Test, tren and winny

Day 2

Dosed 20mg SD, cel cycle assist, Achilles etc etc all that ****

Been nursing a niggling elbow injury for what seems like forever, seems to come and go but it's been giving me grief for the last week, especially on pressing movements. Today I hit shoulders.

Shoulder day

Pure strength shoulder press
40kg 90lb per side x 20 x 17 x 15 x 12

Db side laterals
17.5kg 40lb per side x 6
15kg 35lb per side x 9 x 8 x 8

Cable front raises
Not sure of the weight but three sets of 10

Incline rear delt flyes
8kg 17.5lb per side x 15 x 12 x 12

Barbell shrugs
60kg 135lb x 25
100kg 220lb x 15 x 15 x 12 x 12

Shoulder press machine
Descending sets x 3

Went light on the shoulder presses and did more volume. Elbows getting better so hopefully by next week I can go heavy again.
Diet was decent will be starting carb cycling next week. This week going to have high carbs all week, should fill me up nicely with the SD and test. Cals around 3500 350g carbs 300 protein the rest fats.
 
Day 3

Dosed 20mg SD, Achilles, hawthorn etc etc

Don't know wtf happened to me today but during my workout it felt like a bus hit me. Bout 20 mins in I started feeling nauseous, had a killer headache, light headed, hot and cold flushes just generally feeling miserable cut it short at 45 mins went home threw up had a shower and a nap then felt perfectly fine.... Strange. Workout went like this

Bit of a fail. Absolutely struggled through this with the way I was feeling. Elbow was feeling pretty good, bit tender still but definitely better day by day.
Diet was good calories ended up at 3654 322g protein 404g carbs the rest fats.
Is it weird that I'm looking forward to pinning tomorrow??

Probably just your body adjusting to the gear. I've read that you can literally get sick (flu-like symptoms from being on). I know this is basic knowledge and a more informed bro could offer this info up better than me...but I wanted to sound like I knew what I was talking about. How'd I do? :-D
 
Damn bro, that's a rough morning. Sure you're not pregnant? But really though, if it's just this 1 isolated incident I wouldn't worry too much. Could have been your supps on an empty stomach, high BP, something you ate yesterday, stuff like that

Yeah it was a bit rough and I hope it is an isolated incident lol! I didnt do anything different so I'm sure it must either be a) bad breakfast or b) my body trying to figure out what I'm taking and getting used to it. I'm not worried atm as long as its not a regular occurrence.
 
Sweet. I have a bottle that im planning to run for 4 wks starting next week. Going to get liver enzymes checked first though since i ran dbol in the begining of my cycle and i partied a lil too hard for my bday this past week.

Yeah SD is hard in the liver. Get some TUDCA. It's the shiz. It removes the bile that causes damage to your liver.

Na I've run it once before. Had fantastic results. Thinking about throwing it in with the winny at the end.

Had to hit the gym later than usual, i usually train first thing after breakfast but i slept in then had to pick up wifey to be from the airport so I went in with the masses this afternoon.

Arm day

Close grip bench ( light due to shoulder )
60kg 135lb x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 3 second negative with a static hold at the bottom and and explosive push.

Can't remember the weight but I pyramided up to max out both stacks for 7 on my last set. PR. Previous pr was two plates lighter.

No weight #s on the stack but hit plate 18 from 20 on my heaviest set for 6 PR by two plates. 4 sets total

Arms were toast. Had a killer pump from the FST superset. My arms are definitely a weak point of mine, hopefully I can bring them up some during this cycle. Was surprised by the prs but ill def take them!!
Diet was ok could have been better but not too bad. Didn't track cals today. Easily 250g protein and 300g carbs.
The next two days are cardio days as I'm working 13 hr days and when I get home I don't have much time to get ready and get there before it closes.
 
Draw with the 19 and inj with a 21?

Haha I couldn't imagine pinning with a 21!! I just recently went to 23's lol i like my 25's but now that I have to pin myself most of the time it takes too damn long with a 25. I was shocked with the difference between a 23 and 25
 
Does it have much effect on the rubber stopper if you're piercing it daily with an 18g vs drawing with something smaller like a 21?
 
None at all. Just keep vials stored upright and there should be no leaking issues etc

Just be sure to look in your barrel after every draw and make sure no particles are in it from the stopper getting wore down around the punture hole and coming off. Happened to me my last cycle luckily i saw them floating in the vial and it was almost empty.

With a 25g i have to push too had and always end up moving the needle around lol. 23g is perfect for me.

Oh **** really?? I'll have to keep an eye on that! Could be bad sticking parts of a rubber stopper into my quad...

Was supposed to be a cardio day but its pissing down rain, has been all day.
Kept cals low to reflect my inactivity 2000kcals 225g protein 30g carbs 95g fats.
Had a **** day at the office, going to hit the sack early.
 
Day 6

Dosed 20mg SD, Achilles, hawthorn, cycle assist, cissus, glucosamine, krill oil, multi and umm I think that's it.

Another off day today. Was supposed to go for a run.... Won't make excuses I'm just really tired from work and can't be bothered ;) hate cardio lol.
Kept diet in check 2050 calories 210g Protein 50g carbs 110g fats.
Can't wait to smash legs tomorrow. Been itching to get back in the gym! I'm pushing for PRs tomorrow.
