I'm trying to deceide between to weightgainer pro complex gainer, serious mass.I need advice which one is better to help me put on mass, but not that much fat?
The pre-made gainers use sugars like maltodextrin, dextrose etc. that are more likely to stick to you as fat that if you made your own healthy gainer shake. Try searching "Homemade Gainer Shake" for some ideas, but basically it's your own protein powder, carbs usually from oats and sometimes fruits (i.e. bananas), fats from stuff like peanutbutter. Some add yogurt/milk to it as well.
1 cup skim or 1% fat milk
1 TBSP of 100% Natural Peanut Butter
1 Scoop of your favorite whey protein
1 serving of oats (I put mine into a coffee grinder to turn it into a powder like the whey)
1 handful of strawberries
1 handful of blueberries
and depending on the mood I'm in I'll either add another TBSP of the peanut butter (b/c 1 TBSP is only half serving) or 1/2 serving of ground flax seed.
Nutritional, you have pretty much all your bases covered, and it tastes amazing.
i know you asked which out of the two shake products you should get.i think you should look at the labels on both of them and choose the one that has the most protien, carbs, calories, etc per.serving. !oh yeah and possibly with less suger.(optional).
