Reason i ask is i'm having a few troubles myself. Foam rolling and mobility is helping but cant squat over 120kg without pain.
Yeah it was a combination of low estrogen and then the stanozolol. I was on Achilles which helped a lot an then strapping my knees with anything over 100kg just to keep it tight helped as well. All I can suggest it to thoroughly warm up. Try what thyrod mentioned 2 x 20 BW squats followed by 2 x 25 leg extensions just to flood the area with blood and o2, doing this went from being unable to squat to me pulling 180kg within 10 minutes.

Leg day today and a carb up! Had a lot of issues happen today which kind of threw me off big time. Still ate decent and within my macros so that's what matters.

Thanks LTL quite shocked at the rate I've leaned up these last few weeks. I'm actually not much heavier than when I started but I'm a lot stronger and leaner at this point.
Definitely be proud bro. I had the same issue with my weight not being much higher post cycle but I was much leaner and way stronger. Weight is just a mind fûck in this game.
