Killer leg day today! Did front squats up to 245x12 pretty easy then new PRS on leg press, 2 sets of 720x12 followed by 810x10. Also new PRS on leg curl and standing calf raise. 4 PRS and over 82,000 lbs lifted today. Yeah buddy!!

Legs is a necessity! Hell I have more lower body days than upper body days it feels like... Soon Swanks will have to post NSFW before his pics lol

Man i wish I could hit them more often. No money for a membership so just train at home with dbs and bands. Occasionally I go up my brothers who is set up great but that's 50 miles one way fml!!

I have a weekly rotation that due to my work schedule sometimes takes me a bout 1.5 weeks to get through 1 week of it on paper. Squats/Dead/Bench/WhateverNeedsWork...

Surprisingly my bench has moved up nicely considering I'm only hitting on it once a week.
 
Ya that's kinda what I do as well. Trying to balance out better. Really been hitting chest and back hard. I like to do them both twice a week. Some say it's too much but I've gotten great growth from it

yes...i really like it!!! my stim tolerance is so high that it's one of few things that still get me moving. i really need a stim break but can't afford to slow down right now!!!

Awesome chest session this morning. Worked up to a PR on incline hammer strength 250x10 and hit a new PR on incline db flyes 2 sets of 55s x12

Grrrrreat back day today! Really making headway on pullovers, had 3 full sets of 15 with the 80# db plus a set of 13 and 11. Chest is sore as hellll today though!!

Almost through with this tub, will be posting up final impressions soon!

I know it's nothing but a great review, this stuff is killer!
 
So I’d like to post up my final review on Genomyx new STIMaholic energy and focus product.
At first this stuff was a bit too strong for me and gave me some issues with being light headed, etc. After dialing the dose back to a ½ scoop for a week or so, then ramping it up slowly from there I was able to get up to a full scoop in a couple weeks with no additional issues. Because of this I would DEFINITELY recommend starting with a ½ scoop to assess initial tolerance!

Flavor: 9/10 – I’m not a big pina colada fan, but this was a very good one. It’s nice that it’s a bit of a different flavor than many others on the market! I thought that 12oz of water was the sweet spot for this.
Mixability: 10/10 – mixed up quickly, easily, and completely with little to no foam in about 12oz of water
Time until effect: 10/10 – this stuff hits pretty fast, usually about 10 minutes I’m feeling it and 20 mins for full effect
Energy Level: 8/10 – energy is really good and seems to peak about 1-1.5 hours after consuming but will last for about 4-5 hours total. There were some times I did feel a bit fidgety on it but not all the time.
Focus: 8/10 – really solid focus product, I actually used some of it a few times to do school work. Helps me to stay on topic and keeps my mind from wandering too badly.
Crash: 7/10 – there is a bit of a crash on it that is way more noticeable if you’re already tired to begin with. If you’re really well rested it’s not an issue.
Overall: 8/10 – this is a really solid energy/focus product. The way I’d probably use this is using ¾-1 scoop for studying/school work, or ½ scoop mixed into a very low stim pwo to give extra energy and focus. Solid product, good job guys!
