T-911 Drives the Female Terminator into the LipoBURN Zone of the Anadraulic State GT

Sorry to hear about the migraine's. My wife has them also. Hopefully a little rest and relaxation over the weekend is what you need.

What's rest and relaxation?!

LG Sciences is not responsible for any children they may come after product use;)

We won't be having any children any time soon...lol. Rosie would kill me (seriously and literally) if she got pregnant. :D

Cheers!

COMMENTS

Mood/Aggression: Between moods - the aggression has become something playful. and teasing (WTF?!)

Energy: Although I'm having quite a few dizzy spells, I have energy - and I need it, especially after training, since I'm going to be running around non-stop for 6-7 hours tonight!

Mental Focus and Clarity: Migraine has gone, replaced by lightheadedness and dizzy spells every now and then, but I'm fine.

Stress: Creeping up again . . .

Libido: Voracious, LOL.

Endurance: Went 7 rounds of the V-Burn Challenge Circuit - definite improvement.

Pump: Painful and more painful, especially in anterior delts.

Vascularity: Small hoses in arms and strong blue lines in legs.

Quality of Training: 7 rounds of the V-Burn Challenge Circuit - definite burn all right; my anterior delts get HAMMERED every time I do this! Handstand Push-Ups are NOT getting any easier, but I'm doing them (and more of them), so I can't fault that. If it wasn't for the one minute break between rounds I have no doubt that I would be flat on the floor right about now. Pleased with the session.

Recovery: I'm still feeling my legs. And glutes. And my lower body is usually NOT the place I get DOMS. Interesting.

Other Effects: Still very thirsty . . . And for some reason, my appetite has suddenly rebooted and gone through the roof . . .

rosie youre a bada$$ chick, you are awesome!!!
i dont know why i said that, i just felt like it had to be said.

COMMENTS

Sleep - Time and Quality: I was so shattered yesterday that pretty much all I did was sleep on and off - and then I was awake for most of the night/morning!

Mood/Aggression: No aggression.

Energy: I have energy now . . .

Mental Focus and Clarity: There.

Stress: High.

Libido: Yesterday was INSANE when I WAS awake, and today, well . . .

Endurance: Huge thumbs up!

Strength: Minor improvements from last week today, albeit not where I was 3 weeks ago.

Pump: Arms and legs.

Vascularity: Great.

Quality of Training: Resistance training was fine. A few moments where I found it difficult to breathe and felt like my heart had stopped, but it passed quickly. As did the nausea . . . Did HIIT post-weights. Sweated a LOT . . .

Recovery: Yesterday my ENTIRE body was one big bruise, with some serious DOMS. Today I am fine, with just a bit of ache in my biceps.

Day 17

TRAINING

HIIT Cardio:
a. 4 min jogging
b. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
c. 4 min jogging
d. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
e. 4 min jogging
f. 1 x 1 min effort
g. 4 min jogging

Stretch 23 min.

COMMENTS

Sleep - Time and Quality: Sleep was very sporadic and broken, so that I'm not sure I even slept what I think I slept. 'Woke' with a throbbing head (the heat is definitely TOO much for me!)

Mood/Aggression: Not up. Not level. Not quite down, though, either.

Energy: I don't feel like doing much today - mainly because of the pounding in my head.

Mental Focus and Clarity: There, despite the migraine/pounding.

Stress: High high.

Endurance: Fine.

Vascularity: Good.

Quality of Training: HIIT was decent, despite favouring my right leg from the sharp aching in the lateral aspect of my knee . . .

Recovery: I do feel shattered - but I know that working so many hours in a physical job is also playing a part in it.

Body Composition and Look: My pants are getting looser, even though my girths are not changing, which is interesting (and I really would prefer the girths in my lower body to DEcrease).

Day 18

TRAINING

HIIT Cardio:
a. 4 min easy
b. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
c. 4 min easy
d. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
e. 4 min easy

Gym (45 sec recovery between sets):

2. Incline DB Bench Press 5 x 8RM
3. BB Romanian Deadlift (plates to floor) 5 x 8RM
4. Close-Grip BB Bicep Curls 5 x 8RM
5. Hanging Straight-Leg Raises 5 x 8

Stretch 20 min.

COMMENTS

Mood/Aggression: I've been told - 'nicely - that my mood is better when I've either been getting some or after binging (until the crash of the binge).

Energy: It's there, oushing through because it has to, and because, well . . .

Mental Focus and Clarity: Top of the day to you, dodger (tips hat).

Libido: Enough is never enough! ;)

Endurance: Definitely a huge difference on 6 caps of Drive daily, compared to 4 caps.

Strength: Everything seemed easier this week than it did last week, and I have a new 1RM on Incline DB Bench Press.

Pump: Strong.

Vascularity: Strong.

Quality of Training: HIIT was great - I actually do FAR BETTER when ALL my cardio is HIGH intensity, and I can do HIIT every day (although, not running; I have to have a day between RUNNING HIIT, but I can do other mode HIIT on those days) . . . Resistance training was awesome. Felt good . . .

Recovery: No aches and pains today.

Other Notes: I will be using Anadraulic Pump with my training next week . . .

Day 19

TRAINING

HIIT Cardio:
a. 4 min jogging
b. 26 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
c. 6 min jogging

Stretch 20 min.

COMMENTS

Mood/Aggression: I was in a decent mood before I went to work. Afterwards, well . . .

Energy: Definitely had energy today - had to have!

Mental Focus and Clarity: There.

Stress: HighER than HIGH!

Libido: Barging through the door and demanding attention!

Endurance: Speed endurance was a whole lot better today - really noticed the difference with this session.

Vascularity: Good.

Quality of Training: HIIT was pretty good. Running, which is how I prefer it to be, and what my body responds best to (next to cycling). Was surprised that I was able to keep going with my efforts, instead of requiring sets to be done. . .

Recovery: Excellent!

Other Effects: Felt the beta-alanine tingles for like a minute not long after dosing ASGT today, which is interesting, since I haven't had them until now.

Nice udpates Rosie, training looks really good. Hope the stress dies down for you shortly.

Thanks bud :) Although not impossible, it's highly unlikely that the stress will die down, as it pretty much is always high.

Day 20

TRAINING

Gym (30 sec recovery between sets):
1. BB Front Squats 5 x 5RM
2. Flat Close-Grip BB Bench Press 5 x 5RM
3. Close-Grip Supinated Reverse Rack Pulls (feet on bench) 5 x 5RM
4. BB Push Press 5 x 5RM

Stretch 20 min.

COMMENTS

Sleep - Time and Quality: After having semi-settled into a compromise re sleep, it went off kilter and I didn't fall asleep until close to 0800 this morning, waking at 1310 . . .

Mood/Aggression: Took my aggression out on the iron before work, leaving me in a calmer state, but the aggression seething beneath the surface, waiting to boil . . .

Energy: I have been a non-stop energizer bunny since I woke up!

Mental Focus and Clarity: Precision.

Libido: Oh, I've thought about it!

Endurance: Good.

Strength: New 5RMs all around - definitely a high re strength, and the best session of this one over the last 7 weeks.

Pump: Not much of one, which is not weird, considering I did NO cardio pre-weights, or even post-weights.

Vascularity: Very noticeable.

Quality of Training: Resistance session was like WOW today. I was pushing out the reps like the weight was nothing and increases were made all around. I couldn't believe the ease at which I was lifting some of the weight, especially since the last two weeks I have been struggling with lesser weights on some exercises. I must say, though, that training after about an hour of getting up, and having dosed ALL my 'first thing' and 'pre-training' supplements within a 10-minute period (like I used to do) makes a world of difference - and this is what I need to do from now on!

Recovery: I still feel great. No DOMS whatsoever from this week so far.

Day 21

TRAINING

V-Burn Challenge Circuit (no recovery between exercises; 1 minute recovery between rounds):
7 x rounds -
1. Jumping Split Squat x 10
2. Hand Walkout (from toes) x 10
3. Single-Leg Deadlift (with twist and lateral reach) x 10 per side
4. Push-Up (with alternate side rotation) x 10
5. Jumping Jacks x 10
6. Side Lunges (with over head reach) x 10 per side
7. Handstand Push-Up x 10
8. Squat Thrust (jump and reach) x 10

Stretch 20 min.

COMMENTS

Mood/Aggression: Thought I would have calmed down by now, but issues keep compounding on one another. Soon I am just going to be BLANK . . .

Energy: I have energy, even though my body has a few aches (I bruised my right patella earlier this morning walking into a door, burned myself at work last night, as well as laterally rolling my right ankle, and my left wrist aches badly).

Mental Focus and Clarity: Can you say workaholic.

Stress: Higher than ever (and not likely to change).

Libido: Well, it's one way to relieve SOME of the stress and frustration.

Endurance: Gooood.

Pump: Full-Body pump today.

Vascularity: Good.

Quality of Training: 7 rounds of the V-Burn Challenge Circuit. My left wrist started feeling like it did when I first broke it (in two places) earlier last year, the pain more noticeable during the Hand Walkouts, Push-Ups, and Handstand Push-Ups, when there was pressure on it. Handstand Push-Ups are improving, which I am pleased with. Fitness improvements definitely help all round as well.

Recovery: My aches and pains are not really from training, and honestly, I don't have DOMS from training this week.

Other Notes: Hot and cold sensations on and off in my left wrist have been in effect since training and are likely to continue for the rest of the day. Work is not going to help, either. Eh, just suck it up and deal . . .

Day 22

TRAINING

HIIT Cardio:
a. 4 min easy
b. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
c. 8 x 60 sec effort/20 sec easy
d. 1 x 1 min effort
e. 4 min easy

Stretch 20 min.

COMMENTS

Sleep - Time and Quality: Not been sleeping well the last few days, my body resorting back to disturbed patterns.

Mood/Aggression: Pretty good today.

Energy: Actually, I passed out on the couch for a while towards the end of a movie this afternoon . . .

Libido: Give me now! LOL

Endurance: Good.

Pump: Legs.

Vascularity: Strong for a bit and then faded.

Quality of Training: HIIT was good. Quite lightheaded after the second set of efforts . . .

Recovery: Need more perhaps?

Other Notes: Tomorrow is my last week using this training programme. From the start of August, I will be increasing my training volume back up to Maintenance, and starting two a day sessions . . . On another note, in a few weeks I'll have my bike (and possibly boxing gear) here, so I will be able to utilize those training modes re cardio - looking forward to that!

Day 23

TRAINING

Gym (30 sec recovery between sets):
1. BB Bent Over Row (underhand grip) 5 x 4RM
2. Overhead BB Squats 4 x 5RM
3. Weighted Dips 4 x 5
4. Ab Rollout 4 x 5

Post-Weights Cardio 20 min.

Stretch 27 min.

COMMENTS

Energy: I have been noticing over the last few days that ASGT actually has a huge effect re energy for training and a few hours afterwards, and it's all good.

Mental Focus and Clarity: Never been better.

Endurance: I can't ask for more than this.

Strength: Better than last week - making improvements all round, with heavier weights and using a slower tempo as well.

Pump: Anterior delts after Weighted Dips.

Vascularity: Ok.

Quality of Training: Very pleased with my resistance session. After that bad week, everything has been improving again (must have just been a bad week) . . .

Day 24

TRAINING

HIIT Cardio:
a. 4 min easy
b. 24 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
c. 4 min easy

Stretch 21 min.

COMMENTS

Mood/Aggression: Actually, in a REALLY good mood - and actually relieved that I have a few days off my night work (more time to use to do my other work and study and try and chillax somewhat - if that's even possible).

Energy: Not starting out the day great, but picking up speed as it goes along . . .

Stimulant Effects: Man, it would take an awful LOT of stims to give me any "stimulant" effects nowadays - my body is too used to them and I keep dosing higher and higher :dot:

Mental Focus and Clarity: Like my energy, didn't start out great, but picked up pretty quick after BLACK CATS and then the Anadraulic State GT/T-911 dosing.

Libido: I don't know if my body can handle the volume it's wanting, LOL :tongue2:

Endurance: Great.

Quality of Training: HIIT was pretty good. I DID consider taking today to give my body a rest, since it seems like forever since it had one, but my mind knows better, and I did what I had to do . . .

Recovery: Feeling a little sore, but not from training ;) :tongue-tied:

Body Composition and Look: I'll let my final body statistics do the telling, but from what I can see and feel, I have achieved another successful recomp, as opposed to a cut :approve: (which is fine; I still have some time - but not much, and after this I will be straight outright cutting).

Others Notes: First use of Anadraulic Pump tomorrow . . .

hey rosie take anadraulic pump with some fish oils and 2grams of vitamin C i promise you it will give awesome pumps. i did it on my ab day it gave me ab pumps which feel as good as cumming honestly

Cheers for the tips, but I'll be using it with my normal doses before I play with anything (if I do), so that I can see what it does.

for me vitamin c makes a big difference in terms of pump

COMMENTS

Sleep - Time and Quality: Sleep has not really been a happening thing lately.

Mood/Aggression: Calm and chilled (for the most part). All the aggression I had on FREE TEST is GONE.

Energy: It's there.

Stimulant Effects: Today was a huge stack of stims and NOTHING. Unless it's a hefty dose of stims, I no longer feel any 'stimulant effects', really. However, just because I don't feel 'stimulant effects' doesn't mean that the stims I'm using aren't working, because I know damn well that they ARE. When did I become such a stim junkie, dependent on stims just to be functional?!

Mental Focus and Clarity: There.

Stress: Been listening to soothing tunes, trying to 'still' myself and not let it bother me.

Libido: My body can't handle the demands my mind is making (sigh).

Endurance: Good.

Strength: The last few days I've decreased my energy intake. Yet my strength is maintaining or even better than last week, which shows definite improvement.

Pump: Not that much - then again, my weights and reps are not really 'pump' material. I used Anadraulic Pump today, though, so thought that perhaps I might feel SOMEthing more than I usually do for this session - and I usually get mad bicep pumps, but even that didn't happen. Interesting.

Vascularity: Got better as my resistance session continued.

Quality of Training: HIIT was ok; mid-to-lower back ached throughout it, hence the shorter session . . . Resistance session was pretty good. Performance is gradually progressing, which is all I can ask for . . .

Recovery: I need it, but not from TRAINING, LOL.

Other Notes: BC+EAA has been a lifesaver for me over the last week or so, especially with my hectic professional schedule, and dosing them immediately post-training has also helped a great deal with my recovery.

Initial Impression: Anadraulic Pump

Anadraulic Pump (Citrus Blast Flavour)

Smell - 7/10: Smells like citrus fruit.

Taste - 7/10: Tasted almost like orange juice but not orange juice - definitely a citrus flavour, but can't put my finger on it; a mix of different citrus fruit like orange and grapefruit perhaps. Tastes like it smells. (I actually didn't look to see if it had a listed flavour until writing this, so it definitely matched up with the intended flavour).

Solubility - 10/10: The powder practically dissolved on contact with the water and needed only a few shakes to completely mix with.

Texture - 10/10: Like fruit juice diluted with water.

Other Effects - 5/10: Although my resistance session re weights and reps is not really 'pump' friendly, I actually didn't get the pumps I normally would . . . Focus and stamina were pretty good - bear in mind that I also used BLACK CATS and Anadraulic State GT, both which give pretty good focus and stamina.

Day 26

TRAINING

HIIT Cardio:
a. 5 min easy
b. 10 x 50 sec effort/10 sec easy
c. 5 min easy

Stretch 25 min.

COMMENTS

Sleep - Time and Quality: What's that? SERIOUSLY, I NEED SOME!!!

Mood/Aggression: Up and down. Flat. Volatile. Calm. Aggressive. It barely takes a moment to change.

Energy: I should have it, and yesterday I had so many stims that it wasn't fcuking funny and yet still almost didn't make it through . . .

Mental Focus and Clarity: Got to bring my A-game.

Stress: I don't even want to think about this right now . . .

Endurance: Ok.

Quality of Training: Fine. I cannot wait until next week, when I will be going back up to Maintenance levels. My body needs some serious thrashing . . .

Day 27

TRAINING

Gym (30 sec recovery between sets):
1. BB Front Squats 5 x 5RM
2. Flat Close-Grip BB Bench Press 5 x 5RM
3. Close-Grip Supinated Reverse Rack Pulls (feet on bench) 5 x 5RM
4. BB Push Press 5 x 5RM

Post-Weights Cardio 20 min.

Stretch 20 min.

COMMENTS

Mood/Aggression: Very dependent upon who I am around and what demands are being placed on me at the moment.

Energy: There - although head feels a little funky . . .

Stimulant Effects: There SHOULD have been SOMEthing today, since I've had a sh*tload of stims (just another indicator of how fcuked up my body is)!

Stress: I would like to NOT be able to think about it! . . . Honestly, I wonder what having NO stress feels like . . .

Endurance: Fine.

Strength: Added 10 pounds to my 5RM for all lifts today, so was pretty pleased with that.

Pump: I used Anadraulic Pump again today (noticed that it has quite a tart, bitter taste, which I actually like), and honestly, it has done nothing for me re pumps - but eh, not every product is for everybody, and Anadraulic State will usually do this well enough for me.

Vascularity: Ok.

Quality of Training: Resistance session was good. It was INTENSE. There was a lot of grunted efforts to get some sets done, but I wanted to REALLY push it today, make myself WORK . . .

Recovery: So much better than a few days ago.

Sides: I actually used TWO scoops of Anadraulic State GT today, and experienced a few minor Beta-Alanine tingles for about a minute. Aside from that, nothing else, really - unless you count a really good training session!

Boy, you run a thorough log.

Thanks :) I just like to give as much information as possible about my experience on a product, etc., since if I were personally looking at a product for potential use, I'd like to see all the ins and outs of it (from a reputable user), instead of a single sentence advocating or not recommending it . . . And it's habit, LOL . . .

Day 28

TRAINING

V-Burn Challenge Circuit (no recovery between exercises; 1 minute recovery between rounds):
7 x rounds -
1. Jumping Split Squat x 10
2. Hand Walkout (from toes) x 10
3. Single-Leg Deadlift (with twist and lateral reach) x 10 per side
4. Push-Up (with alternate side rotation) x 10
5. Jumping Jacks x 10
6. Side Lunges (with over head reach) x 10 per side
7. Handstand Push-Up x 10
8. Squat Thrust (jump and reach) x 10

Stretch 22 min.

COMMENTS

Mood/Aggression: I am trying to chill the fcuk out!

Energy: Good.

Mental Focus and Clarity: My mind is racing . . .

Endurance: The first time I did the V-Burn Challenge Circuit, I managed only three rounds before calling it a day; I'm now doing the required seven rounds, so improvement is definitely showing there.

Quality of Training: Really GOOD!

Sides: Even though I used two scoops of Anadraulic State GT pre-training again today, there were not even a hint of tingles or anything else.

Review of Anadraulic State GT

What is it?

Invalid Link Removed

* Endurance and Energy
* Pumps and Muscle Density
* Fat Loss and Vascularity
* Testosterone Output
* Sexual Stamina and Performance
* Muscle Growth and Muscle Quality

For the product write-up see Invalid Link Removed.

Smell: 7/10. An interesting smell on opening the tub, that I can't quite describe, which is nothing like the final smell once the Anadraulic State GT is mixed with water and ready to drink. Stopped noticing the smell of the powder after a while.

Taste: 9/10. Anadraulic State GT tastes what I imagine strawberry lemonade would taste like, if I ever had it. The taste grew on me, and was definitely a lot better than the taste of Anadraulic State (my last couple of tubs of Anadraulic State were nothing like the first one I used re taste and were not pleasant).

Solubility: 10/10. The powder mixed well on shaking for a few seconds.

Texture: 10/10. Like fruit juice diluted with water.

Body Composition: 9/10. Pre-Anadraulic State GT I was 117.4lb at 12.6% bodyfat. Post-Anadraulic State GT I am 118.2lb at 12.1% bodyfat. . . I LOST a total of 0.5lb of bodyfat and GAINED 1.3lb of lean body mass, with girths indicating that this gain was mostly in the form of muscle mass/DRY gains, since overall just over an inch was lost from my waist, and although little or no changes made everywhere else, my pants fit looser despite my girths having made not a lot of change . . . A definite and successful RECOMP - as opposed to the cut I was aiming for, but fat WAS lost, and I am not going to argue against making dry gains (and I am going to note here that it is definitely easier to gain muscle mass when I am >12% bodyfat, which makes sense) . . .

Fat Loss: 8/10. See comments under "Body Composition" above.

Muscle Growth and Muscle Quality: 10/10. See comments under "Body Composition" above.

Muscle Hardness and Density: 8/10. My muscles remained pretty hard throughout my use of Anadraulic State GT, which, although I was training again, was a little surprising considering that my resistance training was quite a lot LESS than what it usually would be - sessions a lot shorter, and only three of them, as opposed to 4-5 x 40-60 minute ones. Legs got noticeably harder, with lower body becoming denser.

Testosterone Levels: N/A. Although I would have liked to see the changes in my Testosterone (total and free) levels from pre to post-Anadraulic State GT, I did not have bloods done.

Growth Hormone Levels: N/A. Although I would have liked to see the changes in my Growth Hormone levels from pre to post-Anadraulic State GT, I did not have bloods done.

Estrogen Levels: N/A. Although I would have liked to see the changes in my Estrogen levels from pre to post-Anadraulic State GT, I did not have bloods done.

Cortisol Levels: N/A. Although I would have liked to see the changes in my Cortisol levels from pre to post-Anadraulic State GT, I did not have bloods done. I will note that my stress levels have been even higher than usual due to circumstances.

Recovery: 8/10. My resting heart rate dropped from 40 bpm to 36 bpm over the time that I used Anadraulic State GT, so I actually got fitter over the course of my use of the product (which is a great thing) . . . My recovery from training was pretty good considering the fact that I got very little sleep (if any) over the last 28 days, not sleeping for a huge majority of it. The first couple of weeks, I suffered from DOMS, and in my lower body, which is unusual. However, for the last 10 days, DOMS from training was completely eliminated . . .

Nutrient Absorption and Utilization: 8/10. My diet did not change while I was using Anadraulic State GT. With the amount of food that I was consuming, for me to be getting LEANER and NOT being bloated, etc. the days after says to me that the nutrients were rapidly absorbed and were being used efficiently and effectively.

Libido/Sexual Stamina and Performance: 10/10. Libido was out of this world (although I attribute this predominantly to T-911, since it has that effect on me)! My body honestly was getting fatigued from the demands of my mind.

Energy: 8/10. Energy was most noticeable when training, since I often woke most days (if I woke at all and wasn't still awake from the day before) feeling completely shattered (mostly from work and other things going on in my life), and even when I didn't feel like it, or thought that I had nothing there, I got through my training sessions. Sometimes I could have even kept going.

Stimulant Effects: 10/10. No "stimulant" effects such as jitters, crash, etc. were experienced, even though Anadraulic State GT definitely aided with the energy and focus, etc. of a stimulant.

Focus: 8/10. When I was training I was focused, although I got lightheaded a lot. Just meant that I had to take a few deep breaths and concentrate more.

Endurance: 8/10. Endurance got better as I went along (but I was also using Drive, which plays a huge role in my endurance).

Pump: 7/10. Training was not really set up to be 'pump friendly'. However, I got bad pumps in my anterior deltoids and biceps for the most part, with them being quite painful most times. The pump on Anadraulic State GT was definitely not as good as on Anadraulic State (then again, training on the latter was definitely 'pump' material, too).

Vascularity: 7/10. Vascularity was good - although not as good as it was when I was using Anadraulic State (and I was also leaner when using the latter, which makes a difference).

Sides: 10/10. I did not experience any nausea, tummy upsets, bloating, etc. from the Anadraulic State GT, even though I used the full dosage and even went up to 2 scoops pre-training a couple of times (and I find that 2 scoops pre-training is actually my sweet spot!)

Other Effects: 10/10. Strength gains were made most weeks, with a few new RMs being made . . . Aggression really calmed down, considering how high it was on FREE TEST, which was interesting . . .

Overall: 9/10. Anadraulic State was already my favourite specific preworkout product of use, and so it was interesting comparing Anadraulic State GT to it . . . Although, the situations they were used in were different, with training completely different, making it hard to really compare them, there were a few noticeable differences. Anadraulic State was, IMO, a stronger formula than Anadraulic State GT. Anadraulic State GT tastes a lot better and is smoother re flavour than Anadraulic State. Anadraulic State dried me out more (comments from others), and made a more noticeable difference re physique - however, in saying that, I was not as lean when I started using Anadraulic State GT as I was using Anadraulic State, and only lost 0.5% bodyfat in 28 days, as opposed to the 1% bodyfat lost in 10 days on Anadraulic State(then again, a specific diet and training protocol was also followed during Anadraulic State, which makes a huge difference re results). The differences between the two products made them come out even, though, for me. Anadraulic State GT is definitely a very versatile product and has proved that it can be used for ANY body goal! . . . Both products are solid, and Anadraulic State GT still takes the place of number one specific/standalone preworkout product for me . . .

Would I use again? Yes. Although not as strong as Anadraulic State, IMO, Anadraulic State GT is still definitely a solid product, and the fact that it encompasses several products (i.e. creatine, nutrient repartitioner, Testosterone and Growth Hormone booster, and preworkout) in ONE is a definite PLUS!

Would I recommend? Yes. For anyone wanting a preworkout formula that delivers, then Anadraulic State GT is one of the most complete formulas and best options out there, IMO.

Review of T-911

What is it?

* Improve mood and confidence
* Boost testosterone and reduce estrogen
* Increase sex drive

For the product write-up see Invalid Link Removed

Taste: T-911 has an orange taste.

Mood/Aggression: 8/10. My mood on T-911 is more steady and calm, with aggression - although still there and can make itself known - taking a back seat.

Testosterone Levels: N/A. Although I would have liked to see the changes in my Testosterone (total and free) levels from pre to post-T-911, I did not have bloods done.

Estrogen Levels: N/A. Although I would have liked to see the changes in my Testosterone (total and free) levels from pre to post-T-911, I did not have bloods done.

Libido/Sex Drive: 11/10. T-911 is the product that has the most noticeable difference on my libido, and it seriously ramps it up beyond all belief. It's crazy thinking like a guy and be wanting sex all the time, but that's the way it goes on T-911.

Other Effects: T-911 is actually an awesome product to use pre-training, and it gives me a kick re energy and focus - better than the majority of preworkout formulas I have used . . . It also dries me out, and I have often dosed it a little more on days when I want to be drier . . .

Overall: 10/10. T-911 is one of my favourite products. The most noticeable effect is the raging libido, but not only that, but it can be used as part of a very effective pre-training stack for great performance in the gym. Another reason why I like it is because despite my high stress levels, it helps calm me down, with my mood not as much all over the place.

Would I use again? Yes.

Would I recommend? Yes.

i used a t911 sample once and it gave me a boner for no reason in class

Awesome reviews Rosie, nice job.

Thanks :) Much credit must be given to all of my supplements over the last few weeks, since I wouldn't be functional withOUT them!

Gotta love Rosie's Reviews!!!

I myself feel T911 is the best of those but love ASGT as well.. Have yet to try Anadraulic Pump though.

Not everything works for everyone, and I often don't respond to products the way most people do.
