just got up after last nights insanity. Drank 37 beers haha. Best part is I feel great right now. Apparently only mixed drinks put me in a coma for the next day. Did legs before I came up to camp on fri, holy balls are they sore.

I had to keep my hidden in my truck because if I bring it into camp it'll disappear in 5sec flat. I'm taking it in the woods with me on Monday to lure deer in haha. Not gonna let them eat it Cuz it's too good to waste but the smell can waft their way.

The Scent should get you a good 200lbs of deer meat

Decent chest session this morning. Hit a PR, but definitely wanted 245 but spotter helped too much. Getting out of the hole is what killed me on bench, but it is what it is. move on and beat it next time.

Speed Bench press and 3 second paused bench would be what i would suggest
split that into two workouts a week. one pausd bench one a more DE (Dynamic effort) iike westside with speed work.

Bench has always been my weak point. Had a nasty biceps impingement of my shoulder for awhile and then Tommy John puts a lot of stress on my elbow
 
I don't even do BB flat bench press anymore. Haven't for a few years now.

If we ever got to train i bet i could setup your bench and would help your form 10 fold. usually form is a major issue for most and a reason why its my strong point. a good setup goes a long way.

Id like to get in on this as well if we train sometime. Bench has always been one of my weakest exercises

Man it's good to be home. Ate like crap (good food but awful macro wise) most of the time at camp. Can definitely feel the difference eating a higher fat and junky processed food diet vs lots of veggies and cleaner foods. Holding quite a bit of water and just general bloat from all that. Gonna sweat it out in the gym the next few days.

Back in the gym for the first time since Friday and was feeling ready mentally but it def took me a few sets to get things fully working again. Once I got going though I really did a number on my legs. Definitely gonna feel that tomorrow and the day after.

Pwo eats: cookie butter sweet potatoes, asparagus, pork chili mini pizza. Obviously lots of other stuff too but nothing exciting.

trying my hand at two-a-days today. this morning I did a nice deadlift session for 45 minutes. worked up to 2RM then worked on max velocity and hip explosion.

3x2 Deadlifts, then back-off to 2x5 with max velocity

Very happy i hit the PR. definitely wanted to keep going, but i wanna see how a two-a-day treats me and use this intensity technique. Going to be going for the back pump of champions later after I finish work. then tonight i'm going to dinner and getting Pei Wei which is sushi/chinese

first session i had 30g HBCD and 15g Pepto Pro

Second session will be 50g HBCD, 10g PP, and 20g Amino's. recovery should be on point
 
In the summer I was 12 hour days and still fit in morning cardio and an hour lifting after work

Had no life 6 days a week though lol

At least this coming year I won't be working with mandatory overtime
 
Could easily do 2 a days and still work 8 hour days or more.

Each session duration doesn't need to be the same. Could easily do a quick 20-30 minute session then a 60 minute session later.
 
Copious carbohydrates too. I ate an extra 200 kcals in carbs alone

If doing 2 a days, carb intake will/should/could be much higher. Gotta take advantage of that insulin sensitivity!

Haha hence the cheat meal today. Haven't had Chinese in ages. Going with my good friend and his gf. And I'm making her hot younger sister come lol
 
I love Chinese. Orange chicken is my sh!t. But the only one I have around here is a buffet. No way I could make myself have only one plate lol.

Haha nice. Apparently the portions are huge. Going with sweet and sour chicken and some sushi roll, haven't decided on that

Sweet and sour is alright. Not orange chicken that's for sure lol. Sushi rolls = no thanks.
