Swol and Boone's Quest To Get Hyooooge

I'm at the mall and haven't got a good look at it yet :). Actually, I'm at the gym, but I don't think its something that I'd have a ton of use for in your situation. If you were training for athletic performance I could see it being a lot more helpful. If I called for explosive squats, I'd just say to work up in weight range that you can accelerate through the entire movement with. For something like explosive incline bench, if the bar speed drops a good amount, its too heavy. Just train hard with good form and progress should come :). That said, it seems cool from what I've seen and don't want to stop you from getting it if you want to. It could probably help somewhat, but I don't think I'd be relying on it a whole lot.

okay, gotcha. god damn idk if i should get it!!! lol it seems really cool, and interesting especially to see improvement across different exercises in different ways

What'd everyone pick up in the sales?
I grabbed 3 OT and 4 boxes of quest bars for me and the gf to split up. Kept it real low key this year ha

i only bought FlavorGod spices, and PB Lean from MyOatmeal. The verizon system crashed so I'm waiting till its up and running to get my LG G3. I hate waiting lol it's a tease

doing a demo at a stores grand opening tomorrow for Myokem in Scranton. Solid 2 hour drive, and i was just in stroudsburg, PA for Thanksgiving. oy

Found this on my phone, back when I had tommy john surgery in September of two years ago. Yummy stuff but it taught me how to brush my teeth lefty and righty and I guarantee no one else here can lol

I can do everything ambidextrous ;) had a cast on my right hand for a month in college after shattering a finger playing flag football. Least cool injury story ever. Got it caught in the kids shorts while I was trying to rip his flag off ha.
 
Lmao that's sucks though. I watched my best friend break both of his wrists tackling someone during a pick up football game. I had to take his gloves off and call his mom because his wrists were literally dangling

haha that's awesome and gross. My finger was completely twisted backwards with the top half and nail facing down. Went to the er like "I think it's broke"
 
Pick-up football should always be 'touch' football IMO.
Its just not safe without the gear, I broke my buddy's collarbone in highscool.
Even with the gear I remember a serious injury almost every game when I played

Keeping lean at 2 lb. gain per week?
I get pretty sloppy gaining any more than 1
 
abs are still visible relaxed in the AM. I don't wanna gain 2 lbs a week but it is what it is. i'll keep it the same and adjust if need be next week.

i'm not shredded, but i'd say i'm around 10-12%. i feel 10x healthier though and better. but as long as I keep a faint outline of my abs, i'll be okay with some fat gain

Magnitropin has definitely kept me lean though, it's awesome
 
Nice work getting that weight moving again swol. Good to hear.

I'm up at camp and spent the whole morning cutting trees and putting my stand back together since a tree fell through it ha. Not gonna have much reception over the next few days so I won't be around much. Today through at least tues will all be off days with just tons of meat and potatoes and prob a few beers tonight. Plan is to not bother trying to track anything but just make sure I fill up on protein and let the rest sort itself out.
 
I personally do not know the macros. I make like 4-5lbs of it at a time and put into bags. If i were to add them up i would probably cringe because of what i use.
Ill leave it at that haha.
