Sustanon 250 only cycle, 1st cycle. Strength train guy

hey every1,

stats:
Age:25
Weight: 69kg/ 152 lb
Bf%:12
height: 5 feet 7 inches, 67 inch, 170 cm
FFM: 131 lb

i planned on doing a sust 250 only cycle as posted on the William Llewellyn’s, ANABOLICS.

week1-2: 250mg
week 3-9:500 mg

i will use power PCt protocol Hcg 2500iu EOD for 16 days, Tamoxifen (nolva) 20mg 2x per day for 45 days, Clomid ( clomiphene) 50 mg 2x per day for 30 days

Diet is 19x BW, 2888 cals with 165g protein, 413g carbs, 64 g fat

My plan is to increase strength and to retain strength after PCT. Also a lean muscle or LBM increase and maybe a arm size increase but not that much worried about that. its mostly strength increase and retain it.

My current workout logs:
Bench press: 80 kg x 5 reps
Squat: 110 kg for 5 reps
Dealift: 100 kg for 5 reps (sumo)
BB row: 95 kg for 3 reps

been working out 5 years ( mostly all bro stuff) but got into strength training about 2 years back.

Any comments or changes would be great, thanx

Stay natural. You are still very weak and you can gain A LOT MORE strength naturally. Just for reference, my sister weights 52kg and deadlifts 5x100kg.

Does this mean you plan on doing 40mg and 100mg every day for 4 weeks?! And i completely agree with gohardorgohom

it was the power pct program by Dr. Scally
also hacksii said that as well
im new here so i cant post the website, it was explained in understanding pct in ukmuscle.co.uk

Just do nolva 20/20/10/10 once per day and clomid 100/100/50/50 once a day!

Great i saw in a lot of forums this is commonly used but wasnt sure if as the anabolics by William Llewellyn’s was saying to use the power pct protocol. but thanx mate

Lol 152 lbs and thinking about anabolics ... should be able to gain atleast 50lbs natty even if your a hard gainer
