Target A2 (rauwolscine) dosage tips

I experimented. I am currently at 18mg Y-HCL and 6mg a-Yohimbine. It's a little over the .2mg/KG for me, but works fine. I can't remember exactly the ratio, but I *did* do 9mg of a-Yohimbine.... not good, LOL. I actually went upstairs to get my phone, to have next to me during cardio. BP check was fine, but man I had a weird feeling in the chest area. a-Yohimbine is so dang expensive though (compared to Y-HCL) that 6mg is a good sweet spot.

Thanks man, i appreciate the insight. Yeah i've had some pretty weird feelings taking Alphamine with Y-HCL before haha. I with a-yohimbine was cheaper too, I think i'm just going to stick to y-hcl for now and let it work its magic.

It seems more expensive until you account for the fact that you need A LOT less than y-hcl
 
Please don't try and replicate high doses using Target-A2. It is so much stronger than people realise lol.

I'll give you that it's not that much more expensive, given the label directions of 9mg/Day. a-Yohimbine is only about $7 more/Month.

I just wish there were more studies on it. We *know* that ~20mg Y-HCL was shown in the (Soccer Player?) study to have good recomp effects. Are there any similar studies (human) like that for a-Yohimbine? Not as far as "effectiveness"...you can pretty much tell it's doing something, LOL - but as far as "optimal" dosage for human recomp?

There isn't any clinical studies using rauwolscine and looking at body composition changes. So unfortunately we are limited here but we can infer quite a bit based off the structure and what we already know about yohimbine

Long time vet to eca-y stack here. also done many ckds back in the day when Lyle wrote his book and prior to that BodyOpus so I've used every fat burner known to man lol.

That being said I think you guys are using it wrong and causing way too many sides taking it all day long though it may be effective that way. But too many sides to deal with all day long.

I find its best used hard and once pre fasted am cardiovascular and then a carbless meal after. I just can't imagine having cold hands and anxiety throughout the day with multiple doses.

I take 2 caps 15 min before cardio at 6am plus green tea extract, forskholin, I cap of Visceral Response. 2 caps of Burn 24 lol. I'm leaning out very well after almost 2 weeks. I'm already sub 6% so I notice these things. My abs are drenched after I get off the treadmill. (I also rub topical yohimbine product on abs but been doing that well before starting target a2. )

Interesting I don't think I'm holding water from thr yohimbe but when I come off I'll see if I piss some away.

I also take my pre workout pump drink and also White Flood and workout at 830am. By 9am the cold anxiety feeling from the yohimbine is gone and the rest of the day is great.

Well with the right dosage many don't notice any of the negative sides (hence part of the reason some prefer Target A2 over Y-HCL) and get the benefits plus an effective stim boost/feel.

Yeah Visceral Response is awesome. Stack it with burn24 omg forget eca.
 
can I take t2 with my prohormone dose first thing in the morning?
I would caution against this.

It would really depend on your blood pressure. Some DS can elevate blood pressure quite a bit and really all stimulants should be avoided or at least approached cautiously

Well I'm sorta on a break from stim fat burners. I took burn 24 plus visceral response and green tea extract 20 min before 3 meals. Now I just pop the stack pre am fasted cardio and loving the results. But normally I'd do it like you do before a meal.

When I start doing 3 doses a day again I'll probably just use target a2 alone pre fasted am cardio.

Now is there any science behind taking a glucose disposal (GDA) type pill pre cardio (I'm not doing it for that reason as I mentioned) well then yeah I'd say so. If it's dropping your blood sugar pre cardio I'm guessing it's a benefit for fat loss.

But burn24 has green coffee been which is a stim for me. Kept me up at night night the first time I used burn 24.

Now I did try taking Blood Sugar Defense by KAL which I love..a very solid GDA pre cardio and I was shaking from low blood sugar so gotta be careful.

There's no need to dose Burn 24 post workout. Save it for another higher carb meal. And personally I wouldn't waste/risk dosing a GDA type product pre-cardio.

I agree. I also never felt burn24 was much of a gda. Kal blood sugar defense effects me way more.
 
Post workout, the workout itself will be your GDA

I currently take ashwagandha to manage my anxiety but would like to add something to help with fat loss...while also countering some of the fatigue, demotivation and increased appetite I experience with ashwagandha.

You many want to check into our new product Shift. I think that would fit perfectly, especially with anxiety issues you may have from the past.

Target A2 would be a much better alternative than Y-HCL. But definitely check out Shift, you won't be disappointed.

Cool, thanks for the cliffs. I'll have to read up on the ingredients as I've never used products for fat loss and know absolutely nothing about them.

I would definitely look into Shift :) Although our extracts are generally well tolerated, I would not suggest someone with a history of anxiety use Y or alpha Y.
 
1 cap target A2 with 1 cap Norco. Covering the night shift with LTL jr. Preparing for a long night. Lol

Can you combine Alpha Yo (From Alphaburn) with Shift every morning? Any contraindications?

Just start with a low dose of alpha-y if you plan on stacking with Shift.

Shift alone will yield great results but if you feel it necessary keep with what Kbayne mentioned and dose very sparingly.

I have a history of anxiety issues too and was kinda worried about taking Target A2 since I've heard it can set it off, but it actually hasn't bothered me at all. In fact, I stack it with 200 mg caffeine, some tyrosine, and EGCG and get really clean energy from it.

I kinda like the revved up feeling I get from that combo actually.

As others have mentioned, just start slow. Take 1 cap of the Target A2 by itself, then slowly add other stims in.

You can definitely do 2 caps, but 3 caps might be too much for you; especially right before cardio.
 
What about caffeine my tolerance is very high is 200 mg the highest i can go or could i up it to 400 mg. with 2 Target A2.

I wouldn't recommend 400mg caffeine with 2 caps of Target-A2.
 
I do the usual .2mg per kilogram for Yohimbine Alkaloids. When I had TA2, it was 15mg S.N.S. Y-HCL and 6mg (2 Caps) A.S. a-Yohimbine. I tried 9mg but had a weird experience - may have been a one off, and I can't remember if I reduced the Y-HCL. But if all you took was a-Yohimbine, 12mg, according to the research, isn't that far out there.
