Ok, so again today I mixed a ½ dose of STIMaholic with one scoop of my regular pwo and absolutely blew the doors off my shoulder workout today! I hit 70s x 12 on Arnold presses which is a new PR, and had increases in reps on every single exercise I did today.

Here’s a nice pump pic for you. Lots of veinage going on today!

thats some good stuff right there....2 years ago i was on a jump rope trend, tried to go an hour straight but never made it the whole way, knee started acting up!!!

I hit up an excellent leg session this morning. 7 sets of hack squats working up to 3x3 at 450 which I was happy with after having some knee issues recently. Made great progress on leg extensions, leg curls, seated calf and standing calf raises. Felt really strong this morning!

This afternoon is going to be some more cardio, will do 45minutes on the treadmill at 3.2mph and a 15% incline. that gets me sweating pretty good.

it's definitely coming along, I was having some slight pain and instability in my left knee for a little while there

Hit up a crazy good arm day today, went up to 50s on incline db curl and incline hammer curl and pushed out extra reps with the 90lb db on lincline db tri extensions and lying db tri extensions. Upped weight on seated db concentration curls to 35lbs and got up to 18 reps on my first set. After all that work still had enough gas in the tank to finish out the session with my infamous 100 rep standing db curl set with the 20s.

Hurts like a biatch!! The rules for the 100 rep set are:

Cheat reps are fine, just get the dumbbells up!!

You can rest when needed but no more than 5 seconds and you can't put the dumbbells down


Its a killer finisher

I think I'm going to increase my dose to 3/4 scoop on Monday. I just needed some time to acclimate to it I think because I'm having crazy good workouts now!

I like that 100 reps at the end. I do it but a little different, I do it with a BB. I will just use the BB with no weights. I do 15 reps of normal curls then switch my hands to reverse and do 15 reps. Rest for 5 sec then do it again. I do 4 sets of that so 120 total reps with 20 sec of rest overall.

Had some great lifts this morning, I decided to hit up deadlifts and see what I could do totally unbelted. I was able to hit 415x3 and get 465 to my knees but bailed on it. Then I hit a 435 single and a really easy 415 single. If I hadn’t blown my load on 465 I know I could have gotten 450 up. My PR on deads is currently 500lbs but I tweaked my back about a month ago so I haven’t DL’ed in about 4 weeks. Being able to hit 450 beltless after the volume I did in the 300s should put me up around 500lbs+ when I go at it belted in a couple weeks. So I’m happy with that!

Finished up the session with 5x15 standing barbell goodmornings (worked up to 225lbs) and then 4 sets of back hyperextensions. My back was totally fried! This wasn’t a STIMaholic workout session.

This afternoon I’ll be hitting up my upper back session pumped up on STIMaholic though, so stay tuned!

Chest day today!

This is the setup:

Incline hammer strength: 7x8-10 (2 wu sets, 5 working sets)
Incline bench machine: 5x10-12
Incline db fly: 5x12-15
Pec deck fly: 5x12-15
High cable fly: 4x12-15

Had a slight twinge in my wrist on the HS incline press when I got to my first working set at 230x10. I think my seat was too high I lowered it and it went away.

Hit a new PR on incline fly today, my first set was 45x15 then 45x13 and 45x12 then I dropped to 40s. Previous best at 45 was 12 reps.

Hit the pec deck @90lbs for the full 5x15

Just started doing these high cable flys and I love them. I want to get someone to take a pic for me cause I look beast doing them lmao. Hit up 80x15 for 2 sets then 80x12, 75x15 and threw in one more set because I saw this girl there that I check out all the time was looking at me so I hit another 75x14.

I was spent after that!!

No STIMaholic for this workout, but I'll be taking it later for my afternoon cardio. Sweat baby sweat!!!!
