T-911 Solo Observations

Those look like triple-dropsets if I'm not mistaken - those are killer.
Great for a high intensity burst when you're low on time or want to change things up.

I bet the stretch in your lats for those pulldowns was something fierce!

Those aren't triple drop sets, they are DC style sets.

His weight didn't change.

One of 'em did - Skulls with the stripped weights. The rows could qualify as a dropset too. However, you are right, they're mostly DC's rest-pause sets :)

and theres nothing wrong with that! I LOVE using rest pause sets for my working set on just about any movement, compound or iso
 
The main set is usually DC style. I have been throwing in some widowmakers and drop sets here and there though.
 
Day 17:
Dosing at 2 e/d for the rest of the week. Have not noticed a difference between the 3 or 2 e/d dosing. So if 2 gets the job done just fine...why go to three!! Makes it last longer..wooohoo
Workout: Biceps/Forearms/Legs (I am testing the 5x5 method)
Biceps: Olympic Bar 105-5-5-5-5-5 I will go up next time
Forearms: Pinwheels 50 - 20
Calves: Seated 200-5-5-5-5-5/strip 100-20
Hams: Single Leg Stiff Legs Deads. I start with body weight first set, ten reps each leg,no rest and go to 30lb DBs,40s, and finally 50s. I do not rest between sets...just keep going. The non-used leg goes behind you when bringing the DBs to the floor. These really make me sore as hell.
Quads: 300-5-5-5-4-3 I will keep it here because I worked out at 3 pm and all that I had to eat was eggs and oatmeal at 8:30. I ran out of steam from lack of fuel.
I still love me some T-911. I wish I could just stay on this permanently. I will just have to enjoy it while it lasts!!
 
you know, it doesn't say anything about cycling on the T911 bottle... You could ride this baby a little further if you asked me.

Man after your T911 review, I can't help but want to eat all of these little "swole tarts"

Only 3mg? No wonder it doesn't have much of a stimulant affect on me. But that's not why I take T-911, so it doesn't matter.

Irish Cannon would prolly be interested to know the amount of Y, he's been concerned about getting to much if stacking MMV2 w/ T-911. I'll let him know...

You probably won't get too much of a stim effect from it. Keep in mind he will be taking it around 3x a day. So that is 9mg per day from the T-911. Personally, if I take supps that contain yohimbe, I try to stay between 10-20mg daily.

in case you or he didnt know the MMv2 is only 1mg/cap just as a heads up as he was worried about too much Y

Ive never seen someone with your response of "only" 3/mg per tab at 3 tabs daily, but that just shows some people love their yohimbe at fairly high doses.
 
Yeah, I used to pop 10mg at a time, so I'm not surprised I've been getting no stim-effects from T-911. But it's not a stim, and it's helped my progress more than any other supp I've ever encountered, so if 3mg is all it takes, great! :)

Day 19:
Chest/shoulder/Traps
Still dosing at 2 e/d and feeling good. My test is definitely up because I am feeling alot more aggressive these days and I can't wait for my workouts. I am going to run this out at 2 e/d. I think my AS will get here by the end of the T-911 so it should make for a good transition.
Chest: Incline BB 220-5-5-5-5-5 I will increase next time. I rest 1 minute between each set. DC stretch w/50 lb DBs 90 seconds.....ouch!!
Shoulders: BB press 200-5-5-5-5-5/ strip weight 135-17/ 2 supers of laterals w/1 minute between with 40lb,30lb,20lb x 10 reps. Shoulders were on fire and pumped.
Traps: BB shrugs 225-5-5-5-5-5/ right to 95lb DBs for 15 reps one arm at a time...good isolation feel.
The workouts are full of energy nowadays. I do not take anything else but the T-911 and I can really feel the difference.
 
I finished my t-911 cycle last week. It did a great job of keeping my strength and size up while off my ph/ds cycle. I gained 11lbs during my epistane cycle. During PCT with t-911, I was very fortunate to only lose 2 lbs. In the past, nearly half the weight gained during my DS/PH cycle would be gone during PCT cause of crappy test boosters and herbal blends. Now, I can finally say that there is a AI/test booster out there that will revitalize your body and keep a majority of your gains when you come off ph/ds. :)

Triceps/Back
Dips: BW + 90-5-5-5-5-5/ BW-12 I don't do these because it really hurts my shoulder for some reason. I just felt like trying them again today...left shoulder started hurting in the third set. DC stretch after...
Back Width: Rack Chins BW+100-5-5-5-5-5/BW-10
Back Thick: Seated Underhand Pull (shoulder width grip) 250-5-5-5-5-5/ 180-20
I am still getting the kinks worked out in the 5x5 method. T-911 is still working wonders with my recovery/appetite. Any older lifters know what this means for you. All the Best guys...
 
I get this piercing pain at the top of my shoulder joint when I do dips or decline bench. Consequently, I do not do these as much as I would like.

unless doing certain powerlifting routines that call for it, i see no sue for decline bench anyway

but as resolve said, stay away from any movements that dont agree with your joints.

It seems to have a pretty good effect on the libido. Definately not an AI like ATD that seems to shut down people's libido. Resveratrol and Yohimbe are great for the libido.

You want some serious libido increase? Take some toremifine*. Holy cow.

After reading this thread yesterday (01/04/09) I went to GNC and bought some T-911. I have tried a few other test boosters over the last year and I have to say this by far has the most noticable characteristics. I can feel it kick in within about 10 minutes. Right now, I am glad I used the buy 1 get 1 half price on 2 bottles of T-911. And I do agree, they do kinda taste like Sweet-tarts.

Great w/o today..felt solid all the way thru. One thing to note is that I have actually started getting acne on my a$$. The big ones. Haven't seen that in ages!! Test is deffinitely up.:woohoo:

This is just a random question, but you have your leg day slit with arms. So why would BB squat be the LAST thing you do in the routine? I notice that your arm routine isn't very strenuous, but you are still depleting glycogen levels to the point that you could be sacrificing some gains in the leg department. It just seems like you saved the most important thing in that workout for LAST. When in this case it should have been the other way around IMO. Not trying to be an ass, just wanted to see if there was any other reason? Cycles coming along good though!

Aggravated, in answer to your questions, I also do ABs before I start my weights. The arms and Abs mostly get me warmed up and sweating pretty good. The biceps/forearms actually works my arms out pretty well. I think my biceps get hammered on back day too, so I am actually working them out 2 days in a week. The leg routine is sort of a pre-exhaust/warm up. I found that if my hammies are fresh, I draw from them when I do the squats. When they are exhausted, I can only use the quads to move the weight. I also would not have much left in the tank to work out the other body parts fairly after my squats. Something else, my intra-workout drink gets finished right before the squats. I have enough juice left to hit them pretty good, even at 50. Great question A!

I do a rotator cuff warm up before this w/o. Still playing with the 5x5 format. 1 min. rest between sets.
Chest: DB incline 95-5-5-5-5-5 I need to get the additions for my powerblocks..need more weight here. Dropped right to 65-20. Great pump/burn after.
Shoulders: DB 90-5-5-5 Dropped to 70-5-5 Couldn't swing the 90s up anymore and I w/o at home alone.
Sitting Laterals: 45-5-5-5-5-5 Dropped to 25-20
Rear Delts: Sitting wide grip cable pull, elbows held even w/shoulders. 60-20,80-20,100-20. Good pump!!
Traps: BB shrugs 245-5-5-5-5-5, Static hold BB 315 for 40 seconds after.
I am still using 2 e/d of the T-911. I think the next run of this will be for 2 months. It seems to be exerting a bigger effect now than earlier. Like I said previously, my skin is getting a little oily and the acne has shown itself on my glutes. The alpha feeling is deffinitely more present too. I have 9 more days left...8 of those will be stacked with my AS starting on Friday. It should be a nice complement. Keep doing what you do LG.:box:

A 2 month-run, hmm? At 2/day, I could see that being amazing.

My plan for my next T-911 venture is 2/day on off-days and 3/day on lifting days. We'll see how that goes...

I noticed the appearance of acne of my chest and shoulders, but I get that every once in a while anyways, so I was unsure whether I could attribute it to T-911.

Resolve, I don't know how old you are. My skin is like chalk if I don't slather it in lotion. For me to say my skin is showing some oil is a big thing. That plan you have laid out looks like a winner. Do you think 2 months like that would do the trick??

8 weeks would probably be a great run.

How much do you Military press with a BB?
 
I just used 200 for the last 5x5 session and that was too easy so it will be moving up. I don't go below 5 reps anymore on anything...to easy to pop something at my age.
 
I'm 24, AZ. :)

As for the T-911 run, I don't know - I'll only be using one bottle, so at 3/lifting day and 2/off day, thats a little over 4weeks. I could see 8 weeks being beneficial, but I'd probably expect to begin seeing a plateau towards the end.
 
You might be right Resolve. I am going right into using AS from my T-911 on Friday. I'll see if any slow down occurs with the results. Damn....24 huh. You have the whole world in front of you big guy....eat it up!!
