Lower back hasn't recovered from Sundays workout, def bothered me during grappling, might take tomorrow off not sure yet, def hitting it hard Friday, saturday and sunday.

Thoughts
Well my arms are going to be sore tomorrow for grappling lol. Today was my last day of Alphamax, I know I missed a whole days dosing once, took my last 2 caps this morning, lasted me till now. I'll post up a final review tomorrow!
