It's hard...but I have been handling it pretty well. Sometimes I get so overwhelmed that I just give them to random people...I can't ever find enough people that want them though so I just keep running out of cupboard space![]()

Thanks, I just received my package. Quick question, would 2 servings in the am and 2 in the pm(2 @ 6am/2 @ 6pm) be okay? Or is it important to do 4 individual doses spread out?

I might have to do that. I may not have a desk, but I do have a bag/car. lolI just started m1p on sat. Didnt want tobring attention to myself at work ( they already think I juioce 24/7,something about anger issues, swaeting alot, and getting bigger..lol) But today just loaded a dose in that sweet oral syringe and put it in my coat. When no one was looking popped it in my mouth. Problem solved

You don't play around lolCan always do what I do carry an insulated soft cooler. I have all my supps and lunch in it. LOL I leave the house at 5:20 am and get home around 6:00 pm.

Now comes the questions. Instead of waiting to start my cycle Jan 1st. I will start this product this weekend. Question is how to dose the M1P. I will be doing a major cut starting Jan 1st. So looking at the information you should dose between 4-8 times a day. I follow the lean gains diet regimen, First meal is between 12-1 pm last meal is between 7-8 pm. I workout out in the evening around 5:30 - 6:30 pm. My though was to dose it, two in the morning and two about an hour prior to workout. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Nice!! Yes, as Bp said, it would be ideal to have the doses spread out somewhat evenly throughout the day to keep it active more. I would just put mine in a ziploc bag with the syringe and carry it in my back pack that I take everywhere.
