T-911 Solo Observations

I wish CVD. I get simple sugar post w/o. I only have to look at the cookies to get fat anymore.

3/day is where it really starts getting fun...

look forward to getting turned on by nothing. you could be sitting in a chair staring at a wall and all of a sudden feel "hot under the collar." And it's kinda like beer, in that it makes every girl a little bit more attractive...

Agreed! almost dangerous really!
 
It's been about a week since being on t-911 and so far my weight is still the same as it was at the end of my Epi cycle. My strength still as good and most of the mass gained during the epi cycle is with me.

Day 7: Triceps/Back
Took first dose of the days T-911 half hour before w/o. I am really feeling an attitude now of wanting to rip into the weights. I warm myself up with an ab workout to get the juices flowing.
Close Grip Bench: 215x26(DC)15-6-5/strip bar 135x20 stretched them out after
Back: Close Grip Chins(palms facing eachother) BW+50-13(DC)7-3-3, DB Rows: 85x23(DC)13-5-5, Standing T-Bar Rows: Universal bar in corner- 4 45s & a 10 for 10 reps, strip to 3 45s and 10&5: 12 reps, strip to 2 45s: 20 reps. Stick a fork in it I am done.
Note: Usually after this w/o I would be catatonic for about an hour. I feel like I could go back in there and give another go. LG, this is the goods for sure...start 3 e/d tomorrow!!

That's a pretty cool home made short. Heath Ledger was killer in Dark Knight. And the First Predator is one of my all time favs in movies.

I don't think it was home-made. I am pretty sure that had quite a budget for a small film. I bet it was an AFI or USC student project.

(I work in the film-making, that is what I do)
 
I cede to your expertise my friend. I just meant that it probably was not a major studio production. It was definitely some kind of professional outfit though.

Yea, it wasn't a big budget studio production at all. What impressed me the most was the costume budget. I mean, the location... whatever. The actors... whatever. But those predator and alien costumes were legit. They must have been rented from whatever studio is putting out all these alien vs. predator movies. That's either a really good connection, or a whole lot of cash.

Yea, I imagine it is tailored to fit christian bale for one, and there is probably only one or two of those suits floating around since there is only one batman in the movies, where as there are probably a bunch of alien and predator costumes in the wardrobe storage, as predator vs alien had bunch of those monsters running around in them.

I think the throwback batman costume was kinda cool. Its how I remember him from the comic books.
 
WhenI first saw it I immediately thought of the original Adam West Batmans that I grew up watching!
 
The Dark Knight Costume had 4 versions, 2 for Bale, and 2 for the stuntman. They also had fake wannabe costumes for the knockoff batmans. I had the chance to work security for the film, and I even got to guard the 4 cars.

This is a great discussion about the movie but, I thought this was a thread about t-911. Yeah, the dark knight was on helluva of an impressive movie. But, I'd like to know if T-911has produced awesome results after a 4-6 week cycle.
 
Ok ok Brahma, all work and no play huh?j/k I take the weekends off from weights so there is not too much to report. Began taking 3 e/d yesterday and will see what goes on Monday when I hit my Biceps/Forearms/Legs. I still can't say enough about the recovery aspect of this. From an older lifter's view it is fabulous. That was exactly where I was suffering.
Note: I started 3 e/d yesterday and woke up this morning with some back ache. The disk between the S1/L5 in my lower back has degenerated to almost nothing and I have to really be carefull with it. Don't know if the 3 doses is drying me out or the back workout on Friday caused the issue. We will find out soon enough. All the best guys!!

Check out the logs here on the forums. The product itself is relatively new so there may not be quite that many. You could always log it and let us know how it goes though!

Day 10: Biceps/Forearms/Calves/Hams/Quads
Second dose of T-911 half hour before w/o, this is the third day of 3 e/d. I haven't noticed any increases in effects from the 2 - 3 e/d dosing change. I will probably finish this week at 3 e/d and go back to 2 e/d and finish with 1 e/d the last few days.
Workout: DB curls 55 lb (DC) Right 11-4-3=18/Left 12-4-4=20
Forearms: DB Hammers: 50 - 20
Calves: Standing on calf block, BB on shoulders 265 - 12/ strip 155 - 20
Hams: Two legs old school machine w/plates loaded on, (DC) 70 lb - 20 (12-4-4). This machine feels alot heavier than the cable machines I have used. A single 45lb plate feels like 80 on the cable machines. I know, I know!! Strip weight to 45 and rep out 16.
Quads: Single leg squats. I love these for the balance aspect and it really works the outside of my quad and glutes. I do not rest once I start. I do 10 reps with each leg. The first set is body weight right then left and then I throw on a 45lb vest and do 4 continuous right left sets. Come down until the non used leg's knee touches the ground with your foot behind you in the air. You really have to focus and balance to get these going. Great burn and pump from these.
That's it for today. Still very hungry and the soreness I was used to is nonexistent these days. I wish I could run this all the time with out coming off.
 
Single leg squats are amazing - I use to do them off a 36" box with DBs in either hand. Oh man, there is nothing more humbling because all of a sudden tiny amounts of weight feel like a mountain with those!

I'm surprised there is no difference for you between 2/day and 3/day. But if it's no better, there is no reason for you to do it, I'd drop back to 2 too if I were you.
 
I agree totally on the single leg squats..very humbling. I am so sore in my glutes right now from them. It makes you work all the little support muscles.
I am going to stay at 3 e/d for the rest of the week and then drop back down to 2. I am seeing a little leaning out and I want to see if it keeps going.

Lunges on a smith machine kill your glutes when you do alternating reps.
 
I don't have access to a smith, so I just put the BB over my shoulders and lunge across my backyard. My neighbors give me the strangest looks.
I just bought 10 lbs of Lipotropic Protein, Anadraulic State, and IGH-1 today. Getting LG for the Holidays!!

NICE!!! When I do lunges, my gym lets me take the barbell out to the back lot. I don't do high reps or anything, there is just not enough room in my gym.
 
I can get 25 lunges in before I have to turn around. I go up and back twice then rest a minute. I like the cardio aspect of it.

I have yet to try any GH Supplement. I may have to do that one of these days.
 
This will be my first use of one as well. With my advanced years(cough,cough) it should be a good test. And G, if your appetite is still down, the T-911 has mine raging.

It's finally starting to come back around. My guess is my liver took a beating from the mdrol.
 
Deffinitely a red flag for sure. You have still been killing it even with that obstacle. Lets see what happens now.
 
A little over 5 minutes. When first in your mouth it tastes like a sweet tart. Then it changes to a slight bitterness with a numbing sensation. In the second week now at 3 e/d and I love taking them now.
 
We can call them "Swole Tarts"
 
Day 12: Chest/Shoulders
I am still dosing with 3 e/d(early morning,30 min before w/o,today after my post w/o shake)
I do a 10 min. rotator warm up before this w/o.
Chest: Incline DB(DC) 95 - 22 (15-4-3) My powerblocks only go to 95. I did a 90 second DC fly stretch with 50 lb after...oh the pain!!
Shoulders: BB Pin press(DC) 175 - 17 (10-4-3) I just set the bars in my pwr rack so the BB is at my nose when on them. I press the weight up and bring it back to a complete stop on the bars. Then you have to get the BB moving again from a full stop. You have no momentum like a regular press. Starting the weight out of the hole is a nut buster.
Went right from this to a 20 rep Arnold press with 45 lb DBs...burn baby burn!!
DB Laterals: 45 - 20/25 - 20
Traps: BB shrugs(DC) 275 - 17 (8-5-4) Finished them off with DB shrugs 95 - 15. Done like yesterdays dinner...
Notes: Since going to 3 e/d I have noticed a little trouble getting to sleep at night. I am trying to take the last dose earlier in the day. Possibly the Yohimbine? I was wondering if you could explain it's purpose in this compound. If one wanted to dose more,that would be a limiting factor.

I love taking T911 3x per day! The hunger is awesome for bulking! And the recovery is nuts! I'll need to order some more and try it solo sometime soon, actually scrap that, I'll make it a T911 stack!

Day 15:
I was supposed to workout yesterday but I was volunteered to help some friend's parents move. That was an all day fiasco!! Needless to say ...I am a little tired today. But I managed to get a decent workout in.
Triceps/Back:
EZ Bar Skull Crushers(DC) 100 - 17 (11-4-3) strip weight 50-20
Back: Widegrip pull downs(DC) 220 - 18 (10-4-4)
BB Rows 225 - 10,strip weight 185 - 16
Did my ABs before everything. I was tired and just wanted to get in and out fast today. Today is the last of dosing 3 e/d. Going to 2 e/d tomorrow. I am still enjoying the T-911 tremendously. Mood/appetite/recovery have been greatly improved with it.

Those look like triple-dropsets if I'm not mistaken - those are killer.
Great for a high intensity burst when you're low on time or want to change things up.

I bet the stretch in your lats for those pulldowns was something fierce!
