. I've been itching to see how my chest was holding up after that discomfort last week. Went well, still felt a bit off but I was able to put up semi heavy weight without any pain, just tightness across my left pec.

Day 20

Not much to report on today, finished night shift at 0700 slept till 10 then raced around doing errands all day. It was a planned off day from gym due to the lack of sleep that I always get on my first day off. Had around 250g carbs today. Stocking up for my four day split I've got coming up. :)

Day 21

I had an incredibly busy day today, started renovations on the house so the next few weeks are going to be hectic.
I spent my Saturday night at the gym hitting some arms. I did heaps and I didn't have my notepad with me. Notable lifts were close grip bench with 220 for 3 which is a PR tie and I set a PR on dumbbell curls at 55lb for 4. Superseted everything with some rest pauses and drop set thrown in as well.
Calories will be 2600 250 protein 170 carbs and the rest fats.

So this afternoon wifey sprung a date night on me unexpectedly. Needless to say my macros were off a bit. I hit some legs today with a physique competitor who I met and it was a stellar session!

Was just going through the motions today, was lethargic as ****, I'm having some issues with my left wrist during pressing movements. It's a bit painful but more irritating than anything.
Diets been pretty good, I had some leftover applecrumble cheesecake for my post workout sugar intake chased by some whey but apart from that its been spot on. Carbs Pre and post workout, grilled chicken breast with salad an avocado for the other three meals.

Thanks LTL quite shocked at the rate I've leaned up these last few weeks. I'm actually not much heavier than when I started but I'm a lot stronger and leaner at this point.

Definitely be proud bro. I had the same issue with my weight not being much higher post cycle but I was much leaner and way stronger. Weight is just a mind fûck in this game.

Most definitely. This has been the first time I've not really worried about weight and gotta say damn it's a relief lol. I go by what I see in the mirror and what I can lift from now on.
