did an abbreviated back workout today, I had my kid so taking him to the gym you have to be quick with stuff.
Did 3 sets of 15 wide grip pull ups
3 sets of cable pull downs with the stack (250lbs) 10 reps each
3 sets of cable rows, 200lbs 10 reps each, very strict form
3 sets of db pulls, 75lbs till failure each side
On a side note, I am having a bit of a flare up with some gyno. I looked up some things on google, and found very few things talking about osthole and gyno. Wish there was more info, but there really isnt. I have some letro I'm going to be running once it comes in. Very few things cause it to flare, but the letro always takes care of it in a few days if I catch it soon enough.
