First... Wait what.Ok, so again today I mixed a ½ dose of STIMaholic with one scoop of my regular pwo and absolutely blew the doors off my shoulder workout today! I hit 70s x 12 on Arnold presses which is a new PR, and had increases in reps on every single exercise I did today. Here's a nice pump pic for you. looks like the knee is doing better!!!:biggthumpup:I hit up an excellent leg session this morning. 7 sets of hack squats working up to 3x3 at 450 which I was happy with after having some knee issues recently. Made great progress on leg extensions, leg curls, seated calf and standing calf raises. Felt really strong this morning!
This afternoon is going to be some more cardio, will do 45minutes on the treadmill at 3.2mph and a 15% incline. that gets me sweating pretty good.

Dammit Swanks this is a Genomyx log we said no Formutech pictures... GAWD.Hit up a crazy good arm day today, went up to 50s on incline db curl and incline hammer curl and pushed out extra reps with the 90lb db on lincline db tri extensions and lying db tri extensions. Upped weight on seated db concentration curls to 35lbs and got up to 18 reps on my first set. After all that work still had enough gas in the tank to finish out the session with my infamous 100 rep standing db curl set with the 20s.

I like it! Can't do bb though, aggravates my tendonitisI like that 100 reps at the end. I do it but a little different, I do it with a BB. I will just use the BB with no weights. I do 15 reps of normal curls then switch my hands to reverse and do 15 reps. Rest for 5 sec then do it again. I do 4 sets of that so 120 total reps with 20 sec of rest overall.
