Test, tren and winny

Yeah def on the up and up! Hopefully be back at it full steam tomorrow! Haha there was definitely some decent sweat happening lol! I don't usually use a Pre workout but i was keen to try enhanced by pes to see what the fuss is about. I like it a lot but **** me it makes me sweat!

Haha I even laugh at myself how it rains off me! My gym offers these little hand towels but I always take the big shower towel

Haha I was spotting wifey on smith close grip bench and it was running off me onto her face lol. She wasn't very impressed lol.
 
I dunno why but whenever I threw in SD, I always got a bit sick from it and for some reason any other compound I've ran or running now, hasn't made me feel like that moreso than SD, but that ish is fiyah! Keep kiillin it geezah and sounds exactly like me, hurt and someone tells you to take off, fck that ish, push harder; I mean don't injure yourself if you really start to feel it in a bad way. Otherwise keep destroyin that ish brotha!

Yeah I feel ya man, I remember my hella/sd run I got sick massively three times, once before, once during and at the end, not fun at all; but other than losing a little less than 3kg after PCT I put on a lot lot close to 21kg all together, ran a sarms triple stack before that and I'm adding an extra 8kg from that to my total number.

Meh still sick as ****. Getting better but still feeling miserable. Hit some enhanced with some versa1 Pre workout then went in for a bit of back.

Decent enough workout considering I'm still feeling like ****. Strength is still down a bit but nothing like my endurance. Fatigue sets in quick :( cant wait to be rid of this damn flu.
Cals a bit low again, kinda struggling to get food down as I don't seem to have an appetite. 2917 cals 229g protein 259g carbs 102g fats.
Even though I didn't do a great deal in the gym today I had a massive pump all day. Felt like I was walking around doing a lat spread lol! Love it. :)

Yeah, Roger that! I am on day 4! Still on the fence! It's a toss up, eat late then starve longer tomorrow or stop eating at 6 or 7 so you can eat earlier lol it sucks! But I have for to get this fat off!

Apparently it gets easier after a couple weeks but for that first couple weeks just stay the fûck away from me lol. :D It does work very well tho I've seen incredible results with people That are consistent with it.

Had an epic pump which is still with me 7 hours later. I love supersetting tris and bis. Strength is almost back where it was. My elbows been good lately as well I was a bit dubious about skullcrushers but all was good.
Still have no appetite but I managed to get down 3411 cals 290g protein 309g carbs 116g fats.
Not noticing much in the sides department which is always good.

Went in today and smashed out a bit of shoulders. Still a bit under the weather but my strength is no longer suffering so that's good.

Shoulders were smoked. The seated shoulder press dropset had an incredible pump and burn! The pr on smith shoulder press was easy. Will bump the weight to 90lb a side next shoulder day.
Cals mirrored yesterday's at 3400. Might throw in a shake before bed yet to make it over that 3500 mark.
Not feeling anything re sides.

I've always had a pretty quick metabolism, but thus far I've put on around 7-10lb which I'd say is mainly glycogen and water. Haven't put on any fat that I can tell.

Day 16

Dosed 20mg SD, Achilles, cissus, cycle assist, hawthorn and a few other things!

Really wasn't feeling it today, felt lethargic as hell. Had a nap this arvo, overslept and almost didn't make the gym. Only had 30mins and it looked something like this

Legs

Leg press 10 sets of 10 at 7 plates per side
Strict 1minute rest periods

Leg extensions 61kg 135lb 7 sets of 12
Strict 30secs rest period.

Laying leg curls 49kg 110lb 7 sets of 12

Seated calve raise did three 6 x Dropsets ( dropped the weight six times repping out till failure every set )

Actually a really decent workout considering the time constraints. The 10 sets of ten have my quads and glutes an incredible burn! The last few sets were quite challenging.
I do have some slight PIP in my right quad from yesterday's pin.
Calories today 3511 330g protein 300g carbs and 110g fats.
Following today's workout I've had a back pump tht won't go away. It's the first of this cycle so ill be adding in taurine and potassium tomorrow.

Weight 89.9kg 198lb can't remember my starting weight and I didn't post it..... Pretty sure it was around 85kg 187lb ish

Had some time constraints this morning so I hit chest. Quick and to the point. Nothing majorly heavy as my elbow was not sore but def not right.

I didn't have a spotter and the elbow was playing but the semi heavy tempo work gets some major pump happening. I like.
I am starting to notice some sensitivity around my nips. Pain actually more so than sensitivity So I've started dosing exemstane at 12.5mg ED. hopefully that should bring it under control pretty quick. Not noticing anything else re sides, no bloat, good libido , aggression is def up but easily controllable.
Not tracking cals today as ill be up for close to 24 hours.

This tempo and FST work gives an incredible burn and pump. So I realized today that my taurine as potassium is 200km away in my other house so needless to say back pumps were an issue today. Heading home tomorrow so it shouldn't be an issue from now on.
Regarding my sensitive nips I started dosing exemstane at 25mg ED for the next few days then will drop to 12.5mg ED until it subsides or i start showing signs of low estrogen.
Calories will be a minimum of 3382. I do have more food for later if I get hungry if not ill leave it at that.
